– อาการก่อนทานยา
มีไข้สูง 37 องศา ปวดหัวนิดหน่อย เจ็บคอ ปวดเมื่อยกล้ามเนื้อ จมูกเริ่มไม่ได้กลิ่น ลิ้นเริ่มไม่รับรส
– อาการหลังทานยา 5 วัน (25 – 31 กค 64)
อาการโดยรวมดีขึ้น ไม่มีไข้ ไม่ปวดหัว ไม่เจ็บคอ แต่จมูกยังรับกลิ่นได้ไม่ดี
ยาหมดตั้งแต่ 31 ก.ค. แต่ไม่ได้ติดต่อขอยาเพิ่ม เนื่องจากไม่ทราบและไม่มีใครบอกว่าต้องกินยาต่อเนื่อง 14 วัน และไม่มีใครแจ้งว่ายาใกล้หมดให้ติดต่อกลับมา ภายหลังทราบจากเพื่อนว่า ต้องกินยาต่อเนื่อง 14 วัน จึงติดต่อขอยาเพิ่ม

ผู้ป่วยใหม่:
– หลวงปู่ถามว่า ทำไมถึงไม่กินยาต่อเนื่อง
เป็นผู้ป่วยที่ไม่เคยลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วย เมื่อตรวจโควิดผลบวก ได้ยาแก้ไข้แบบซองๆ ละ 10 เม็ดจากเพื่อนเอามาให้ทาน กินยาไป 10 วัน (23 ก.ค. – 1 ส.ค. 64) ยาหมดขณะรักษาตัวอยู่ใน Hospitel (โรงแรมที่ใช้เป็นสถานพยาบาล) และเขาไม่อนุญาตให้นำสิ่งของจากภายนอกเข้าไปใน Hospitel จึงทำให้กินยาไม่ต่อเนื่อง ขณะอยู่ใน Hospitel หมอให้กินยาตามอาการ คือ ยาละลายเสมหะ ยาแก้ไข
– อาการก่อนทานยา
ไม่มีไข้ เจ็บคอ ปวดโพรงจมูก เจ็บหู ปวดหัว
– อาการปัจจุบัน
ไม่มีไข้ ไอ มีเสมหะและน้ำมูก เจ็บคอ แสบคอจนถึงหู และจมูก และลิ้นยังรับรสและกลิ่นได้ไม่ดี

นี่แหละคือความผิดพลาด ผู้รับยาไม่ได้กิน ผู้กินไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนรับยา

Old patient:
– Luang Pu asked how many days he had taken medicine.
– Luang Pu had prescribed the patient medicine for five days, three times per day, during July 25-31, 2021.
– Symptoms before taking medication
The patient had fever at 37 degree Celsius. He felt a little headache, sore throat, and muscular pain. He started to lose sense of smell and taste.
– Symptoms after taking medicine for five days (during July 25-31, 2021)
Overall symptoms were better. He no longer had fever, headache, and sore throat. But he still could not smell much.
He had run out of medicine since July 31. He did not ask for more medicine, because he did not know that he had to continuously take medicine for 14 days, and no one had informed him to contact when he was running out of medicine. Later, he knew from a friend that he had to continuously take medicine for 14 days. So, he requested for more medicine.
Luang Pu Buddha Isara: Please give the patient more medicine for seven days, three times per day.

-He asked why the patient did not continuously take medicine.
The patient was not registered. When his COVID-19 test result was positive, he got herbal fever reducer from a friend. The packet contained ten tablets of fever reducer. So, he took medicine for ten days (from July 23 to August 1, 2021). He run out of medicine while staying in a hospital. The hospital did not permit him to take anything into the hostel. So, he could not continuously take the medicine. The doctor gave him expectorant and fever reducer.
– Symptoms before taking medication
He had no fever. He had sore throat, nasal cavity pain, sore ears, and headache.Yup
-Current symptoms
He has no fever. He coughs with phlegm. He has running nose, sore throat, sore ears, and nasal cavity sore. He still cannot taste and smell well.
A friend who gave him Luang Pu’s medicine recommended him to ask for more medicine.
Luang Pu Buddha Isara:
You have asked for more medicine. If we give you, how can you take it, because you have just said that the field hospital’s personnel do not allow you to bring your own drugs into the hospital.
This is a mistake. The person who received the medicine does not take it, but the person who took it was not registered to receive drug.
