‘ปิยบุตร’ คุยโวลุยเดินสายทุกภาคล่า 1 ล้านชื่อ แก้รธน.รื้อระบบสืบทอดอำนาจ

1 เม.ย.64 – ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า นายปิยบุตร เเสงกนกกุล เลขาธิการคณะก้าวหน้า เตรียมเปิดแคมเปญรณรงค์แก้รัฐธรรมนูญเป็นรายมาตรา ในวันที่ 6 เม.ย. นี้ ที่หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ภายใต้สโลแกน “ขอคนละชื่อรื้อระบอบประยุทธ์” ซึ่ง 6 เดือนนับจากนี้ นายปิยบุตร จะนำทัพคาราวานเดินสายทั่วทุกภาค ตั้งเป้าล่ารายชื่อ 1 ล้านรายชื่อ โดยจะชูประเด็นการแก้รัฐธรรมนูญรายมาตรา เพื่อรื้อนั่งร้านระบอบสืบทอดอำนาจ อาทิ ยกเลิก ส.ว.ปฏิรูปที่มาศาลรัฐธรรมนูญและองค์กรอิสระ เพื่อไม่ให้กลายเป็นเครื่องมือฝักฝ่ายการเมืองใช้จัดการฝ่ายตรงข้าม รวมถึงยกเลิกยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและกฎหมายปฏิรูปประเทศ เป็นต้น โดยหลังจากเปิดตัวเเคมเปญที่ กทม.แล้ว นายปิยบุตร จะเริ่มเดินสายไปที่ 4 จังหวัด คือ เชียงใหม่ พิษณุโลก ขอนแก่น และปัตตานี และหากได้ครบ 1 ล้านรายชื่อตามเป้า ช่วงปลายปี 2564 นายปิยบุตรจะเสนอร่างแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญเข้ารัฐสภาต่อไป

“Piyabutr” boasted of roadshows to every region in Thailand to get one million names in order to amend the constitution for preventing power inheritance.

April 1, 2021, a news reporter informed that Mr. Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, secretary-general of the Progressive Movement, is prepared to launch the campaign to amend every section of the constitution at the Bangkok Art and Culture Center on April 6, under the slogan “May I have your name to overthrow Prayut regime.” Six months from now, Mr. Piyabutr will lead a caravan of
roadshow to every region in Thailand and target to get one million names. He will raise issues of amending every section of the constitution to dismantle the system of power inheritance such as abolishing the senate, reforming sources of constitution court and independent organizations so that they are not used by politicians to persecute opposition, as well as revoking national strategy and the National Reform Act. After launching the campaign in Bangkok, Mr. Piyabutr will have roadshows to four provinces namely Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok, Khon Kaen, and Pattani. Once he gets one million names according to his target, at the end of 2021, Mr. Piyabutr will propose a draft constitution amendment to the parliament.
