February 25th, 10PM and 1AM: There was a drone with an attached camera flying around the temple.
February 26th, 1:30AM: A drone with an attached camera flew to explore the entrances in front and at the back of the temple and close to my barracks.
February 29th, 5:30AM: There was a muscular man with short hair wearing shorts and a T-shirt. He had a leg tattoo. He was carrying a black nylon bag which had something long and heavy inside. He was sneaking around in a bush while I was walking around the temple for exercise.
So I asked Mr. Good to make an inquiry.
Good returned to report to me that he was a fisherman.
I asked him back what kind of fisherman would come here since 5AM.
“Did you notice the bag he was carrying?”
Good answered, “Yes, I noticed.”
I asked, “What did you think it was?”
Good answered, “Probably a new style of fishing rod”.
I said nothing, but thought that he didn’t look like a local, and he didn’t look like a fisherman from the way he dressed. But I thought that since the police said he’s a fisherman, in order to avoid trouble, I’d also agree that he was looking for fish.
March 12th, 10:30PM: There was a white Toyota car with unknown license plate. 5 bullets were shot in front of the temple from that car. It happened at the blind spot where a camera is not installed.
March 13th, 1AM-ish: Mr. James and Mr. Tor were on duty close to my accommodation. I noticed the fisherman walking along the temple’s wall. I was informed that a couple of kids who lived in the temple spied on him. They saw the fisherman walk along the back of the temple and leave by motorcycle.
Tuesday, March 15th, 10PM-ish: An unknown number of criminals ambushed, firing bullets at the security building, where Mr. James and Mr. Tor were on duty close to my accommodation.
At 11PM-ish: The police from Kamphaeng Saen station, led by the superintendent, came to investigate, as appeared in the pictures here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/…
I had already gone to sleep at 10PM. I wasn’t feeling well, so I took medicine and went to sleep. I woke up at 5AM.
At 6AM, I called a meeting with the workers. Mr. Good reported, in a clear and serious voice, about last night’s event. He said, step by step, that last night, the criminals shot 7 bullets into the security building while James was on duty. James and Tor were unharmed.
The reason that the two of them survived was because of their laziness. They started duty late. Additionally, after arriving, they sat by the Indian gooseberry tree. They left the light and the fan on inside the security building. So the security building was shot a hail of bullets. The shooters must have hoped that they would at least hit someone because the bullet holes ranged from the floor to the roof.
Afterwards, the abbot called to inform the police, who came to investigate and take pictures as proof.
The police said they would come back again in the morning.
This time, James and Tor survived because they were lazy.
I walked to the security building in order to see the bullet holes and the spot where the shooters fired from. They were not far, only 50 metres apart.
I’d like to tell those people who’d like to kill me that there’s no need to cause trouble to laymen or unrelated people. Just tell me when and where you want to kill me so that I would walk out there for you to kill. But you have to make sure I’m dead. If I’m not dead, you may have to listen to me chant. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Be brave. Since you want to be bad, don’t bite while hiding.
