มีกลุ่มสามสัส เข้าร่วมประชุมวางแผนที่จะจัดการชุมนุม ณ ทุ่งท้องสนามหลวงและวันอื่นๆ
ซึ่งก็มีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ๑๙ คน พวกกลุ่ม ๓ สัส นั่งหัวโต๊ะอยู่กันครบ ทั้งยังมีผู้ช่วย สส.หนุ่ม ที่เพิ่งจะสมัครเป็นเขยอินโดนีเซียไปเมื่อไม่กี่วัน
งานนี้แกนนำแต่ละกลุ่มมากันครบ มีข้าวมีน้ำเลี้ยงกันอย่างอิ่มหมีพีมัน ท้องตึงแถมเป๋าตุงกลับไปเป็นทุนดำเนินกิจกรรมกันทุกคน
พรายกระซิบบอกว่า นอกจากจะเลี้ยงดูปูเสื่อ เพื่อเคลียร์ใจ กระชับสัมพันธ์ให้เหนียวแน่นกันทุกกลุ่มแล้ว ในที่ประชุมยังมีการวางแผนการชุมนุมในวันที่ ๒๐ ที่ท้องสนามหลวงว่า ให้ผู้ชุมนุมพยายามฝ่าด่านตำรวจให้เข้าไปใกล้พระบรมมหาราชวังให้มากที่สุด
และให้ใช้รูปสัญลักษณ์กิโยติน ที่ใช้ในยุคปฏิวัติฝรั่งเศสเป็นตัวชูโรงที่ นายปิยบุตร นำเสนอ
มีการฉายภาพวีดิทัศน์ในพันธกิจไม่เอาสถาบัน พร้อมทั้งให้แจกหนังสือเล่มสีน้ำเงินของ ทนายอานนท์ จำนวน ๑,๐๐๐ – ๑๐,๐๐๐ เล่ม ให้แก่ผู้ชุมนุมทุกคน แล้วเปิดอ่านพร้อมๆ กันเพื่อเรียกร้องต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์
การชุมนุมครั้งนี้ให้มีการ์ด ๑,๐๐๐ – ๑,๕๐๐ คน ซึ่งต้องแต่งชุดแสดงตนว่าเป็นการ์ด และส่วนหนึ่งก็ให้ปะปนไปกับผู้ชุมนุม โดยจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ตัดลวดตัดโซ่
และล่าสุด นายธนาธร ลงเฟสชักชวนกลุ่ม “ราษเก็ต” ให้ออกมาร่วมกันทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับการชุมนุม
พรายกระซิบยังแจ้งมาอีกว่า ให้ผู้ชุมนุมพยายามเล็ดรอดเข้าไปให้ถึงกำแพงพระบรมมหาราชวัง และศาลหลักเมือง เพื่อกระทำการนำเอาอาจมไปสาด ไปป้าย ทำคุณไสย ใส่สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์
ส่วน นายปิยบุตร ก็ให้เดินสายไปตามมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ด้วยข้ออ้าง ให้ความรู้ทางวิชาการ แต่แท้จริงแล้ว คือการปลุกเร้าให้เกลียดสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์

The incident took place at Thai Summit Tower on March 16, 2021, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
The group of three behind the protesters (Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, and Pannika Wanich) had a meeting to brainstorm on how to manage the protest at Sanam Luang and protests on other dates.
There were nineteen participants in the meetings. The three of them chaired the meeting. The young MP who just became a son-in-law of Indonesians also assisted in the planning.
On that day, leaders of all groups came. They were served with lots of food and drinks. Their stomachs were full, and their pockets were full of money for supporting their activities.
The little bird also told me that apart from taking very good care of them to mend and strengthen relationships of all groups, the meeting also agreed that the protest on March 20 at Sanam Luang, protesters would try to break through police barricade and get closest possible to the grand palace.
They will use guillotine, which symbolizes the French Revolution, as prima, according to Piyabutr’s proposal.
Then, they will display an “anti-monarchy” video and distribute 1,000-10,000 “blue books” of lawyer Anon Nampa to protesters. Then, they will read out the books at the same time to demand from the monarchy.
They will have 1,000-1,500 security guards who wear clothing for guards. Some of them will mingle with protesters and will have wires and chains cutting devices.
As lately, Thanathorn has just posted on Facebook to invite a group of skateboarders to join the demonstration.
The little bird also told me that protesters would try to get close to the Grand Palace’s walls and City Pillar Shrine so that they can throw and smear feces on the walls, as part of their black magic ritual to the monarchy.
Piyabutr is making a roadshow to various universities to give lectures. In fact, he is instigating students’ hatred against the monarchy.
