องค์กรพิทักษ์พระพุทธศาสนา ภาคใต้
ฉบับที่ ๒
เรื่อง ขอชี้แจงกรณีพุทธอิสระให้ข้อมูลคลาดเคลื่อนเกี่ยวกับพระสงฆ์ภาคใต้ และขอให้รัฐบาลสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับชาวพุทธในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับพระพุทธศาสนา ให้คลี่คลายลงโดยเร็ว

กรณีพุทธอิสระให้ข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อนไปจากข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับพระสงฆ์ภาคใต้ อาจก่อความเสียหายต่อคณะสงฆ์และชาวพุทธโดยรวม องค์กรพิทักษ์พระพุทธศาสนา ภาคใต้ จึงขอชี้แจงว่า พระสงฆ์ภาคใต้ได้รวมตัวกันทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ทางด้านศาสนา เพื่อรักษาพระพุทธศาสนาและพึ่งพาตนเอง สืบเนื่องมาจากพระสงฆ์และชาวพุทธได้รับผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรงจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยไม่มีทีท่าว่าจะยุติลง กว่า ๑๐ ปีที่ผ่านมา พระสงฆ์และชาวพุทธ ต้องอยู่อย่างหวาดผวา ต่างบาดเจ็บล้มตายลงเป็นอันมาก หลายครอบครัว ต้องย้ายถิ่นฐานหนีออกไปอยู่นอกพื้นที่ โดยไร้การเหลียวแลจากภาครัฐอย่างจริงจัง ในขณะเดียวกัน พระบรมธาตุเจดีย์นครศรีธรรมราช ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนศูนย์รวมแห่งศรัทธาของชาวพุทธภาคใต้ ที่เกิดคราบสนิมบริเวณยอดเจดีย์ทองคำ และบริเวณลานพระธาตุเกิดน้ำท่วมขัง อีกทั้งอาคารศูนย์การค้าที่ออกแบบแปลน ไม่ใช่สถาปัตยกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ก็ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข
ซ้ำร้าย ท่านพุทธอิสระและพวกพร้อง ก็อาศัยเวทีการเมืองเคลื่อนไหวสร้างความสับสันขึ้นในคณะสงฆ์ โดยยกการสถาปนาสมเด็จพระสังฆราช เป็นเครื่องบังหน้า ทั้งๆ ที่มหาเถรสมาคมได้ประชุมมีมติเสนอรายชื่อสมเด็จพระราชาคณะที่อาวุโสสูงสุดในการสถาปนาเป็นสมเด็จพระสังฆราช ไปแล้ว แต่ท่านพุทธอิสระและพวกพร้อง ก็ยังหาเลศเคลื่อนไหว สร้างเรื่อง สร้างเงื่อนไข เพื่อไม่ให้สามารถดำเนินการตามกฎหมายคณะสงฆ์
นอกจากนั้น พุทธอิสระยังหาเหตุพูดจาดูหมิ่น เหยียดหยาม มหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ และนิสิตที่เรียนในมหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ทั้ง ๒ แห่ง ทั้งๆ ที่มหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ทั้ง ๒ แห่ง ก่อตั้งโดยล้นเกล้า รัชกาลที่ ๕ เพื่อส่งเสริมการศึกษาคณะสงฆ์ และมหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ทั้ง ๒ แห่ง ได้สร้างคุณแก่ประเทศชาติมากมาย แต่ก็ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ คนไหน ดำเนินการตักเตือน ยุติการสร้างความวุ่นวาย เสียหาย ยังปล่อยให้คนเหล่านั้นออกเดินสายไปแถลงข่าว พูดจา เหยียดหยาม คุกคาม คณะสงฆ์ ตามสถานที่ราชการ เช่น อาคารรัฐสภา เป็นต้น ได้อย่างเสรี จนสร้างความสงสัยคลางแคลงใจว่า ใครอยู่เบื้องหลัง จึงสามารถทำได้
ดังนั้น หากรัฐบาลยังไม่ห้ามปราม ตักเตือนพุทธอิสระและพวกพร้องให้ยุติการสร้างความวุ่นวายสับสนให้แก่คณะสงฆ์ องค์กรพิทักษ์พระพุทธศาสนา ภาคใต้ ก็จำเป็นต้องมีมาตรการเพื่อยุติปัญหาดังกล่าว
สุดท้ายนี้ องค์กรพิทักษ์พระพุทธศาสนา ภาคใต้ ขอให้กำลังใจ รัฐบาล ผู้บริหารประเทศ ทุกคน ให้มีความสงบสุขในพระพุทธศาสนา ตลอดกาลเป็นนิตย์เทอญ.

