จากพฤติกรรมที่กระทำการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อจะล้มล้างระบอบการปกครองแบบประชาธิปไตย ที่มีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข ถือว่าเข้าข่ายความผิดตามบทบัญญัติของรัฐธรรมนูญ ๖๐ มาตรา ๔๙ ที่บัญญัติว่า
“บุคคลจะใช้สิทธิหรือเสรีภาพเพื่อล้มล้างการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุขมิได้”
และอาจมี ความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๑๑๓ ที่บัญญัติว่า
“ผู้ใดใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย หรือขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย เพื่อ
(๑) ล้มล้างหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรัฐธรรมนูญ
(๒) ล้มล้างอำนาจนิติบัญญัติ อำนาจบริหาร หรืออำนาจตุลาการแห่งรัฐธรรมนูญ หรือให้ใช้อำนาจดังกล่าวแล้วไม่ได้ หรือ
(๓) แบ่งแยกราชอาณาจักรหรือยึดอำนาจปกครองในส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดแห่งราชอาณาจักร ผู้นั้นกระทำความผิดฐานเป็นกบฏ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิตหรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต ประกอบมาตรา ๘๔ ผู้ใดก่อให้ผู้อื่นกระทำความผิดไม่ว่าด้วยการใช้ บังคับ ขู่เข็ญ จ้าง วานหรือยุยงส่งเสริม หรือด้วยวิธีอื่นใด ผู้นั้นเป็นผู้ใช้ให้กระทำความผิด”
และจากพฤติกรรมที่กลุ่มสามสัส ได้เพียรกระทำ พยายามจาบจ้วง ด้อยค่า สถาบันอยู่เนืองนิตย์ ของคนกลุ่มนี้ โดยที่ไม่สนใจต่อความรู้สึกของคนส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศ
ซึ่งเท่ากับการแสดงเจตนาชัดเจนว่า พวกเขาตั้งใจเป็นปรปักษ์ต่อ สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ อันเป็นที่รักยิ่ง ของประชาชนชาวไทย และเป็นปรปักษ์กับคนส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศ
เราท่านทั้งหลายจึงสมควรที่จะเปิดเพลง “หนักแผ่นดิน” ให้แก่กลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ ได้ฟังในทุกที่ ที่พวกเขาเหยียบย่างเข้าไป
นี่คือมาตรการที่ ๑
หากพวกเขายังไม่ยอมหยุด เราจะช่วยกันขับไล่คนหนักแผ่นดิน ให้พ้นออกไปจากแผ่นดินที่พวกเขากำลังย่ำยี เหยียดหยาม ดูถูก ทั้งที่ตลอดชีวิตของคนพวกนี้ ล้วนได้รับพระมหากรุณาธิคุณจากพระเจ้าอยู่หัว พระราชวงศ์จักรี มาอย่างช้านาน แต่ก็หาได้สำนึกถึงบุญคุณไม่
หากเห็นว่าฝรั่งมันดีนักดีหนา ก็เก็บเสื้อผ้าไปอาศัยอยู่กับมัน
ตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไป ไอ้พวกสามสัสมันไปที่ใด คงจะได้ยินเพลง “หนักแผ่นดิน” ทุกที่

It is probably time for Thailand and Thai people to play the song “Burden for the Country” for the group of three behind the protesters and their networks to listen.

Their continuous behaviors to overthrow the democratic government regime with
the King as Head of State shall violate the Section 49 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 as follows.
Section 49. “No person shall exercise the rights or liberties to overthrow the democratic regime of government with the King as Head of State.”
And their behaviors may also violate the Section 113 of the Criminal Code as follows.
“Section 113 Whoever, commits an act of violence or threatens to commit an act of violence in order to:
1. Overthrow or change the Constitution;
2. Overthrow the legislative power, the executive power or the judicial power of the Constitution, or nullify such power; or
3. Separate the Kingdom or seize the power of administration in any part of the Kingdom, is said to commit insurrection, and shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.”
They have continuously attempted to defame and belittle the monarchy, without paying attention to the feelings of majority people in this country. So, this evidently show their intentions to defy against the monarchy which is highly adored by Thai people, and their behaviors are, therefore, against majority people in the country.
As a result, all of us should play the song “Burden for the Country” for them everywhere they go.
This is the first measure.
If they still do not stop, we will drive “people who are burden for the country” out of the country they are insulting and looking down upon, even though all their lives, they have received benevolences from the Kings of Chakri Dynasty. Nevertheless, they have never felt grateful of.
If they think the Westerners are so great, why don’t they pack their clothes and go to live in those countries?
From now on, they will hear the song “Burden for the Country, everywhere they go.
