เจ้าจักสำคัญความนี้เป็นไฉน

สำหรับพ่อแล้ว การมีชีวิต คือ การสมัครใจที่จักมีทุกข์

ยิ่งมีความทะยานอยาก ความทุกข์ก็ยิ่งเพิ่มพูนมากยิ่งขึ้น

คราใดที่เจ้าไม่อยาก อยาก เจ้าก็จักไม่ทุกข์ยากในครานั้น และการที่เจ้าจักกำจัดตัดวงจรแห่งความทุกข์ เจ้าจักต้องปฏิบัติตามวิถีแห่งอริยมรรคมีองค์ ๘ อย่างเคร่งครัด

เจริญธรรม

My dearest children, what do you think of this?

For me, living means suffering willingly.

The more you desire, the more suffering you will have.

Whenever you do not desire, you will not suffer.  

To break the cycle of suffering, you must rigorously practice the Noble Eightfold Path.

Wishing you progress in the Dhamma practice.
