เมื่อศาลยกคำร้องต่อ ทอน แล้ว ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุผลใด
แต่คนไทยทั่วประเทศรับรู้กันทั่วว่า ทอน เหิมเกริมถึงขนาดจาบจ้วงสถาบันต่อหน้าบัลลังก์ศาล ถึงขนาดศาลต้องเตือนว่า ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งที่ ทอน พูดออกมา
ซึ่ง ทอน ก็แอ่นอกบอกศาลว่า ตนมีสติสัมปชัญญะสมบูรณ์ดี สามารถรับผิดชอบได้
เช่นนั้น ประชาชนคนจงรักภักดี ควรจะต้องช่วยกันมอบของขวัญวันตรุษจีนให้ ทอน เขาหน่อย ด้วยคดีดูหมิ่นเบื้องสูงต่อหน้าศาล
