มันเป็นเวรเป็นกรรมของบ้านเมืองนี้หรือยังไง

ที่คนไทยต้องมาเจอะเจอกับวิบากกรรมที่คนตระกูลนี้ทำให้กับประเทศไทยและคนไทยมาอย่างยาวนานถึง ๒๔ ปี
เริ่มตั้งแต่สมัยตัวพี่ชายช่วงที่ได้เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีในปี ๒๕๔๔ ก็ได้สร้างเวรกรรมให้แก่ประเทศและคนไทย ในขณะที่ดำรงตำแหน่งนายก ก็ใช้อำนาจฉ้อฉลทุจริตจนกลายเป็น
– คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อม. 4/2551 ความผิดต่อหน้าที่ราชการ กำหนดโทษจำคุก 3 ปี
– คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อม. 10/2552 ความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ราชการ ความผิดต่อพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยความผิดของพนักงานในองค์การหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ กำหนดโทษจำคุก 2 ปี ซึ่งคดีที่ 1 กับคดีที่ 2 นับโทษซ้อนกันรวมกำหนดโทษจำคุก 3 ปี
– คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อม. 5/2551 ความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ราชการ การขัดกันระหว่างประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลและประโยชน์ส่วนรวมกำหนดโทษจำคุก 5 ปี
รวมกำหนดโทษจำคุก 8 ปี พระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงพระราชทานอภัยโทษให้ลดโทษเหลือ 1 ปี แต่จริงแล้วไม่ได้ติดคุกสักวันหนึ่ง
ผลสรุปของเรื่องนี้คือ ประชาชนต้องลุกฮือขับไล่ทำให้ทหารต้องยึดอำนาจ
ต่อมาถึงปี ๒๕๕๔ น้องสาวก็เดินตามรอยพี่ชาย สร้างเวรกรรมให้แก่คนไทยและประเทศไทย ด้วยการ
ปล่อยปละละเลยให้มีการทุจริตในโครงการรับจำนำข้าวจึงต้องเป็นคดี
– คดีปฏิบัติหน้าที่มิชอบ กรณีโครงการโรดโชว์-สร้างอนาคตไทย
– คดีซื้อขายข้าวแบบรัฐต่อรัฐ (จีทูจี) ภาค 2
– คดีจ่ายเงินเยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบทางการเมือง ระหว่างปี 2548 – 2553 ไม่มีกฎหมายรองรับ ทำรัฐเสียหาย 1.9 พันล้านบาท
– คดีร่ำรวยผิดปกติที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการรับจำนำข้าว
จนทำให้รัฐต้องเสียหายรวมเป็นเงินถึง 9.5 แสนล้านบาท ถึงบัดนี้ยังใช้หนี้เขาไม่หมดเลย
ต่อมาถึงยุคลูกสาวได้เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีในปี ๒๕๖๗ ก็มาสร้างวลีเด็กกับผู้นำเขมรที่ว่า อย่าไปฟังแม่ทัพภาคที่ ๒ พูด เพราะเป็นคนละพวกกับเราและท่านต้องการอะไรให้บอกมาจะจัดให้
ด้วยคำพูดนี้ถือเป็นการทำลายเกาะอ่อนที่เธอได้รับ จนต้องคำสั่งจากศาลรัฐธรรมนูญให้หยุดปฏิบัติหน้าที่นายกรัฐมนตรี
และด้วยวลี แม่ทัพคนละพวกนี้แหละถึงทำให้ประชาชนอดรนทนไม่ได้ถึงขนาดลุกฮือขึ้นมาขับไล่
ทั้งที่ตลอดเวลา ๒ ปีที่ผ่านมา รัฐบาลอุ้งอิ๊งค์ไม่ได้มีผลงานอะไรให้เป็นที่ประจักษ์ แถมยังเข้ามากู้เงินแจก แล้วอ้างว่าจะทำให้เศรษฐกิจรุ่งเรือง แม้เฟสหนึ่งกู้มาแจกไปแล้ว 144,501.68 ล้านบาท
เฟสสองก็ร่ำๆ ว่าจะกู้มาแจกอีก แต่ก็ไม่ได้ทำให้เศรษฐกิจรุ่งเรือง อย่างที่โอ้อวดเอาไว้ แถมไม่มีกิน ไม่มีใช้ ไม่มีศักดิ์ศรีกันทั่วหน้า
ทั้งที่โครงการกู้เงิน 5 แสนล้านบาท มาแจกนี้ผู้รู้ทั้งหลายทั้งภายในและนอกประเทศ ต่างทักทาน ท้วงติง นางมั่นจนไม่ฟังเสียงทักทาน จึงกลายเป็นคดีความอยู่ในชั้น ปปช. ในความผิดฐานละเมิดรัฐธรรมนูญมาตรา 144
(รัฐธรรมนูญมาตรา 144 ซึ่งต้องห้ามไม่ให้ไปตัดงบประมาณ เกี่ยวกับเรื่องของการให้เงินกู้ที่กฎหมายมีการบังคับเอาไว้)
เพราะรัฐบาลไปดึงงบประมาณของธนาคาร ธกส. ที่จะต้องไปใช้หนี้โครงการรับจำนำข้าวกับแบงค์ต่างๆ จนทำให้เกิดสภาวะที่รัฐบาลผิดนัดชำระหนี้ เงินกู้ก้อนใหม่ที่ ธกส. จะกู้มาเยียวยาให้แก่เกษตรกร เช่น ประกันราคาข้าวและพืชผลทางการเกษตรทั้งหลาย ก็ไม่มี ซ้ำยังปล่อยให้ข้าวเขมร มันเขมร ข้าวโพดเขมร และพืชผลทางการเกษตรของเพื่อนบ้านหลั่งไหลทะลักเข้ามาแย่งส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาด จนราคาตกต่ำ ราคาพืชผลทางการเกษตรของพี่น้องเกษตรกรทุกหมู่เหล่าตกต่ำ ต่างพากันเดือดร้อนทั้งแผ่นดิน ในปีที่ผ่านมา
แถมรัฐมนตรีพาณิชย์ยังออกมาประกาศว่าให้ชาวเขาไปปลูกกล้วยแทน ซึ่งก็มาจากสาเหตุที่ไม่มีเงินไปค้ำประกันราคานั้นเอง
เช่นนี้แล้วจะไม่เรียกว่า เป็นเวรเป็นกรรมของบ้านเมืองนี้แล้วจะเรียกว่าอะไร

