การุณยฆาต ไม่บาปจริงหรือ ?

การทำการุณยฆาตไม่บาป ทั้งผู้ไปรับการทำการุณยฆาต และผู้ที่ทำการุณยฆาตฝ่ายหมอ ก็ไม่บาป
การทำการุณยฆาตเป็นการทำอยู่บนหลักการของธรรมชาติ เมื่อชีวิตไม่สามารถดำเนินต่อไปได้อีกแล้ว พร้อมที่จะจบตัวเองในหลักการธรรมชาติ แล้วเลือกทำการุณยฆาต นั้นคือการยอมรับธรรมชาติอย่างถูกต้อง ไม่ได้ผิด
แต่การไปสืบต่อชีวิตไว้ด้วยอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์เพื่อยืดออกไปอีก นั้นคือการทำลายธรรมชาติของร่างกายที่มันควรจะสงบ หรือเสียชีวิตไปโดยระบบของธรรมชาติ แต่ไปฝืนธรรมชาติอย่างนั้น
นั้นละเป็นกรรม นั้นหละมีโทษ
โทษการทำการุณยฆาตก็ไม่ได้ทำด้วยเจตนาจะฆ่า แต่เป็นการทำโดยหลักการทางการแพทย์ เพื่อช่วยเหลือให้เกิดความสงบ ในขณะที่ชีวิตนั้นจะต้องจบลง ในวาระสุดท้าย ตามหลักธรรมชาตินั้น
ก็ให้ความร่วมมือกับธรรมชาติที่มันเป็นอย่างนั้นหละพูดง่ายๆ
คนที่ให้ความร่วมมือกับธรรมชาติ ที่ยอมรับความเป็นจริงได้ว่า มันต้องตายแน่นอน มันไปผิดตรงไหน

หากคนที่พูดเรื่องนี้เป็นหมอ เป็นพยาบาล เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ เป็นตุลาการ เป็นคนธรรมดาสามัญ ก็พอจักอนุมานได้ว่า ถูกต้องตามหลักกฎหมาย ถูกต้องตามหลักการแพทย์ แต่ถ้าให้เชื่อตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา ตามหลักคำสอนขององค์พระบรมศาสดา ตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย คงจะย่อมใจที่จะเชื่อไม่ได้ ด้วยเพราะพระบรมศาสดา ทรงสอนเอาไว้ว่า
การฆ่าสัตว์ การทำร้ายสัตว์ การทำชีวิตสัตว์ให้ตายลง ไม่ว่าจะด้วยวิธีใด ล้วนแต่เป็นบาป เป็นกรรมทั้งนั้น
ด้วยเพราะสัตว์ทั้งหลาย เกิดมาได้ด้วย
กัมมัสสะโกมหิ
เราเป็นผู้มีกรรมเป็นของๆ ตน
กัมมะทายาโท
เป็นผู้รับผลของกรรมนั้น
กัมมะโยนิ
เป็นผู้มีกรรมเป็นกำเนิด
กัมมะพันธุ
เป็นผู้มีกรรมเป็นเผ่าพันธุ์
กัมมะปะฏิสะระโณ
เป็นผู้มีกรรมเป็นที่พึ่งอาศัย
ยัง กัมมัง กะริสสามิ
จักทำกรรมอันใดไว้
กัลยานัง วา ปาปะกัง วา
ดีหรือชั่ว
ตัสสะ ทายาโท ภะวิสสามิ
จักเป็นผู้รับผลของกรรมนั้น
เอวัง อัมเหหิ อะภิณหัง ปัจจะเวกขิตัพพัง
เราทั้งหลาย พึงพิจารณาเนืองๆ อย่างนี้แล
และเมื่อสัตว์โลกเป็นไปตามกรรม กรรมย่อมจำแนกสัตว์นั้นให้ดี ชั่ว เลว หยาบ
การที่มีผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด เข้าไปแทรกแซงการทำงานของกรรมด้วยข้ออ้างว่าที่ฆ่าให้เจ้าตาย ก็ด้วยเพราะความการุณ (เหมือนคำพูดของหนังจีนจอมยุทธเลย) นี่ไม่น่าจะเป็นคำสอนของพระธรรมวินัยนี้
วันนี้พอแค่นี้ก่อนนะจ๊ะ วันหน้าเราท่านทั้งหลายจะมาถอดรหัสนัยแห่งกรรมกันดูว่า มีอะไรบ้าง
หวังว่าผู้เป็นเจ้าของวลีที่ว่า การทำการุณยฆาต คือ การร่วมมือกับธรรมชาติ มันจะไปผิดตรงไหน และบริวารคงจะใจกว้างพอที่จะรับฟังความเห็นต่างได้อย่างมีสติปัญญานะจ๊ะ

Is euthanasia really not sinful?

Euthanasia is not sinful. Both patients who die from euthanasia and doctors and medical personnel who commit euthanasia are not sinful.
The basis of euthanasia is the law of nature. Once life cannot continue and one is willing to end life according to the law of nature by choosing euthanasia, it is the correct way to accept nature. It is not wrong.
On the other hand, prolonging life with medical equipment is the destruction of the body’s nature when that person is supposed to die according to the law of nature. Any attempt to go against nature is Karma and harmful.
Euthanasia does not come from any intention to kill but from medical principles to help that person die peacefully according to the law of nature.
Simply put, euthanasia is a collaboration with nature. How can a person who collaborates with nature and accepts death be wrong?

Killing, harming, or causing death with whichever method is sinful and is Karma. That is because all living creatures are born with Karma.
Kammassakomhi
We are the owners of our actions (Karma).
kamma-dāyādo
We are heirs to our Karma and receive the outcomes of our actions.
Kamma-yoni
We are born of our Karma.
Kamma-bandhu
We inherit the consequences of our actions.
Kamma-patisarano
We are related to our Karma, as our refuge.
Yam kammam karissāmi
Whatever actions we have done,
Kalyānam vā pāpakam vā
Either meritorious or evil deeds
Tassa dāyādo bhavissāmi
We are subject to the consequences of those actions.
Evam amhehi abhinham paccavekkhitabbam
Thus, we should frequently reflect on this.
Living creatures are governed by the law of Karma. Karma classifies living creatures into good, evil, bad, or rough. When someone intervenes in the law of Karma by claiming merciful killing (which sounds like Chinese martial arts movies), this may not be a righteous teaching of Buddhism.
