หลายคนถามเข้ามาว่า ทำไม พุทธะอิสระ ต้องไปตอบโต้กับ มหาไพรวัลย์ ผู้หิวแสง
เหตุผลไม่มีอะไรซับซ้อน คือ จุดยืนของมหา สิ่งที่มหาคิด สิ่งที่มหาทำ และความพยายามรวมหัวกับบรรดาแกนนำสามนิ้วทำอยู่ มันเป็นอันตรายต่อ ๓ สถาบันหลักของชาติ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มที่ชื่อ “คณะปฏิสังขรณ์การพระศาสนาใหม่” ซึ่งแว่วๆ มาว่ามีมหาเข้าไปเป็นแกนร่วมด้วย
ถามว่า แล้วมันจะผิดอะไร
ตอบ ไม่ผิด หากไม่ทะเยอทะยาน เหิมเกริม ที่จะเคลื่อนไหวกดดัน ให้เกิดข้อเรียกร้อง ดังนี้คือ
๑. คณะปฏิสังขรณ์การพระศาสนาใหม่เป็นการรื้อฟื้นคณะปฏิสังขรณ์การพระศาสนาในปี ๒๔๗๗ เพื่อปฏิรูป พ.ร.บ.คณะสงฆ์ ให้สอดคล้องกับระบอบประชาธิปไตย ยกเลิกการรวมศูนย์อำนาจของรัฐ
๒. โครงสร้างการปกครองคณะสงฆ์แบ่งเป็น ๓ อำนาจ ประกอบด้วย สังฆนายก สังฆสภา และคณะวินัยธร โดยมาจากการเลือกตั้งกันเองในหมู่สงฆ์ โดยแต่ละนิกายสามารถจัดตั้งตามโครงสร้างนี้ของตนเองได้
๓. ยุบมหาเถรสมาคม สำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ เนื่องจากไม่มีความจำเป็นในโครงสร้างใหม่
๔. ตัดอำนาจกษัตริย์ในการแต่งตั้งหรือพระราชทานพัดยศแก่พระสงฆ์ หากจะทำต้องทำในนามส่วนพระองค์ การอุปถัมภ์พระสงฆ์หรือนิกายใดสามารถทำได้ในนามส่วนพระองค์ แต่ต้องไม่ใช้เงินงบประมาณจากภาษีประชาชน
๕. คืนสิทธิพลเมืองให้แก่พระสงฆ์ เปิดกว้างในการตีความคำสอนทางพุทธศาสนา
๖. การปฏิรูป พ.ร.บ.สงฆ์ เป็นบันไดขั้นแรก เมื่อถึงเวลากฎหมายจะถูกยกเลิกและมีการแยกศาสนาออกจากรัฐ การนับถือศาสนาหรือไม่นับถือจะเป็นเสรีภาพของปัจเจกที่รัฐไม่เข้ามายุ่งเกี่ยว
เพราะเหตุผลดังกล่าวเหล่านี้ใช่ไหม มหาถึงได้ออกมาฟาดงวงฟาดงาใส่มหาเถร ใส่สำนักพุทธ และผู้มีอำนาจ เป้าจริงๆ ของพวกมหา คือ จ้องจะล้มล้าง ทำลายใช่ไหมล่ะ
วันนี้นำข้อเรียกร้องของพวกนี้มาให้ท่านได้รับรู้ก่อน วันหน้าจะถลกหนังกำพร้าของพวกเก้อยาก ให้ทุกคนได้รับรู้ถึงแผนการของคนพวกนี้ ว่ามีอะไรแอบแฝงอยู่บ้าง

Clarifications

Several people have asked why Buddha Isara have to counterattack Phra Maha Praiwan who yearns for spotlight.
Nothing is complicated. Positioning and thoughts of Maha, what Maha is doing, and attempt to conspire with leaders of the three-finger salute protesters are harmful for the three key national institutions. Especially, the group calling themselves “the Religious Restoration Movement”, which I have heard that Maha will join as a leader.
Then comes the question what is wrong with it?
Answer : It is not wrong if they are not ambitious and overconfident to pressure and come up with following requests.
1. The Religious Restoration Movement in 1934 requested for reform of the Sangha Act to be in line with democracy and abolishment of power-centric government.
2. Governing structure of monastic community shall be divided into three powers consisting of Chairman of the Ecclesiastical, synod, and a group of monks who are versed in the Discipline.
3. Abolishment of the Sangha Supreme Council and the National Office of Buddhism because they are not necessary in the new structure.
4. Elimination of the King’s power in appointing or giving ornamental long-handled fans used as insignia of monastic ranks. The King’s patronage for any monk or any doctrine can be done personally but must not use budget gained from taxation from people.
5. Return civil rights to monk and open for interpretation of Buddhist teachings.
6. Reform of the Sangha Act will be the first step. When time is right, the law will be abolished. Then, religion will be separated from state. Whether Thai citizen will affirm faith in a religion or not is individual freedom with which the government cannot interfere.
Was it because of these reasons, Maha has come out to attack the Sangha Supreme Council, the National Office of Buddhism, and those in power? The real objective of Maha is to abolish and destroy, isn’t it?
Today, I would like to bring up requests of these people for your awareness. Next time, I will peel the shameless’ skin off so that everybody knows about their hidden schemes.
