เห็นคุณมึงตั้งคำถามเอากับคนไทย ว่าลืมอะไรไปหรือเปล่า แล้วจับแพะชนแกะ เอาเหตุการณ์จริงบ้าง ไม่จริงบ้าง มาเขียน มาโพสต์ คุณมึงมีเจตนาอะไร
หรือเห็นว่าคุณอุ๊งอิ๊ง ประกาศแลนด์สไลด์เลยกลัว ว่าจะอยู่ไม่ได้ เลยออกมาโพสต์สกัด ขัดขวางเขา

ทำไมฉันจะต้องกลัวว่า จะอยู่ไม่ได้ เมื่อชินวัตรผู้หลานจะมาแลนด์สไลด์
แล้วคุณแน่ใจได้อย่างไรว่า เด็กน้อยของคุณจะมาแลนด์สไลด์ หากสิ่งที่ฉันโพสต์ สิ่งที่ฉันเขียนไม่จริงแล้วจะกลัวอะไร

หากตระกูลชินผู้หลานดีจริงแล้วจะกลัวอะไร หรือเป็นพวกวัวสันหลังหวะ
ส่วนที่คุณถามมาว่า สิ่งที่ฉันเขียน ที่โพสต์จริงบ้าง ไม่จริงบ้าง ขอบอกคุณก็สามารถเอาสิ่งที่คุณเห็นว่าไม่จริง ไปฟ้องร้องกล่าวโทษตาม พรบ. คอมได้นี่
แต่คุณต้องระวังว่าจะเจอข้อหาฟ้องเท็จนะจ๊ะ
ส่วนที่คุณบอกว่า สิ่งที่ฉันเขียน ฉันโพสต์มีจริงบ้าง เท็จบ้าง เช่นนั้นวันนี้เรามาทบทวนกันดูอีกซักรอบว่ามันจริงไหม
– ทักษิณนายคุณ เข้าไปพัวพันกับการทุจริตในการซื้อขายที่ดินที่รัชดา รัฐสูญเสียเงินไป ๒,๐๐๐ ล้านบาท อันนี้จริงไหม
– ให้เอ็กซิมแบงก์ปล่อยกู้ให้แก่สหภาพพม่า ๔,๐๐๐ ล้านบาท เพื่อให้พม่านำเงินมาลงทุนในธุรกิจดาวเทียมในเครือชินคอร์ปของตนเอง อันนี้จริงไหม
– ด้วยการปล่อยกู้ให้พม่าดอกเบี้ยต่ำกว่าปกติจนทำให้รัฐต้องสูญเสียเงินรายได้ไปถึง ๖๗๐ ล้านบาท อันนี้จริงไหม
– ทุจริตโครงการหวยบนดินจนรัฐต้องสูญเสียเงินไปไม่ต่ำกว่า ๓,๐๐๐ ล้านบาท จนเป็นคดีความในชั้นศาล อันนี้จริงไหม
– อนุมัติให้ธนาคารกรุงไทย ปล่อยกู้ให้บริษัทในเครือกฤษฎามหานคร จนรัฐต้องสูญเสียเงินไปถึง ๑ หมื่นล้านบาท อันนี้จริงไหม
– ออกกฎหมายแก้ไขค่าสัมปทานโทรศัพท์มือถือ – ดาวเทียม เป็นภาษีสรรพสามิต เอื้อประโยชน์ต่อบริษัทชินคอร์ป ทำให้รัฐสูญเสียเงินไป ๖,๖๐๐ ล้านบาท อันนี้จริงไหม
– จัดซื้อเครื่องบิน A340-500, A340-600 รวม ๑๐ ลำในปี ๒๕๔๕ – ๒๕๔๗ ในวงเงิน ๕๓,๐๐๐ ล้านบาท จนเป็นเหตุให้การบินไทยต้องขาดทุนแทบล้มละลาย อันนี้จริงไหม
– เมื่อตนเองต้องคดี ฮั้วประมูลซื้อที่ดินของบริษัทเงินทุน เอราวัณทรัสต์จำกัด จนต้องขึ้นโรงขึ้นศาล ทนายของนายทักษิณ หิ้วถุงขนม มีเงินอยู่ในถุง ๒ ล้านบาท ขึ้นไปบนศาล (เอ..เอาไปให้ใครหว้า) อันนี้จริงไหม
– นี่ยังไม่ได้ว่าถึง เรื่องหลีกเลี่ยงภาษีและคดีการโอนหุ้น ซุกหุ้น ให้แก่วงศาคณาญาติ ไม่เว้นแม้แต่แม่บ้าน คนขับรถ เพื่อหลบเลี่ยงการตรวจสอบ อันนี้จริงไหม
– ในด้านสังคมและความมั่นคง
ตั้งแต่นายทักษิณและตระกูลชิน เข้ามามีอำนาจ สังคมแตกแยกกันจนมองหน้าไม่ติด แม้แต่คนบ้านเดียวกันยังทะเลาะกัน เพราะความเห็นทางด้านการเมือง อันนี้จริงไหม
ใครไม่เลือกผม พื้นที่ไหนไม่เลือกผม งบประมาณเอาไว้ทีหลัง คำพูดนี้ออกจากปากนายทักษิณ จริงไหม
เพราะคำว่า โจรกระจอก ในเหตุการณ์สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จนเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดสถานการณ์ ปะทุความรุนแรง ทวีคูณมากขึ้น ทำให้รัฐต้องสูญเสียทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ และผู้คนบริสุทธิ์ต้องบาดเจ็บล้มตายลงไป ๕,๘๓๖ คน
(ตั้งแต่ปี 2547 – 2565 แบ่งเป็นประชาชน 3,609 คน เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ 2,227 คน) อันนี้จริงไหม
นโยบายปราบยาเสพติด จนทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทำวิสามัญ ฆาตกรรมประชาชนไปถึง ๒,๐๐๐ ศพ จนมีผู้นำเรื่องไปร้องต่อสหประชาชาติ อันนี้จริงไหม
เหล่านี้คือตัวอย่างความจริงคราวๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับชาติประชาชน นี่ยังไม่รวมถึงความเลวร้ายที่นายทักษิณได้กระทำต่อสถาบันอีกหลายกรรม หลายวาระ อันนี้จริงหรือเปล่า

