วันจันทร์ที่ ๗ มีนาคม ฉันเดินทางไปสถานีโทรทัศน์นิวทีวีของหนังสือพิมพ์เดลินิวส์ เขานิมนต์ให้ไปออกรายการกับคุณอัญชะลี ไพรีรัก หรือคุณปอง กปปส.
ในขณะที่ฉันเดินทาง ทนายมิ้นท์ผู้ทำคดีป๊อปคอร์นโทรเข้าเครื่องเจ้าวารินนัดพบกับฉัน
ฉันจึงให้เจ้าวารินถามกลับไปว่า เขามีธุระอะไร เร่งด่วนหรือไม่ หากเร่งด่วนก็ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาเดินทางมาหา โทรศัพท์คุยกันเดี๋ยวนี้เลยได้
ฉันเรียกเอาโทรศัพท์ของเจ้าวารินมาคุยกับทนายมิ้นท์
สิ่งที่ได้รับฟังคือ เขาถามว่าหลวงปู่จะเปิดบัญชีรับเงินบริจาคเพื่อให้ช่วยเหลือป๊อปคอร์นหรือไม่ เพราะมีคนแจ้งความประสงค์จะบริจาค
ฉันได้ฝากขอบคุณในทุกๆ น้ำใจที่ทุกคนได้กรุณามีใจคิดจะช่วยแบ่งภาระที่ฉันรับอยู่
ฉันได้แจ้งให้ทนายมิ้นท์ทราบว่า ฉันยังสามารถที่จะรับภาระได้แม้จะลำบากอยู่บ้าง
แต่ฉันได้พูดไปแล้วตั้งแต่เมื่อครั้งบริหารเวที ไม่ว่าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น ดีหรือร้าย ฉันจะเป็นคนรับเอาไว้เอง เกรงใจ ไม่อยากให้ใครมากังวลทุกข์ยากลำบากด้วย
ทนายมิ้นท์ถามว่า แล้วเรื่องประกันตัวป๊อปคอร์นล่ะคะ มีผู้แสดงเจตนาจะช่วยประกันตัวให้เขา หลวงปู่คิดเห็นอย่างไร
ฉันถามเขาไปว่า ต้องใช้หลักทรัพย์เท่าไร
ทนายแจ้งว่าประมาณ ๔ ล้านบาท
ฉันบอกกับทนายว่า ฉันจะไปเอาเงินที่ไหนมาจ่ายเล่า
ทนายมิ้นท์บอกว่า ผู้ใหญ่ใจดีเขาจะใช้โฉนดที่ดินมาช่วยประกันตัวให้
ฉันบอก เช่นนั้นก็ต้องฝากขอบคุณในน้ำใจเขาด้วย
แต่คุณต้องคิดให้รอบคอบว่าจะมีผลทางรูปคดีด้วยหรือเปล่า
เพราะเราจะขออุทธรณ์ อย่าทำอะไรผลีผลาม
หลังจากนั้นก็วางสาย
พอเดินทางมาถึงสถานีโทรทัศน์นิวทีวี
คุณนิติธร ล้ำเหลือ หรือทนายนกเขาโทรมาขอคุยกับฉัน
หลังจากถามสารทุกข์สุขดิบกันพอสมควร
คุณนิติธรจึงได้ถามว่า หลวงปู่จะเปิดบัญชีขอรับบริจาคหรือตั้งกองทุนระดมเงินช่วยเหลือป๊อปคอร์นหรือไม่ เพราะมีหลายกลุ่มหลายคนแจ้งความจำนงจะช่วยบริจาคเงินตั้งเป็นกองทุนช่วยเหลือ
ฉันตอบว่า หากพวกเขามีน้ำใจต้องการช่วยเหลือกันเองก็สุดแท้แต่
ถ้าจะให้ฉันเปิดบัญชีรับบริจาค ฉันคงทำไม่ได้ เพราะฉันได้พูดไปแล้วว่า ไม่ว่าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น ปัญหาจะหนักหรือเบา ฉันเป็นผู้รับเอาไว้เพียงผู้เดียว
ไม่อยากเห็นใครต้องมาทุกข์ยากเดือดร้อนไปกับฉันด้วย
อีกทั้งฉันไม่อยากให้เวทีแจ้งวัฒนะต้องมาถูกกล่าวหาว่า
เอาความทุกข์ยากของผู้ร่วมอุดมการณ์มาหาเงิน
หากพวกคุณอยากช่วยฉัน ก็ช่วยซื้อสินค้า สบู่ ยาสีฟัน สมุนไพรไปใช้
เพราะคณะสงฆ์และมูลนิธิเขามีมติบริจาคเงินรายได้ส่วนหนึ่งของสินค้าแต่ละชิ้นให้ฉันต่อสู้คดีและใช้หนี้ รวมทั้งช่วยเหลือพี่น้องผู้ร่วมอุดมการณ์ทุกคนที่ประสบปัญหา
คุณนิติธรฟังฉันแล้วตอบว่า เช่นนั้นผมเข้าใจแล้วครับ
ฉันจึงกล่าวขอบคุณ ฝากขอบคุณทุกน้ำใจที่เมตตาต่อป๊อปคอร์นด้วย
ขอย้ำว่า พี่น้องทุกท่านหากอยากจะช่วยสงเคราะห์ต่อฉัน แค่ช่วยซื้อสบู่ ยาสีฟัน ยาสมุนไพร เท่านี้ก็ถือว่าช่วยฉัน ช่วยวัด ช่วยเวทีแจ้งวัฒนะ ช่วยรับภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในคดีต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในเวทีแจ้งวัฒนะแล้วล่ะ

Continuation of the Popcorn issue

On Monday March 7th, I travelled to the Daily News’ new)tv station. They invited me to be on the TV show with Ms. Anchalee Paireerak or Pong PDRC.
While I was traveling there, the lawyer Mint, who’s working on the Popcorn case, called Warin’s cell phone to make an appointment to meet with me.