ที่องค์กรพิทักษ์พระพุทธศาสนาภาคใต้ออกมากล่าวหาว่า ฉันให้ข้อมูลคลาดเคลื่อนไปจากข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับพระสงฆ์ภาคใต้ อาจก่อความเสียหายต่อคณะสงฆ์และชาวพุทธโดยรวม
แล้วศูนย์พิทักษ์ก็ร่ายยาวว่าพระสงฆ์ภาคใต้รวมตัวจัดทำกิจกรรมด้านพระศาสนาเพื่อรักษาพระพุทธศาสนาและพึ่งพาตนเอง
งง… งงนะเนี่ย รวมความว่า ผมให้ข้อมูลเท็จอย่างไร ทำไมไม่ชี้แจง
หรือเน้นแค่เอามันส์อารมณ์ ไม่ต้องมีเหตุผล
พวกท่านพูดลอยๆ ว่าผมให้ข้อมูลคลาดเคลื่อน
แล้วมันเคลื่อนอย่างไรล่ะท่าน ว่ามาสิ
หรือมันเคลื่อนแค่อารมณ์ความรู้สึก
เอางี้นะ สูดลมหายใจเข้ายาวๆ ลึกๆ ตามดูลมจนสุด
แล้วหายใจออก เฝ้าดูลมจนหมด
ทำเช่นนี้ซักสิบรอบ
ความระลึกได้ รู้ตัว จะได้กลับมา
เผื่อจะได้เรียบเรียงทบทวนอะไรถูก อะไรผิด อะไรดี อะไรชั่ว ได้ชัดเจน อย่าเอามันส์อย่างเดียว ชาวบ้านเขาจะดูถูกเอาได้นะท่าน
ถามจริงเถิด พวกท่านรับเงินและสิ่งของจากธรรมกายกันจริงหรือเปล่า
ถามจริงเถิด รัฐบาลเขาอนุมัติเงินสนับสนุนโครงการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงของสถาบันพระพุทธศาสนาในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ เป็นเงินกว่า ๒๗๙ ล้านบาท จริงหรือเปล่า
พวกท่านรับเงินสองเด้งจริงหรือเปล่า
และพวกท่านกำลังออกมาปกป้องธรรมกายจริงหรือเปล่า
หากจริงจะมากล่าวหาผมให้ข้อมูลคลาดเคลื่อนได้อย่างไร
ถ้าไม่จริงก็ชี้แจงมา อย่ามากล่าวหาลอยๆ
ขอย้ำว่าไม่มีใครเขาว่ากล่าววิพากษ์วิจารณ์กิจกรรมปฏิบัติศาสนกิจของคณะสงฆ์ภาคใต้เลย
เขาตำหนิพฤติกรรมที่ไม่แยกดีแยกชั่วของภิกษุสันดานกาบางคนตะหากเล่า
เมายาอะไรอยู่รึเปล่าเนี่ย ถึงได้ละเมอออกมาแบบน้ำท่วมทุ่งขนาดนี้
ส่วนเรื่องที่ท่านเขียนว่าไร้การเหลียวแลจากภาครัฐอย่างจริงจัง
ท่านแน่ใจนะว่าภาครัฐเขาไม่ได้เหลียวแลคณะสงฆ์ใต้อย่างจริงจัง
ผมจะได้นำเรื่องนี้ไปถามท่านแม่ทัพภาค ๔
จะได้รู้กันเสียทีว่าภิกษุโกหกหรือฆราวาสโกหก
ท่านเขียนถึงปัญหาของพระบรมธาตุเจดีย์นครศรีธรรมราช
แปลกใจนักว่าเรื่องแค่นี้มันไม่ได้แก้ได้ด้วยการมานั่งดูนั่งบ่น
แต่มันแก้ได้ด้วยการขอความร่วมมือจากสำนักพุทธจังหวัดให้ทำเรื่องแจ้งส่วนกลางทราบ หรือจากวัฒนธรรมจังหวัด ให้แจ้งหน่วยงานที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบลงมาดูแลซ่อมแซม
หรือไม่ก็ทำหนังสือไปส่งให้สำนักผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดที่เขามีหน้าที่รับเรื่องร้องเรียนร้องทุกข์จากชาวบ้าน
เขาจะได้ส่งมาที่สำนักปลัดนายกรัฐมนตรีเพื่อตรวจสอบ แล้วนำเรียนท่านนายกหรือรัฐมนตรีผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้พิจารณาซ่อมแซมยอดพระบรมธาตุเจดีย์ เท่านี้ก็หมดเรื่อง
จะเอาแต่นั่งโทษคนโน้นคนนี้ แล้วปัญหาจะได้รับการแก้ไขไหมล่ะท่าน
เรื่องลากตั้งสังฆราชนั้น พวกท่านยังไม่เข้าใจอีกหรือว่าปัญหามันอยู่ที่ไหน
บวชกันเข้ามาคนละกี่พรรษาแล้ว ไม่ได้อะไรกันบ้างเลยหรือ
พวกท่านไม่รู้จริงหรือแกล้งไม่รู้ ว่าว่าที่สังฆราชของพวกท่านเป็นผู้ต้องสงสัยพัวพันคดีครอบครองรถหนีภาษี
พวกท่านไม่รู้จริงๆ หรือว่าสมเด็จช่วงของพวกท่านกำลังจะถูกดำเนินคดีข้อหาละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
และยังเป็นผู้ต้องสงสัยในการจ่ายเงินงบประมาณแผ่นดินในกรณีเงินประจำตำแหน่ง
หรือท่านแกล้งไม่รู้ไม่เห็น เอาแต่คิดว่ากูอยากให้ลูกพี่กูได้เป็นใหญ่ ใครจะทำไม ประมาณนั้น
