ย้ำกันให้ชัดๆ อีกสักที สืบเนื่อง เรื่องมาจากรายการคืนความสุข ประจำวันศุกร์สุดสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา

“ประยุทธ์” ย้ำให้ “พระ-ฆราวาส” หยุดทะเลาะเรื่องตั้งสังฆราช ชี้ทุกฝ่ายต้องอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายรัฐ เตือนอย่าหลงกลายเป็นเหยื่อการเมืองถูกฉกฉวยผลประโยชน์
เรื่องการตั้งสมเด็จพระสังฆราช จริงๆ แล้วไม่อยากพูดเรื่องนี้
แต่เห็นว่ามีการเคลื่อนไหวหลายด้านด้วยกันในระยะหลัง ขอให้หยุดเสียที ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพระ เป็นฆราวาส
คนไทยอย่าลืมว่า ๙๐% นับถือศาสนาพุทธ เราต้องทำให้คนไทยทั้ง ๙๐% นั้นเชื่อมั่น มีความศรัทธาอย่างแท้จริงในคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าที่ต้องนำมาสู่การปฏิบัติ ทำให้เกิดความสงบสุขในสังคม พระพุทธเจ้าคงไม่ต้องการสอนให้เอาพระธรรมมาทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้ง
“วินัยสงฆ์เป็นระเบียบปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้สงฆ์นั้นอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างปกติสุข
กฎหมายของฆราวาส กฎหมายของประชาชนทั่วๆ ไป ทั้งพระ ทั้งฆราวาส ทั้งประชาชน ทุกกลุ่มนะครับ ก็คือประชาชนทั้งสิ้น
เพราะฉะนั้นต้องเคารพกฎหมายโดยรวมของชาติด้วยนะครับ
เพราะฉะนั้นแยกกันให้ออก อะไรทางโลก อะไรทางธรรม โยงกันไปโยงกันมา ขัดแย้งกันไปตลอด แล้วจะอยู่กันยังไง
สิ่งนี้เป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่ต้องกลับไปทบทวนว่าโลกใบนี้ บางพื้นที่พุทธศาสนาเกิดขึ้นก่อน ไปๆ มาๆ หายไปหมดเลย
วันนี้เหลือประเทศไทยค่อนข้างเป็นประเทศที่มีนับถือพุทธเยอะกว่า ๙๐% ทำไมเราไม่รักษาตรงนี้ให้ได้ ๙๐%
ทำไมจะต้องแบ่ง ๙๐ เป็น ๖๐-๔๐ กันหรือไง” พล.อ.ประยุทธ์กล่าว
นายกฯ ย้ำว่า ทุกศาสนาต้องอยู่ร่วมกันได้ในประเทศไทย
พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวรับสั่งแล้วว่า ไม่ว่าคนจะนับถือศาสนาใด ถ้าอยู่ในประเทศไทย เชื้อชาติไทย สัญชาติไทยนั้น พระองค์ทรงสนับสนุน
ทุกอย่างต้องอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายอันเดียวกัน จะเลือกปฏิบัติไม่ได้
ไม่งั้นอีกฝ่ายก็เอากฎหมายนี้มาเล่นงานพวกข้างนี้ ข้างนี้เอากฎหมายอีกอันมาข้างนี้ก็กฎหมายเดียวกันทั้งหมด
จะทำยังไงกฎหมายสงฆ์ก็กฎหมายสงฆ์
กฎหมายฆราวาสก็กฎหมายฆราวาส
แต่ทั้งพระ ฆราวาสอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายรัฐ
ถ้าพร้อมเรียบร้อยก็ตั้งได้ทั้งหมดนะ ถ้าไม่พร้อมขัดแย้งอยู่อย่างนี้
อย่าแยกคน ๙๐% ของเราออกมาเป็นเปอร์เซ็นต์เล็กเปอร์เซ็นต์น้อยเลย อย่าไปเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการเมือง
“น่าจะมีเบื้องหลังอยู่บ้าง”
ก็เป็นเรื่องของกลไกทางกระบวนการยุติธรรมเขาตรวจสอบซิครับ ทำไมต้องใจร้อนอะไรกันขนาดนั้น
บ้านเมืองกำลังปฏิรูป กำลังจะเลือกตั้ง
อ้าวตีกันเรื่องพระ เรื่องอะไรอีก วุ่นวายไปหมดเลยนะ แต่ไม่เป็นไร
“ผมก็ยังสู้อยู่นะ ทำให้ท่าน”
แต่อย่าขัดแย้งก็แล้วกันนะ อย่าให้เขาใช้ประโยชน์ไปในเรื่องการเมืองด้วยนะครับ จะเข้าทางคนที่ไม่หวังดีที่เขากำลังทำอยู่ในวันนี้ พล.อ.ประยุทธ์กล่าว
แหม…..กว่าจะพูดออกมาได้
ทำเอาฉันเหนื่อย เจียนตายเลยนะท่านนายก
หากพูดเสียให้ชัดเจน และเร็วกว่านี้
อะไร อะไร มันคงจะไม่วุ่นวาย ถึงขนาดนี้
แต่ก็ต้องขอขอบคุณ ที่กรุณาเอื้อนโอษฐ์ โปรดสัตว์ ออกมาได้ทันสถานการณ์
แม้จะล่าช้าไปสักหน่อย ก็พอจะกล้อมแกล้ม กล้ำกลืนยอมรับได้
หากจะมองในมุมยุทธวิธี
ถือว่าการพูดช้าของท่านนายกครั้งนี้ มันทำให้แยกได้ชัดเจนว่าใครดีใครเลว
สังคมจะได้ศึกษาเรียนรู้ และมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสิน
ภาระหนักจะได้ไม่ตกอยู่กับรัฐบาลมากเกินไป
แม้จะดูดี…
แต่สำหรับฉันแล้ว อดคิดไม่ได้ว่า ฉันถูกเอาเปรียบมากเกินไปหรือเปล่า
อันนี้ คิดเล่น ๆ นะจ๊ะ ขอบอก
เพราะไม่ว่าจะลำบากทุกข์ยาก ปางตายขนาดไหน ฉันคงมิอาจปฏิเสธที่จะทำหน้าที่ของลูกไทย หลานไทยไปได้
ยังไงๆ ฉันก็ต้องขอขอบคุณ รัฐบาล คสช. ท่านผู้นำ ที่ทุ่มเท จริงใจ และยังรับปากว่า “ผมยังสู้อยู่นะ ทำให้ท่าน”
นั้นหมายถึงทำให้คนไทยทั้งแผ่นดิน ไม่ใช่ทำให้ฉัน
ขอบคุณ ขอบใจ ที่ทุ่มเทเสียสละ จริงจัง ตั้งใจดี จนเป็นที่ประจักษ์ และหากเป็นไปได้
พวกเราคนเวทีแจ้งวัฒนะ อยากให้ท่านนายกได้ทบทวนถึงประโยชน์ของชาติ และประชาชนเป็นที่ตั้ง
๒ ปีที่ผ่านมา… ท่านคงจะรับรู้ รับทราบ สัมผัสได้แล้วว่า
ปัญหาของประเทศนี้ มันมากมายขนาดไหน
จะใช้เวลาแก้ปัญหาแค่ ๒-๓ ปี คงทำอะไรไม่ได้มาก
พวกเราอยากให้ท่านอยู่ต่ออีกซัก ๕ ปี เพื่อแก้ปัญหาของแผ่นดินในทุกมิติ และวางรากฐานการพัฒนาในทุกเรื่องให้มีทิศทางที่ชัดเจนมั่นคง
แล้วจึงคืนอำนาจกลับคืนสู่มือประชาชนต่อไป
หวังว่าท่านนายก จะได้กรุณารับเอาไว้พิจารณา