So I asked Warin to ask the lawyer what issue he was calling about and whether it’s urgent. If it’s urgent, we could just talk on the phone now rather than wasting traveling time.
I asked for Warin’s phone to talk to the lawyer Mint.
I heard the lawyer asking whether I’d open a bank account to accept donations to help Popcorn because some people have announced their intention to donate.
I told him that I would like to thank everyone for the kindness and compassion to help relieve the burden that I’ve undertaken.
I have informed the lawyer Mint that I would still be able to carry the burden despite some difficulties.
From the time that I managed the protest stage, I have said that regardless of what happened, good or bad, I would be the one accepting it. I feel obligated and don’t want anyone to worry or suffer with me.
The lawyer Mint asked, what about bail? Someone has expressed an intention to help pay for his bail, so the lawyer asked what I thought.
I asked the lawyer how much asset was needed.
The lawyer said about 4 million Baht.
I told the lawyer, how would I be able to get such money to pay?
The lawyer Mint said, a kind man will use his land title deed for the bail.
I said, if so, please thank him for his kindness, but you have to think carefully whether it will have any effect on the case. We are asking for an appeal. Don’t do anything hastily.
Then we hung up.
Once I arrived at the new)tv station, Mr. Nititorn Lamlua, the “dove lawyer”, called and asked to talk to me.
After having a reasonable amount of conversation asking about each other’s wellbeing, Mr. Nititorn asked whether I’d open a donation bank account or start a donation fund to help Popcorn because many parties have indicated their intention to help donate and set up a donation fund.
I said if they’re kind and would like to help by themselves, that’s up to them. I don’t want to see anybody suffer with me.
Also, I don’t want any accusations about the Chaeng Wattana stage that I’m using the situation related to the suffering of those who share my ideal to make money.
If any of you would like to help me, just help by buying such products as soap, toothpaste, or herbs to use because the clergy and the foundation have a resolution to donate a portion of their sales revenue for me to fight the cases and pay debt, and also to help our fellows that are facing problems.
Mr. Nititorn listened to me and said, “I understand.”
Then I thanked him and everybody who has kindness and mercy for Popcorn.
I’d like to repeat that if all of you would like to help me, simply help by buying soap, toothpaste and herbal medicines. This is considered helping me, the temple, the Chaeng Wattana stage and relieving the financial burden in various cases that resulted from the time of the Chaeng Wattana stage.
Thank you, thank you for your compassion.
In the future, I’ll bring the pictures and retell the event of when weaponized Koh Tee and the gang announced they hoped to kill me.
