ความขัดแย้งระหว่างตระกูลไทระ (เฮกะ) และตระกูลมินาโมโตะ (เก็นจิ) หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ สงครามเก็มเป (Genpei War) เป็นสงครามกลางเมืองครั้งใหญ่ในประวัติศาสตร์ญี่ปุ่นช่วงปลายยุคเฮอัน (Heian period) ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1180 ถึง 1185 ความขัดแย้งนี้ส่งผลให้ตระกูลไทระพ่ายแพ้และสูญเสียอำนาจทางการเมือง ในขณะที่ตระกูลมินาโมโตะได้ขึ้นมามีอำนาจและสถาปนารัฐบาลโชกุนคามากูระ (Kamakura shogunate)
