แผ่นดินนี้พ่อกูอยู่ ปู่กูตาย ถึงกูจะวอดวาย ใครก็ไม่มีสิทธิ์มาครอบครอง

และแล้วภาพจำที่ฝังใจและเจ็บปวดในสภาวะไฟสงครามลุกโชน ก็ได้ย้อนกลับมาอีกจนได้ ความสูญเสียทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน รวมถึงอวัยวะ ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ยากจะหลีกเลี่ยงได้
เมื่อมันหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้แล้วเราท่านทั้งหลายควรจักทำเช่นไร เพื่อให้มันสูญเสียน้อยที่สุด เรื่องก็คงจักทำไปตามลำดับดังต่อไปนี้
๑. เมื่อทหารเขาประกาศกฎอัยการศึก ในพื้นที่สงครามที่มีการรบพุ่ง หรืออาจจักขยายวงกว้างขึ้น นั่นก็อยู่ที่สภาพการรบ เพราะฉะนั้นพื้นที่ที่ประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึก จึงต้องเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีกฎหมายบังคับใช้เป็นพิเศษ โดยเฉพาะในด้านความมั่นคง เราท่านทั้งหลายก็ไม่ควรถ่ายภาพ หรือโพสต์ภาพ ที่จักกระทบต่อความมั่นคง และทำลายขวัญกำลังใจออกมาเผยแพร่
อย่างเช่น กรณีภาพทหารที่ต้องหมอบ ต้องคลานหลบวิธีระเบิดอยู่ในอาคารร้านค้า ภาพแบบนี้ไม่ควรเผยแพร่ เพราะมันเป็นการบั่นทอนขวัญกำลังใจของผู้ที่ได้พบเห็น
๒. ไม่ควรถ่ายภาพ โพสต์ภาพอาวุธยุทโธปกรณ์ต่างๆ ขณะที่มีการเคลื่อนย้าย และขณะอยู่ในที่ตั้ง เพราะเท่ากับเป็นการชี้เป้า และส่งสัญญาณให้ฝ่ายศัตรูได้รับรู้ถึงข่าวสารข้อมูลในเชิงลึก
ส่วนกรณีนักบินนำภาพการเข้าโจมตีที่ตั้งของข้าศึกออกมาให้ได้รับชม นั้นก็เป็นการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้แก่ประชาชน และข่มขวัญฝ่ายข้าศึก
๓. ไม่ควรนำภาพการสูญเสียในกรณีต่างๆ ออกมาเผยแพร่ ขณะที่ยังมีการรบพุ่ง โจมตีกันไปมา โดยเฉพาะฝ่ายเรา ยิ่งไม่ควรให้ข้าศึกได้รับรู้ว่า เราถูกลอบโจมตี และได้รับความเสียหายมากน้อยเท่าใด จนกว่าการรบนั้นจบลง
หรือไม่ก็เป็นภาพที่ฝ่ายความมั่นคงได้พิจารณาแล้วว่า หากเผยแพร่ภาพดังกล่าวออกไป เช่น โรงเรียน วัด โรงพยาบาล สถานที่อยู่อาศัยของพลเรือนที่ถูกโจมตี โดยความมั่นคงด้วยจุดประสงค์ที่จักฟ้องชาวโลกให้รับรู้ถึงความป่าเถื่อน และละเมิดกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศของฝ่ายข้าศึก เช่นนี้สมควรทำ
๔. ไม่เพิ่มภาระให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐในทุกหน่วยงาน ขณะที่ประเทศกำลังเผชิญต่อภัยสงคราม เพราะมันจักทำให้เกิดความห่วงหน้าพะวงหลังของฝ่ายความมั่นคง เช่นนี้ถือว่าเป็นการบั่นทอนขวัญและกำลังใจ
๕. การทำตนให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อความมั่นคงในทุกกรณี เช่น ช่วยกันสอดส่อง ดูแลความสงบเรียบร้อยทั้งในและนอกบ้านตนเอง และคอยเป็นหูเป็นตาสอดส่องดูคนต่างชาติที่เข้ามาอยู่ในประเทศ ว่ามีพฤติกรรมอันจักเป็นภัยต่อความมั่นคงของชาติหรือไม่
หากมีก็ให้นำข้อมูลไปแจ้งต่อเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ ให้รับดำเนินการเพื่อกำจัดบุคคลที่ทำตัวเป็นปรปักษ์ต่อความมั่นคง

Eventually, the haunting and painful memories of the raging war have returned. The loss of lives, properties, and organs is unavoidable.
Since it is inevitable, what should we all do to minimize the loss? We are supposed to take the following actions:
1. When the military declares martial law in a war zone where there is fighting, or the fighting may expand depending on the conditions of the fighting. Thus, the area must be enforced with special laws, especially in terms of security. We should neither take pictures nor post pictures that negatively impact security and morale.
For example, the pictures of soldiers crouching and crawling to avoid bombs in a shop or building. This type of picture should not be published because it undermines the morale of those who see it.
2. Do not take pictures or post pictures of weapons transportation or locations of weapons because it is like pointing out targets and sending signals to the enemy to receive in-depth information.
Regarding the pilot’s releasing images of attacks on enemy positions, they aim to boost the morale of the people and intimidate the enemy.
3. Do not release images of losses while there is still fighting and attacks, especially on our side. We should not let the enemy know that we are being attacked and our damages until the fighting is over.
Security officials have considered releasing images of the attacked schools, temples, hospitals, or civilian residences to inform the world of the enemy’s brutality and violation of international law, as appropriate.
4. Do not increase the burden on government officials of all agencies while the country is facing the threat of war, because it will cause worries for security officials. This is considered to be a deterrent to morale.
5. Support national security, such as helping to monitor and maintain peace both inside and outside of one’s own house, and keeping an eye on foreigners whose behavior is potentially threatening to national security.
If the foreigners have any threatening behaviors, we should report the information to government officials so that they take action to eliminate enemies of national security.
Finally, I wish the Triple Gems and sacred beings in the ten thousand worlds to help guard all our brave soldiers so that they stay safe and secure. May Thailand and the Thai people be victorious over our enemies.