Repeating it clearly one more time

“Prayuth” repeated that “monk-laymen” need to stop arguing about the Supreme Patriarch appointment. He pointed out that every party must follow the constitution and reminded everyone not to become a victim of political parties.
Actually the appointment of the Supreme Patriarch is not really a topic that he wanted to talk about.
But he saw a lot of movements about this lately from both monks and laymen. Stop it already.
Don’t forget that about 90% of Thai people are Buddhists. We must make 90% of Thais truly believe and have faith in the Buddha’s teaching that leads to practice that brings peace to the society. The Buddha probably wouldn’t want to teach us to use Dhamma to cause conflicts.
“Vinaya is a discipline for monks to co-exist peacefully.
There are laws for monks and laws for normal people. Monks, laymen and all groups of people are part of the Thai population.
Therefore, you must respect the country’s law.
Be able to differentiate between worldly and religious matters. If they’re interlinked and always contradicting, how are we going to live?
One thing that must be revisited is that in this world, Buddhism was adhered to by many people in some areas, but later on, the number of followers dwindled.
Nowadays, Thailand is one of the few areas with over 90% of population that are Buddhists. Why don’t we try to keep these 90%?
Why do we have to divide up these 90% into 60-40 or whatever?” said PM Prayuth.
The Prime Minister repeated that every religion must co-exist in Thailand.
The King already stated that he would support any religion, no matter which religion people believe in, if the people are in Thailand, or have Thai nationality.
Everything must stay under the same law. There will be no double standard.
Otherwise, one side would use one law to attack the other side. The other side would use another law to attack the first side. It must all be the same law.
Monk’s laws are monk’s laws. Laymen’s laws are laymen’s laws. But both monk’s laws and laymen’s laws are under the Constitution.
If everything is ready, we can appoint anything. But if it’s not ready and still conflicting, don’t separate our 90% into smaller percentages. Don’t involve it with politics. “Politics are likely at play in the background. So let the justice system investigate it. Why is there a need to be so hot-tempered?
The country is reforming and getting ready for election. And there are arguments about monks. What now? It’s so chaotic. But it’s OK. I’m still fighting, for the King. But don’t argue. Don’t let them use you for political benefits. It would benefit what the ill-intentioned people are doing today”, said PM Prayuth.
Ah… It took him a while to finally say it. The Prime Minister made me wait until I was so tired I almost died.
If he had spoken out clearly earlier, many things wouldn’t be so chaotic like this.
But thank you for kindly speaking out in time for the benefit of all beings.
Even though it’s a bit slow, it’s still OK, tolerable and acceptable.
If we look at it from the tactical aspect, the PM’s late speech helps clearly differentiate who’s good and who’s bad.
The society will be able to learn and to participate in the decision so that not too heavy a burden will fall on the government.
Even though it looks good, I couldn’t help thinking whether I’ve been taken advantage of too much.
That was just me thinking aloud jokingly.
Because no matter how burdensome, difficult and deadly it is, I wouldn’t be able to refuse the duty of a Thai descendant.
In any case, I have to thank you, the NCPO Government and the leader who’s dedicated, sincere and promises, “I’m still fighting, for the King”.
That means he’s doing it for all the Thai people, not just for me.
Thank you, thank you for being dedicated, selfless, sincere, determined for all to see. And if it’s possible, we, the Chaeng Wattana people, would like you to rethink about the benefits of the country and of the people as the basis for action.
For the past 2 years, you probably have realized, known and touched on how severe this country’s problems are.
You probably wouldn’t be able to do much in only 2-3 years.
We would like you to stay for about 5 years longer to solve the country’s problems in every dimension and lay the foundation for development of every issue with clear and stable direction before returning the power to the hands of the people.
I hope the prime minister will take this into consideration.
