แหล่งข่าวแจ้งมาว่า แกนนำรุ่นสองของกลุ่มคณะราษฎร คือ นายณัฐชนน ไพโรจน์ มีการนัดประชุมกันที่โรงแรม นิมิต บูทีค โฮเทล คอลเลคชั่น เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพ โดยมีนายณัฐชนน ไพโรจน์ และนายอรรถพล บัวพัฒน์ เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม ได้มีการกำหนดแผนการ การขับเคลื่อนของม็อบวันที่ ๘ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๓ ณ วงเวียนอนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตย โดยใช้รถบรรทุกขยายเสียงขนาดใหญ่พร้อมมีเวทีปราศรัยในตัว
การนัดประชุมใหญ่ในครั้งนี้ ก็เพื่อเช็คจำนวนมวลชน
หากมีมวลชนมากันจำนวนมาก ก็จะมีการนำพามวลชนขับเคลื่อนไปยังลานพระราชวังดุสิต และสวนอัมพร
เพื่อทำกิจกรรมให้มวลชนเขียนข้อความใส่กระดาษ แล้วพับเป็นรูปเครื่องบินร่อน พุ่งให้เข้าไปในเขตพระราชฐาน
นอกจากนั้นในที่ประชุมยังมีการกำหนดวันนัดการชุมนุมในรอบต่อจากวันที่ ๘ พฤศจิกายน คือ วันที่ ๒๓ พฤศจิกายน
โดยวันที่ ๒๓ พฤศจิกายนนี้ จะกระตุ้นให้มีการจัดชุมนุมใหญ่ทั่วประเทศ ในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของสถาบันหรือศูนย์ราชการ เพื่อปิดการดำเนินงานของข้าราชการ
กิจกรรมทั้งหมดนี้แกนนำในแต่ละจังหวัดสามารถเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายจากส่วนกลางได้
แต่มีการกำชับกันในที่ประชุมว่า ข้อเรียกร้อง ๓ ข้อจะต้องไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง คือ
นายกลาออก
แก้รัฐธรรมนูญทั้งฉบับ
ปฎิรูปสถาบัน
จึงขอแจ้งข่าวลับนี้ ให้ท่านทั้งหลายทราบ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเผชิญหน้า

An informed source told that Mr. Natchanon Pairoj, a second-generation protest leader of Khana Ratsadon, called for a meeting at The Nimit Boutique Hotel in Wattana District of Bangkok. Mr. Natchanon Pairoj and Mr. Attapol Buapat chaired the meeting.
On November 8, 2020, they plan to use a big truck with amplifier and stage to mobilize demonstration on the roundabout of Democracy Monument.
Purpose of this big gathering is to check the number of protesters.
If there is massive gathering, they will lead the protesters to the grounds of the Dusit
Palace and Suan Amporn Garden.
There, the protesters will write messages on paper to be folded into planes. Then, they will fly the paper planes into the Palace.
Then, they plan to have another demonstration on November 23.
On November 23, they will hold a massive demonstration all over the country, in various places which symbolize the royal institutions or centers of government with an aim to stop government operation.
Protest leaders of each province will get financial support from the center of demonstration.
Also, it was reiterated in the meeting that the following three demands cannot be changed
1. Prime Minister must resign.
2. The whole constitution must be amended.
3. Reform of the monarchy.
Therefore, I want to inform this secret news to all of you to avoid possible confrontation.