Is it the Karma of this country or what?

Thais have been facing negative consequences this family has done to Thailand and people for 24 years.
Starting from the period when the elder brother became the Prime Minister in 2001, he committed evil deeds for the country and the Thai people. While being the Prime Minister, he used his power to commit fraud and corruption:
– Red Case No. Or. Mor. 4/2551, Offenses against official duties, punishment of 3 years imprisonment
– Red Case No. Or. Mor 10/2552, Offenses against official positions, offenses against the Act on Offenses of Officials in State Organizations or Agencies, with 2 years imprisonment
The first case and the second case are counted as overlapping sentences, totaling 3 years of imprisonment
– Red Case No. Or. Mor.5/2551, Offenses against official positions and conflict between personal and public interests, 5 years imprisonment
Total imprisonment of 8 years: His Majesty the King granted a royal pardon, reducing his sentence to 1 year, but he did not serve a single day in prison.
Finally, people rose and expelled him, causing the military to seize power.
Later in 2011, the younger sister followed in her brother’s footsteps. She committed bad karma for Thai people and Thailand by neglecting corruption in the rice pledging scheme, and the following offenses.
– G2G rice trading scheme
– Misconduct of the roadshow “Building the Future of Thailand” campaign
– Compensation payments to those affected by politics between 2005 – 2010, without supporting law, causing the state to lose 1.9 billion Baht
– Unusual wealth related to the rice pledging scheme, resulting in the state’s loss of 950 billion Baht. Until now, the government still has not paid off all this debt.
Later, when the daughter became the prime minister in 2024, she said a childish phrase with the Cambodian leader, “Do not listen to what the Second Army Region Commander says because he is an opponent. If you want anything, tell us and we will arrange it.”
These words have destroyed her shield to the point that the Constitutional Court ordered her to stop performing her duties as Prime Minister.
Unable to put up with the phrase “The Second Army Region Commander is an opponent”, people have risen to expel her.
Over the past two years, the Ung-Ing government has not achieved any noticeable results, and even borrowed money to give away, claiming that it would boost the economy. In the first phase, 144,501.68 million baht was borrowed and given away.
In the second phase, the government kept saying that they would borrow more and give away, but this project has not boosted the economy as they had boasted. Moreover, Thai people have nothing to eat, no money to spend, and no dignity.
Though both domestic and international experts warned and opposed the government’s borrowing 500 billion baht to give away, she was so confident that she ignored the warnings. This led to a lawsuit at the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) for violating Section 144 of the Constitution (Section 144 of the Constitution prohibits budget cuts related to the provision of loans that are required by law).
Because the government withdrew the budget of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives Bank (BAAC) that was supposed to pay off the rice pledging project with various banks, resulting in a situation where the government defaulted on its debts.
There is no new loan that the BAAC will borrow to help farmers, such as guaranteeing the price of rice and various agricultural products.
Furthermore, the government has allowed Cambodian rice, Cambodian sweet potatoes, Cambodian corn, and agricultural products from neighboring countries to flood in and compete for market share, causing prices to fall. The prices of agricultural products have fallen, causing suffering among farmers nationwide over the past year.
In addition, the Minister of Commerce said that hill tribes should grow bananas instead, due to the lack of money for the price guarantee.
As such, if we don’t call it bad karma for this country, how should we call it?