เรื่องมหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ทั้ง ๒ แห่ง ที่ผมไปยื่นให้ สตง. และ ป.ป.ช. ตรวจสอบการใช้งบอุดหนุน ใช้จ่ายถูกต้องตามระเบียบหรือไม่
เพราะมีเสียงร่ำลือว่า บรรดาคณาจารย์และคุณพระทั้งหลาย ใช้เงินภาษีของประชาชนไปเที่ยวดูงานกันตามความชอบใจ ทั้งที่บางที่มันเป็นที่อโคจร พระคุณท่านก็ยังไป หากชอบเที่ยวก็หาเงินใช้เอง อย่ามาเอาภาษีชาวบ้านไปเที่ยว
แล้วท่านจะมาทุกข์ร้อนอะไร หรือกลัวการตรวจสอบ ไม่ชอบความโปร่งใส
ที่ท่านเขียนว่ารัฐบาลทำไมปล่อยให้พวกเราเดินสายแถลงข่าว
ก็เพราะพวกเราไม่ได้ทำผิดกฎหมาย เราขออนุญาตทุกครั้งที่ทำ เราแจ้งแม้กระทั่งว่าจะไปกันกี่คนและมีเป้าประสงค์อะไร
ไม่ได้ออกไปข่มขู่คุกคามรัฐบาลอย่างที่พวกท่านบางคนกระทำอยู่
และที่ท่านเขียนขู่มาว่า หากรัฐบาลไม่ทำอะไรกับพวกเรา องค์กรพิทักษ์พระพุทธศาสนาภาคใต้ ก็จำเป็นต้องมีมาตรการเพื่อยุติปัญหาดังกล่าว
เร็วๆ นะท่าน จะออกมาประท้วง หรือแจ้งความเอาผิด ส่งมือปืนมายิง หรือเอาระเบิดมาปา
หากพวกท่านเกลียดผมมากขนาดนั้น ก็เชิญได้ทุกเวลา
อย่าช้า มาไวๆ
และขอบอกพวกท่านตรงนี้เลยว่า
ท่านยิ่งขู่ ผมยิ่งแฉ
เรามาแลกกันว่า ใครจะเสียมากกว่ากัน

The Buddhism Protection Centre in the Southern Region
Re: Explanation regarding the case of Buddha Isara giving incorrect information about monks in the southern region and requesting that the government build confidence for the Buddhists in the Southern region and solve Buddhism-related problems quickly

The case that Buddha Isara gave incorrect information about monks in the southern region may cause damage to monks and Buddhists overall. The Buddhism Protection Centre in the Southern Region would like to explain that monks in the southern region get together to perform various religious activities in order to protect Buddhism and be self-reliant. Because monks and Buddhist laymen are severely affected as a result of over 10 years of continuous violence, which does not appear to stop any time soon. Many Buddhist monks and laymen have been living in fear. Many have been hurt or even killed. Many families have moved to live outside the area without any serious assistance from the government. At the same time, Nakhon Si Thammarat Pagoda, which is a symbol of faith for southern Buddhists, has rust around its golden pinnacle. The lawn around the pagoda is flooded. The surrounding buildings and shopping centres that are not designed according to Buddhism are still not converted.
To make matters worse, Buddha Isara and company use the political stage to cause confusion within monk society under the aegis of the Supreme Patriarch appointment. Even though the Sangha Supreme Council had met and issued a resolution to propose the name of the oldest hierophant to be appointed as the Supreme Patriarch, but Buddha Isara and company use wile to establish issues and conditions so that the appointment could not continue according to the Sangha Act.
