กรณีผู้ใช้นาม Teerapol Rattanalangkarn คณะประชาชนปลดแอก มาจาบจ้วง ล่วงละเมิดสิทธิ์ของพุทธะอิสระ โดยการกล่าวถ้อยคำทิ่มแทง ดูถูก เหยียดหยาม ดูหมิ่น ด้อยค่า อันเป็นเท็จ หลายครั้ง หลายกรณี เช่น
วันที่ ๑๓ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๓ เวลา ๑๑.๐๕ น. เขาได้ส่งข้อความอันเป็นเท็จต่อเฟสบุ๊คสาธารณะของคณะก้าวไกล ซึ่งมีผู้ติดตามจำนวน ๑๓๐,๐๐๐ คน โดยกล่าวหาพุทธะอิสระว่า “นัดชุมนุมที่ลานพระรูป คาดว่าจะมากันอย่างน้อยหนึ่งล้าน (หัว) .. – นำโดยโล้น (หัวล้าน) อดีตพุทธเดียรถีย์ (อิสระจากพระพุทธเจ้าคือพวกเดียรถีย์) เวลา ๙ โมง อดีตพระพุทธหมดอิสระให้สัมภาษณ์สันตีน ความว่า” พร้อมกับเผยแพร่รูปถ่ายของพุทธะอิสระประกอบลงในข้อความที่คุณมโนโพสต์เผยแพร่ด้วย
ครั้งที่ ๒ วันที่ ๑๗ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๓ เวลา ๑๑.๔๑ น. โดยการเผยแพร่บทความในเพจเฟสบุ๊คสาธารณะ ชื่อ คณะประชาชนปลดแอก-Free People ซึ่งมีผู้ติดตามจำนวน ๙๓,๐๐๐ คนเศษ ได้เผยแพร่บทความเดียวกันกับที่ลงโพสต์ในคณะก้าวไกล
อันเป็นเหตุทำให้พุทธะอิสระได้รับความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียง ถูกดูหมิ่น และถูกเกลียดชัง ความจริงแล้วพุทธะอิสระมิได้นัดชุมนุมที่ลานพระรูป เพียงแต่บอกกล่าวเชิญชวนพสกนิกรชาวไทยเฝ้ารับเสด็จพระบามสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวเพื่อถวายความจงรักภักดี ในวันที่ ๑๔ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๓ จึงมิใช่การนัดชุมนุมอย่างที่ผู้กำลังตกเป้นจำเลยกล่าวอ้าง
และกล่าวหาว่าพุทธะอิสระเป็น
เดียรถีย์ หมายถึง พุทธะอิสระทำการเป็นปฏิปักษ์ต่อพระพุทธศาสนาอย่างยิ่ง อันเป็นคำ ด่าทอ ด้วยเหตุที่พุทธะอิสระมีความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ จำเลยจึงใช้คำว่า “คลั่งเจ้า” ลงไว้ในบทความหรือข้อความที่จำเลยเผยแพร่นั้นด้วย
ทั้งยังได้มีการบังอาจนำพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว มาตัดต่อ ล้อเลียน ด้วยความไม่เคารพยำเกรง ล่วงละเมิดต่อพระเกียรติยศของพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ซึ่งจำเลยเป็นผู้นำออกเผยแพร่ประกอบบทความหรือข้อความที่จำเลยนำลงเผยแพร่ในเพจเฟสบุ๊คสาธารณะ คณะประชาชนปลดแอก – Free People เผยแพร่เมื่อวันที่ ๑๒ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๓ เวลา ๑๒.๔๒ น.
