สืบเนื่องเรื่องเกิดจากคลับเฮ้าส์

เสี่ยเฉาก๊วยได้ถามประเด็นว่า ทำไมพุทธะอิสระทำการงาน จึงทำได้หลายๆ อย่างในเวลาอันสั้น ทั้งงานเหล่านั้นก็สำเร็จเสียด้วย
ซึ่งมันผิดจากหลักที่นักคิด นักเขียน นักวิชาการสอนกันเอาไว้ว่า ขณะทำการงาน ควรจะต้องทุ่มเทพลังลงไปในการงานอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งให้สำเร็จ ด้วยเวลาอันสั้น
ตอบ :
ประเด็นมันอยู่ที่ว่า คนทุกคนมีเวลาอันน้อยนิดกันทั้งนั้น เมื่อเข้าใจคำว่ามนุษย์และสัตว์ ต่างมีเวลามาจำกัด
ทั้งมีหน้าที่การงานที่ต้องทำกองอยู่มากมาย เช่นนี้ก็ยิ่งต้องไม่ลีลา มัวแต่ล่าช้าประมาท
อะไรที่อยู่ใกล้มือแล้วพอทำได้ด้วยระยะเวลาอันสั้น ก็ไม่ควรเพิกเฉยผลัดผ่อน ละเลยต้องเร่งทำด้วยหลักคิดที่ว่า หยิบจับให้ถูกต้อง กระทำด้วยหลักในการทำที่ว่า
๑. เลือกสรรทำการงานที่สำคัญที่สุด เรียกว่า ควรรู้อะไรทำก่อน อะไรควรทำที่หลัง
๒. เลือกสรรปัจจัยสนับสนุนในการทำการงานนั้น ให้เหมาะสมแก่หน้างาน
๓. มองให้เห็นปัญหาที่เกิดจากการทำงานนั้นๆ ให้ถ่องแท้ แล้วหาวิธีแก้อย่างฉับพลัน อย่างองอาจไม่หวาดกลัว (การทั้งหมดต้องใช้กระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างรวดเร็ว)
๔. ทุ่มเทกำลังกาย กำลังใจ กำลังสติปัญญา ต่อการทำงานนั้นๆ อย่างจดจ่อ จับจ้อง จริงใจ ตั้งใจ
๕. ค้นหาวิธีทำการงานทุกอย่างด้วยวิธีอันเลิศ อย่างรู้คุณค่าของทรัพยากรและกาลเวลาที่เสียไป แล้วผลที่ประเสริฐจักเกิดตามมาเอง
๖. ทุกครั้งที่งานสำเร็จและบังเกิดผลงานก็อย่ามัวแต่มาชื่นชมยินดี จนกลายเป็นเหตุให้สิ้นเปลืองเวลา และพลังชีวิต จงเร่งรีบ วาง ว่าง ดับ เย็น เพื่อจะได้ไปหยิบการงานอื่นมาทำต่อ
๗. ทุกครั้งที่ได้มีโอกาสทำการงาน จงคิดเสมอว่า นั้นคือ บททดสอบที่สวรรค์ประทานให้เราได้เข้าไปหยิบจับ กระทำงานนั้นๆ เพื่อพัฒนาหาประสบการณ์ทางวิญญาณ ให้เจริญก้าวหน้า แกร่ง กล้า ฉับไว
งานนอกจากจะเป็นบททดสอบสมรรถภาพของชีวิตแล้ว งานยังเป็นสิ่งบอกถึงคุณค่า คุณภาพของผู้ทำงานอีกด้วย
งานนั้นหาได้มีแต่งานภายนอกอย่างเดียวไม่ ยังมีงานภายในอันสำคัญที่ต้องทำควบคู่กันไป ไม่เช่นนั้นจะวาง ว่าง ดับ เย็นไม่ได้ หากปฏิเสธการทำการงานภายใน
หลักคิด หลักปฎิบัติโดยภาพรวมในการทำการงานต้องใช้หลักคิด
อิทธิบาท ๔
ฉันทะ ความรัก ความพึงพอใจ ต่อการงานนั้นๆ
วิริยะ ความเพียร หมั่น ขยันอย่างต่อเนื่อง
จิตตะ ความจดจ่อ จับจ้อง จริงจัง ตั้งใจ
วิมังสา การใช้สติปัญญาใคร่ครวญ ตรวจสอบในการทำงานนั้นๆ อย่างต่อเนื่องจนงานสำเร็จ
ทั้งหมดนี้ คือ วิธีทำการงานของพุทธะอิสระมาตลอดชีวิต

“Chaoguay” asked me why I can do multiple works simultaneously in a short time successfully.
This is different from what thinkers, writers, and academicians normally teach that we should focus energy on one work until accomplishment.
Answer :
The issue is that everybody has only a little time. When we understand that humans and living creatures have limited time, despite a pile of works. Thus, we
should not waste time on carelessness.
What is near and we can do within a short time, we should not ignore or procrastinate. We should hurriedly and correctly do it with the following principles.
1. Start with the most important task. Prioritize things and know what should be done first and later.
2. Select supporting factors that are suitable for the fieldwork.
3. Thoroughly understand issues caused by such work and find a prompt solution fearlessly (This requires quick analytical thinking.)
4. Put efforts of energy, mind, and wisdom with focus, attention, and seriousness.
5. Look for excellent methods of works and know the value of resources and time.
6. Then, excellent outcomes will automatically follow.
After each accomplishment, do not waste time on joy, leading to a waste of time and life energy. One should hurry, let go, extinguish one’s desire, and maintain a
peaceful mind. Then, work on other tasks.
7. Every time that one has a chance to work, please always think that it is a test from heaven. It is an opportunity to develop one’s spiritual experience, strength, courage, and swiftness.
Works not only test one’s capacity but also tell about the value and quality of the workers.
We not only have external works but also internal works that we must do simultaneously.
If we deny internal works, we will not be able to let go, keep an empty and peaceful mind, as well as extinguish our defilements.
The major principle for working on any task is the Four Paths of Accomplishment.
Consent – love and satisfaction towards such work.
Endeavor – perseverance and continuous diligence.
Thoughtfulness means focusing and serious attentiveness.
Reflection means using one’s wisdom to continuously review one’s work until accomplishment.
These are Buddha Isara’s ways of working all of my life.
