รายงานการสำรวจ เรื่องถนน และ น้ำบาดาล ที่ชายแดน ช่องสายตะกู บ้านกรวด บุรีรัมย์
1. เรื่องถนน สอบถามข้อมูลมาแล้วครับว่า การตัดถนนขึ้นเนิน 391 ที่ หลวงปู่ ขึ้นไป กับพี่ 4 วิลล์ เท่านั้น ถนนกว้างประมาณ 4 เมตร สูง 1,600 เมตร (1.6กิโลเมตร)
2. น้ำ ยังต้องขนครั้งละ 1,000 ลิตร ขึ้นไปทุกๆ 3 วัน สำหรับทหาร 20-30 นาย บนเนิน 391
3. ระดับความสูง ก่อนขึ้นไป เนิน 391 นั้น คือ นับจากฐานแมลงป่อง (ฐานที่ 2) ที่ หลวงปู่ ไปแจกเงินทหาร นั้น เรียกว่า เนิน 257 ส่วน เนิน 391 คือจุดสุดท้าย ดังนั้น ความสูงชัน ห่างกัน 134 เมตร
4. การเจาะน้ำที่ ฐานแมงป่อง เคยลองแล้ว ลงไป 100 เมตร ก็ยังไม่เจอน้ำ เจอซึมๆ ช่างเลยแนะนำลงมาเจาะที่ฐานกะราง (คือฐานแรก) ที่ หลวงปู่ ไปแจกเงิน ให้น้องๆ ทหาร
5. พื้นที่แถวๆ บ้านกรวด เจาะน้ำ กันทีนึง แทบจะไม่ต่ำกว่า 100 เมตร ครับ ช่างคิดค่าใช้จ่าย เฉพาะค่าเจาะ รวมท่อ 45,000-50,000 บาท แต่ถ้า เจอเร็วกว่า 100 เมตร นั้น สามารถพูดคุยเพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายได้
6. ค่าอุปกรณ์ ซับเมอร์ส โซลาร์เซลล์ 6 แผง ประเมินไว้ที่ 30,000 บาท ท่อ PE ใช้ไม่เกิน 300 เมตร
7. แท็งก์น้ำ มีแล้ว 3,000 ลิตร จำนวน 2 ถัง และ 2000 ลิตร 1 ถัง
8. จากการประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายรวม ในระบบน้ำบาดาล ที่ ช่องกะราง คือ 50,000 + 30,000 + ค่าจิปาถะ 3,000 = 83,000 บาท

ข้อมูลดังกล่าวมานี้ เป็นความจำเป็นสำหรับการดำรงชีพของพี่น้องทหารกล้าที่ทำหน้าที่เสี่ยงเป็นเสี่ยงตาย เสียสละความสุขส่วนตนเพื่อประโยชน์ชาติและประชาชน
พวกเราประชาชนคนไทยทั้งหลาย เห็นควรจักช่วยเหลือสิ่งใดได้ เราท่านทั้งหลายก็ควรจะร่วมด้วยช่วยกันตามความรู้ความสามารถของตน
เบื้องต้นคงต้องสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือเรื่องน้ำก่อนเป็นอันดับแรก
ส่วนเรื่องถนนเส้นทางยุทธศาสตร์ตามแนวอาณาเขต เดี๋ยวค่อยมาว่ากัน ขอเวลาหาเงินก่อนนะจ๊ะ

Report on Road and Groundwater Survey at the border area of Chong Sai Takoo, Ban Kruat District, Buriram Province
1. Road Conditions :
The access road leading up to Hill 391, which Luang Pu ascended by four-wheeler, is approximately 4 meters wide and 1,600 meters (1.6 kilometers) in length.
2. Water Supply :
Water currently needs to be transported in batches of approximately 1,000 liters every three days to support 20–30 soldiers stationed on Hill 391.
3. Elevation Details :
The area before ascending Hill 391, measured from Scorpion Base (Base 2), where Luang Pu gave money to the soldiers, is known as Hill 257. Hill 391 is the final point, resulting in an elevation difference of 134 meters.
4. Water Drilling Assessment :
An attempt was made to drill for groundwater at Scorpion Base. However, after drilling to a depth of 100 meters, no usable water source was found—only minor seepage. The technician, therefore, recommended drilling at Karang Base (the first base), where Luang Pu previously gave money to the soldiers.
5. Drilling Costs :
In the Ban Kruat area, groundwater drilling typically requires a depth of no less than 100 meters. Contractors estimate the drilling cost, including piping, at approximately 45,000–50,000 baht. If groundwater is found at a shallower depth, the cost may be negotiated and reduced.
6. Equipment Costs :
Submersible pump and 6 solar panels: approximately 30,000 baht
PE piping: not exceeding 300 meters
7. Water Storage Tanks :
Two tanks with a capacity of 3,000 liters each
One tank with a capacity of 2,000 liters
8. Estimated Total Cost :
Drilling : 50,000 baht
Equipment : 30,000 baht
Miscellaneous expenses : 3,000 baht
Total estimated cost : 83,000 baht

The information above is essential to improving the daily living conditions of our brave soldiers, who risk their lives and sacrifice personal happiness for the safety and well-being of the nation and the Thai people.
As Thai citizens, we should all contribute in whatever ways we can, according to our abilities and resources.
At this stage, the most urgent priority is securing reliable water resources.
Matters concerning strategic border roads can be discussed at a later time, once sufficient funding can be secured.