Your questioning Thai people whether they have forgotten something by mixing both true and fake stories. What is your intention?
Or are you worried how your life will be after seeing “Khun Ung-Ing” (nickname of Paetongtarn Shinawatra)’s announcing a landslide victory? So, you posted this on Facebook to obstruct her?
Answer :
Why do I need to be afraid if the Shinawatra family will have a landslide victory?
Are you sure that your kid will win by a landslide? If what I wrote is not true, what she needs to be afraid of?
Real gold does not fear the test of fire.
Real diamond does not fear the cutting.
Real steel does not fear the forging.
Real good person is not afraid of tests.
If she is good, what she is afraid of? Or did they do something wrong and fear that other people will know?
You mentioned that what I posted was the mixture of true and fake stories, you may file a complaint according to the Computer-related Crime Act, mightn’t you?
Anyway, be cautious to get a counter lawsuit for malicious prosecution.

– Your boss, Mr. Thaksin, was involved with the corruption of the
Ratchadapisek land deal in which the government lost an income of Thai Baht 2 billion, wasn’t he?
– Was he involved with the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Bank)’s lending of 4 billion baht to the Myanmar government so that Myanmar could buy products from Shin Satellite Plc., a company owned by his family?
– Did the EXIM Bank lent the money at a below-cost interest rate that the government lost the income of 670 million baht?
– Did he order the launch of the two-and-three-digit lotteries without a measure to prevent financial risks of the state, and then the government lost 10 billion baht?
– Was he involved with lending of the Krungthai Bank to subsidiaries of the Krisda Mahanakorn real estate company, and the government lost one billion baht?
– Was he involved with converting a concession fee for mobile phone operators into excise tax favoring Shin Corporation, causing a loss of 6.6 billion baht revenue to two state-owned telecoms groups?
– Was he involved with the Thai Airways’ procurement of ten A340-500, A340-600 Airbus planes from 2002 to 2004 at fifty-three billion baht, and this caused the bankruptcy of the Thai Airways airline?
– Was he involved with the corruption in the land auction held by the Financial Institutions Development Fund (FIDF)? The FIDF had previously purchased that plot of land from the Erawan Trust. Mr. Thaksin’s lawyers was found carrying a bag containing 2 million baht to the court. (Hmm…To whom was he bringing it?)
– Was he involved with tax evasion and concealing billions of baht by transferring the ownership of his Shin Corporation shares to others, including housewives and drivers?
As for the society and security, since Mr. Thaksin and the Shinawatra family became powerful, the Thai society became divided. Even family members quarreled due to different political views. Is this true?
“Who don’t elect me or which areas don’t elect me, they will receive the budget later.” Did these words come out of Mr. Thaksin?
Due to his word “muggers”, the violences in the three Southern most provinces intensified that the country lost 5,836 government officials and innocent people.
(From 2004 to 2022, 3,609 people and 2,227 government officials died.) Is this true?
As a result of his drug prevention and suppression policy, policemen killed 2,000 people, and people submitted the complaint to the United Nations.
These are just some examples of his wrongdoings towards the country and the people, not including his wrongdoings towards the monarchy. Is this true?