In addition, Buddha Isara finds causes to speak in a way that is disrespectful and trampling toward the 2 monk universities and their students even though these 2 universities were founded by the Rama V King to support monks’ education. The 2 monk universities have benefited the country greatly but no government official would caution him to stop causing havoc and damage. The government still lets those people latitude to freely issue public releases and talk disrespectfully and threateningly about monks at such government buildings as the parliament building. This raises the question as to who’s behind them so they can do this.
Therefore, if the government still would not prohibit and caution Buddha Isara and company to stop causing havoc and confusion to monks, the Buddhism Protection Centre in the Soutern Region will have to find solutions and deal with the problems.
Lastly, the Buddhism Protection Centre in the Southern Region would like to give encouragement to the government and all ministers to have peace in Buddhism always.

The Buddhism Protection Centre in the Southern Region accused me of giving incorrect information about Southern monks and that such information may cause damage to Buddhist monks and laymen overall.
Then the protection centre went on about southern monks getting together to perform religious activities to protect Buddhism and be self-reliant.
Confused… I’m so confused. So what false information did I give? Why didn’t you indicate specifically?
Or did you just want to satisfy your emotions without having reasons?
You wrote without any evidence that I gave false information.
What false information? Tell us.
Or was it only false to your emotions?
How about this? Take a long and deep breath in. Concentrate on your inhale until the end. Then exhale and concentrate on your breath until the end.
Do this about 10 times.
Then your conscience and mindfulness will come back.
Hopefully, you will be able to arrange and review what’s right, wrong, good and bad clearly. Don’t just satisfy your emotions. Laymen would be able to look down on you.
Asking seriously, is it true that you received money and other things from Dhammakaya?
Asking seriously, is it true that the government approved the project to support Buddhism security in southern provinces in 2016 with the budget of over 279 million Baht?
Is it true that you received money both times?
And is it true that you are defending Dhammakaya?
If true, how could you accuse me of giving false information?
If my information is false, then explain it. Don’t accuse without any proof.
Let me repeat that nobody is criticizing southern monks’ religious activities.
Instead, they are criticizing the lack of screening of good and bad behaviors of some monks who have the manner of a crow.
Are you high on drugs? Is that why you’re so deluded?
Regarding what you wrote about lacking any serious care from the government, are you sure that the government didn’t seriously assist the southern monks?
So I will bring this issue up with the Army Area Commander 4.
Then we’d know exactly whether a monk or a layman has lied.
I’m surprised you wrote about the Nakhon Si Thammarat Pagoda’s problems. These problems cannot be fixed by just looking and complaining.
But they can be fixed by asking for cooperation from the provincial office of Buddhism to inform the national office, or from the provincial cultural office to inform the department that’s responsible for restoration. Alternatively, you can write a letter to the governor’s office, whose duty is to accept grievance issues from people, so that it would be forwarded to the Office of the Parliament Secretary for investigation. Then the issue would be forwarded to the prime minister or a related minister who would consider fixing the pagoda pinnacle. And the problem will be solved.
If you keep blaming this person and that person, will the problems be fixed?
Regarding the appointment of Supreme Patriarch, don’t you understand yet where the problem is?
How many years have you been ordained now? Don’t you get anything from it?
Do you really not know or do you pretend not to know that the person whose name was proposed to be the Supreme Patriarch is a suspect in the tax-evasion vehicle ownership case?
Do you really not know that your Somdet Chuang is about to be prosecuted for ignoring his duties?
He’s also a suspect in disbursing the government budget regarding the position allowance.
Or do you pretend not to know because you only think that you want your elder person to be in position regardless of what other people think?
Regarding the 2 monk universities, I submitted a request for the OAG and NACC to audit whether the subsidies were properly dispensed according to policies because there’s a rumor that various professors and monks use people’s tax money to take a “work trip” wherever you like. They went despite some places being immoral. If they like to travel, then use their own money. Don’t use people’s tax money to travel.
So what are you suffering about? Or are you afraid of an audit? Don’t like transparency?
You asked why the government let us travel to issue press releases.
It’s because we didn’t do anything illegal. We asked for permission each time we did it. We informed even how many people would be going and what the purpose was.
We didn’t go out to threaten the government, like what some of you are doing.
You threatened that if the government is not doing anything to us, the Buddhism Protection Centre in the Southern Region will have to find solutions and deal with the problems..
Do it quickly. Are you going to protest, sue, send gunmen to shoot or throw bombs?
If you hate me that much, go ahead and do it any time.
Don’t be slow. Come quickly.
And I would like to tell you right here that the more you threaten, the more I will reveal.
