สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย ได้ออกแถลงการณ์จากสถานอุปทูตรักษาการแทนเอกอัครราชทูต ไมเคิล ฮีธ ได้แสดงความเป็นกังวลเกี่ยวกับบุตรของพวกเธอ
อุปทูตฮีธ และเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐฯ คนอื่นๆ ได้พบปะกับชาวไทยในหลากหลายภาคส่วนอยู่เป็นประจำไม่ว่าจะเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐบาล เจ้าหน้าที่ทหาร นักธุรกิจ นักวิชาการ หรือผู้นำเยาวชน ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ทราบถึงเป้าหมาย ความกังวล และประเด็นที่ชาวไทยให้ความสำคัญ การพบปะกันเช่นนี้สะท้อนถึงงานหลักของเจ้าหน้าที่การทูต อันได้แก่ การแสวงหาความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมุมมองที่กว้างขวางในด้านเศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรม การเมือง และอื่น ๆ ของพลเมืองในประเทศที่ประจำการอยู่
เห็นข่าวนี้แล้วทำให้นึกถึง คำพูดของเอกอัครราชทูตจีนประจำสหรัฐ ที่ออกมาให้ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับ การพูดคุยกันทางโทรศัพท์ระหว่าง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักกิจการต่างประเทศของคณะกรรมการกลางพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนกับรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศสหรัฐ เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ ๕ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๖๔ โดยตัวแทนจีนได้พูดกับตัวแทนสหรัฐ อันมีคีย์เวิร์ดสำคัญที่ต้องนำมาคิดกันมากๆ ก็คือ
“กุย เทียนข่าย” เอกอัครราชทูตจีนประจำสหรัฐ ยังออกมาให้ความเห็นว่า การแก้ไขปัญหาระหว่างประเทศของบรรดาเพื่อนบ้านในเอเชีย ไม่จำเป็นต้องให้ประเทศนอกภูมิภาคเข้ามาแทรกแซง ซึ่งจะทำให้แก้ไขปัญหาได้ง่ายกว่าและมีโอกาสสำเร็จมากขึ้น
“คุณลองดูจากแผนที่ก็ได้ว่า ประเทศไหนคอยรุกราน ประเทศไหนคอยตั้งรับ ประเทศเหล่านี้อยู่ไกลจากสหรัฐทั้งนั้น” กุยชี้แจงและเสริมว่า
“การแก้ไขปัญหาในหมู่ประเทศเพื่อนบ้านด้วยกันเองโดยที่ประเทศอื่นไม่ต้องเข้ามายุ่งเกี่ยว ย่อมแก้ได้ง่ายกว่าและเป็นไปได้มากกว่า”

ขนาดจีนเขายังรู้เลยว่า สหรัฐ มันคือตัวอันตราย ต่อภูมิภาคนี้ แต่คนไทยที่เป็นถึงจารย์ในมหาลัยไทย กลับแกล้งโง่ ทำเป็นไม่รู้ นี่มันคนไทยทาสฝรั่งตัวจริง เสียงจริงแท้ๆ

A group of lecturers led by Associate Professor, Anusorn Unno, Faculty of Sociology and Anthropology, Thammasat University, and network organizations, including mothers of “Ratsadon” leaders met and submitted a letter to Chargé d’Affaires Michael Heath, U.S. Embassy in Thailand.
The U.S. Embassy issued an announcement of Chargé d’Affaires Michael Heath which expressed concerns for their children.
Chargé d’Affaires Michael Heath and other U.S. Embassy diplomats regularly meet Thai people from various sectors including government officials, military officials, businessmen, academicians, or youth leaders, to understand objectives, concerns, and issues that Thai people pay attention to. Such meetings reflect major works of diplomat is to seek understand broad perspectives of economy, culture, politics, and others of the citizens in the country they are posted.
This news made me recall a speech of the Chinese Ambassador to the United States who expressed his views about the phone call between the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s Director of the International Liaison Department and U.S. Secretary of State on Friday, February 5 th , 2021. Key
message that representative of China spoke to representative of the U.S. that should be given some thought is as follows.
Cui Tiankai, Chinese Ambassador to the United States, expressed his views that international conflicts of Asian countries should not be interfered by othercountries outside the region. Then, the issues would be solved more easily and successfully.
“Please look at the map. So, who is on the offensive, who is on the defensive, you just have a look at the map. They are all far away from the United States.”
Ambassador Cui Tiankai explained and added that, “Without external involvement, it will be easier and more possible for the neighbors to solve the issues between themselves.”
Professor, do you understand what the Chinese Ambassador said?
Not sure if Thai people who are trying to open the door for enemies will understand this article?
Even China knows that the United States is dangerous for this region. Thai people who are university lecturers have pretended not to know about it. These Thais are truly slaves of the Westerners.