อันเป็นการแสดงออกชัดเจนว่า จำเลยมีพฤติกรรมไม่เคารพเทิดทูนในสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์
ฉันไม่เข้าใจว่า
เราเคยรู้จักพูดคุย พบปะเจอะเจอกันที่ไหนหรือ
เราเคยเป็นศัตรูกันมาแต่วันเวลาไหนหรือ
การที่ฉันจะเคารพเทิดทูนสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ มันทำให้พวกคุณเจ็บปวดรวดร้าวเสียจน ต้องมาทำให้คนอื่นจงเกลีดจงชังฉันขนาดนี้เชียวหรือ
เวลาคุณฝักใฝ่พวกล้มเจ้า ฉันก็ไม่เคยไปตำหนิติด่าคุณเลย ทั้งที่หากจะว่ากันโดยสถานะแล้ว
คุณเคยรับราชการเป็นถึงครูบาอาจารย์สอนคนมาจนถึงขั้นเกษียณอายุราชการ
อีกทั้งอายุอานามก็ปาเข้าไป ๗๐ กว่าแล้ว
คุณยังจะกล้าดูหมิ่น เหยียดหยาม สร้างความเกลียดชังให้เกิดแก่ฉัน โดยที่ไม่แยกแยะดีชั่วถูกผิด
อยากบอกคุณว่า คนหนึ่งคน กว่าจะแก่ได้ มันต้องผ่านวันเวลา และเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ มาอย่างมากมาย ประสบการณ์ชีวิตเหล่านั้น มันไม่ได้ทำให้คุณเป็นคนมีเหตุมีผล รู้จักแยกถูกแยกผิด ได้เลยหละหรือ
ฉันหละเสียดายความแก่ของคุณ จริงๆ
ส่วนที่ภรรยาคุณเขียนจมบรรยายสรรพคุณว่า คุณอายุมาก เริ่มหลงลืม
นั้นมันไม่ใช้เหตุผลที่คุณจะมาดูถูก ดูหมิ่น เหยียดหยาม กล่าวหาใส่ร้ายใครก็ได้ ให้เกิดความเสียหาย
โดยเฉพาะสิ่งที่คุณจาบจ้วงสถาบัน ฉันยังรับไม่ได้ เพราะมันไม่ควรจะเกิดกับพวกเป็นข้าราชการครูบาอาจารย์
ฉันชักเริ่มสงสัยแล้วหละว่า สิ่งที่คุณอบรมสั่งสอนลูกชาวบ้านเขาไปมันจะเป็นอย่างที่คุณทำกับฉันหรือไม่

A person named Teerapol Rattanalangkarn of the Free People Group violated the rights of Buddha Isara by false reproach on several occasions such as…
On October 13, 2020, at 11:05 a.m., he posted a false message on the Facebook page of the Move Forward Party with 130,000 followers to accuse Buddha Isara of “calling for a demonstration at the Equestrian Statue of King Chulalongkorn. At least one million protesters are expected to join, led by the bald former heretic
(free from the Buddha is a heretic) at 9 a.m. The formerly Buddha Isara gave an interview”, with a photo of Buddha Isara on that publicized post.
And the second time on October 17, at 11:41 a.m., he posted a similar message on the Facebook page “Free People” which has approximately 93,000 followers.
These have caused defamation and hatred against Buddha Isara. Buddha Isara did not call for a protest at the Statue. I only invited Thai people to welcome the King on October 14, 2020. I did not call for a demonstration, as the defendant claimed.
He also accused me of being a heretic and a rival of Buddhism. This was a word of abuse and reproach. Because Buddha Isara is loyal to the royal institution, the defendant also used the word “Ultra-Royalist” in that article.
Moreover, he dared to edit the pictures of the King, mimic them, and violate the royal grace. The defendant publicized the pictures on the article publicized on the Facebook page of Free People on October 12, 2020, at 12:42. This showed that the defendant was disrespectful of the monarchy.
Have we talked or met anywhere?
Or have we been enemies?
My respect and worship towards the monarchy has made you so painful and caused your hatred against me?
When you favor the anti-monarchy group, I have never insulted you.
You used to serve as a civil servant and a teacher till retirement, and you are now over 70 years old. You still dared to insult and defame me, without differentiating what is good or bad, and right or wrong.
For a person to age, he or she must go through numerous events and experiences in life. Those experiences have not made you sensible to differentiate between right and wrong, have they?
I do pity your oldness.
Your wife wrote that you are old and are now forgetful.
This is not a reason for you to insult or defame anybody.
I cannot put up with your defaming the monarchy, because this should not happen with a civil servant and teacher.
I have started to doubt whether you have taught children to be like what you did to me.
