The question that you raised to me in Facebook about the Popcorn case appears provocative, which offends me.
This is considered a violation of the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 Section 14. “Whoever commits the following offences, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years and fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht or both:
(1) input, into computer system, forged computer data in whole or in part or false computer data in a manner likely to cause injury to another person or the public;
(2) input, into computer system, false computer data in a manner likely to cause injury to nation security or public panic;
(3) input, into computer system, any computer data which is the commission of the offence relating to national security or terrorism according to the criminal code;
(4) input, into computer system, any obscene computer data which is accessible to the public;
(5) publish and forward computer data with the knowledge of the foresaid offence according to (1) (2) (3) or (4).”
You are still a defendant in 2 Computer Crime Act cases. Aren’t you afraid yet? Do you want an additional case?
You also went on red shirt TV station programs talking about this same issue, which causes criticisms and defamation, damaging me many times.
The reason that I don’t answer your question is because I think that those who insult the monarchy like you are not worth us, the Chaeng Wattana group, talking to.
Not only are you not worth talking to, but you’re even unworthy of standing on this country’s land,.
Regarding you boasting about having spent time eating, sleeping and talking with Popcorn in jail, we believe that if Popcorn had known that you insulted the monarchy, he definitely wouldn’t have talked to you.
