คำตัดสินของศาลรัฐธรรมนูญในกรณีปลดนายกรัฐมนตรีเศรษฐา ทวีสิน ข้อหาละเมิดจริยธรรมอย่างร้ายแรง กระทำการทุจริตต่อหน้าที่ด้วยการเสนอชื่อแต่งตั้งทนายหิ้วถุงขนมของนายทักษิณไปวางไว้ในศาลอาญา ไปยื่นให้เจ้าหน้าที่ศาลอาญา โดยอ้างว่าเป็นค่าเหนื่อย จนกลายเป็นคดีความขึ้นโรงขึ้นศาล ศาลพิพากษาให้ทนายหิ้วขนมต้องจำคุก ๖ เดือน โดยไม่รอลงอาญา
ว่าจริงๆ ถ้าตรวจสอบภูมิหลังของทนายหิ้วถุงขนมกับนายเศรษฐา แทบจะไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องอะไรกันเลย เพราะทนายหิ้วถุงขนมไม่ได้เป็นทนายประจำตระกูลของเศรษฐา ทวีสิน แต่เป็นทนายประจำตัวครอบครัวของนายทักษิณ
แล้วถามว่า ทำไมนายกเศรษฐา ถึงได้พยายามหนักพยายามหนาที่จะได้เสนอทนายหิ้วถุงขนมเป็นรัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักนายก
เรื่องนี้ไม่ได้ซับซ้อนยุ่งยาก คงจะเจอใบสั่งจากนาย เรียกว่า เด็กฝาก
จนนายเศรษฐา ต้องมารับชะตากรรมจากพฤติกรรมของเด็กฝาก ที่เจ้านายฝากมา
เรื่องนี้จะโทษใครดี ก็คงจะต้องหันไปโทษ ตัวนายเศรษฐาเองนั้นหล่ะ ที่ดันไปคบคนพาล พาลจึงพาลพาไปหาผิด เพราะเห็นแก่ประโยชน์เล็กๆ น้อยๆ จนนำพาเกียรติยศตระกูลวงศ์ต้องเสื่อมเสีย
ช่างน่าสงสารนัก
ตอนที่นายทักษิณยังอยู่เมืองนอก ก็ร่ำร้องที่จะกลับมาเลี้ยงหลาน แต่จนแล้วจนรอดจนถึงวันนี้ นายทักษิณกลับมาเป็นปี ยังไม่เห็นได้เลี้ยงหลานสักวัน
แต่ที่แน่ๆ ก็คือเข้ามามีบทบาทแทรกแซงการทำงานของนักการเมือง และการจัดตั้งรัฐบาล แม้ปัจจุบันสื่อทั้งหลายก็โฟกัสไปที่บ้านจันทร์ส่องหล้า
บรรดาหัวหน้าพรรคแกนนำแต่ละพรรคก็พากันตบเท้าเข้าไปที่บ้านจันทร์ส่องหล้า
หากจะถามว่า บ้านจันทร์ส่องหล้า มันเกี่ยวอะไรกับพรรคการเมือง มันเกี่ยวอะไรกับการแต่งตั้งนายกรัฐมนตรี ทั้งที่เจ้าของบ้านหาได้มีตำแหน่ง สส. ใดๆ ไม่ ถือว่าเป็นคนนอก แต่ก็กลับมีบทบาทชี้นำ กิจกรรมการเมืองของประเทศ โดยเฉพาะพรรคเพื่อไทย
ไม่รู้ว่าคนพวกนี้ได้เรียนกฎหมายมาหรือเปล่า หรือว่าเรียนมา รู้อยู่ แต่ไม่ใส่ใจ ที่จะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย โดยเฉพาะกฎหมายว่าด้วยเรื่องพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วยพรรคการเมือง พศ.๒๕๖๐
มาตรา ๒๘ ห้ามมิให้พรรคการเมืองยินยอมหรือกระทำการใดอันทำให้บุคคลอื่นซึ่งมิใช่สมาชิกกระทำการอันเป็นการควบคุม ครอบงำ หรือชี้นำ กิจกรรมของพรรคการเมืองในลักษณะที่ทำให้พรรคการเมืองหรือสมาชิกขาดความอิสระ ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือโดยทางอ้อม
มาตรา ๒๙ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดซึ่งมิใช่สมาชิกกระทำการใดอันเป็นการควบคุม ครอบงำ หรือชี้นำกิจกรรมของพรรคการเมืองในลักษณะที่ทำให้พรรคการเมืองหรือสมาชิกขาดความอิสระ ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือโดยทางอ้อม
หากพิจารณารายละเอียดของกฎหมาย ๒ มาตรานี้เขาไม่เปิดโอกาสให้คนนอกเข้ามามีบทบาทและแทรกแซงพรรคการเมืองแล้ว ยิ่งมาเป็นผู้จัดฟอร์มตัวนายกและรัฐมนตรีด้วยแล้ว คนนอกก็ยิ่งไม่มีสิทธิ์
ดูท่าจะยุบพรรคก้าวไกล พรรคเดียวคงไม่เพียงพอแล้วหล่ะ คิวต่อไปคงจะเป็นคิวพรรคของนายทักษิณ ที่เข้ามาแทรกแซง ครอบงำการทำงานทางการเมืองของพรรคเพื่อไทย
ตัวอย่างการแทรกแซงก็มีให้เห็นๆ กันจนนายกเศรษฐา ต้องหลุดจากเก้าอี้ไปหมาดๆ

Associating oneself with wrongdoers leads to mistakes.

The Constitutional Court’s verdict dismissed Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin on his gross violation of ethics for appointing Mr. Thaksin’s lawyer, convicted of bribing the Criminal Court’s officials, and sentenced to six months imprisonment without suspension.
The lawyer is unrelated to Mr. Srettha because he is not the lawyer of Mr. Srettha Thavisin’s family but Mr. Thaksin’s family.
But why did Prime Minister Srettha try so hard to appoint the lawyer as the Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office?
It was not complicated. It must have been an order from the boss to appoint the lawyer as a cabinet member.
Who is to blame for Mr. Srettha’s misfortune? It is Mr. Srettha himself who associates with wrongdoers who led him to mistakes. Trivial benefits brought disgrace to his lineage.
He is so pathetic.
When Mr. Thaksin was abroad, he said he wished to be back to raise his grandchildren. Till today, being home for almost a year, he has hardly spent a day raising his grandchildren.
For sure, he has interfered with politicians’ work and the forming of cabinet members. Nowadays, all the media focuses on the Ban Chan Song La Mansion.
Leaders of political parties have been to the Ban Chan Song La Mansion.
How is the Ban Chan Song La Mansion related to political parties and the voting for a new prime minister? The Ban Chan Song La Mansion’s owner is not a member of parliament and is regarded as an outsider, but influences national political activities, especially the Pheu Thai Party. Have these people studied law? Or they already know but ignore to comply with the law, especially the Organic Act on Political Parties B.E. 2560 (2017).
Section 28 : A political party is not permitted to allow any person who is not a member to control, predominate, or instruct activities of a political party in a way that shall cause the political party and its members to either directly or indirectly be dependent.
Section 29 : No person who is not a member is permitted to control, predominate, or instruct activities of a political party in a way that shall cause the political party and its members to either directly or indirectly be dependent.
These two sections of the Act disallow an outsider to interfere with a political party, not to mention the forming of a new prime minister and cabinet member.
It seems the dissolution of the Move Forward Party is not enough. Next shall be the turn of Mr. Thaksin’s political party, in which he has interfered and dominated the Pheu Thai Party.
Examples of interference are prevailing, such as the recent dismissal of Prime Minister Srettha.
I am not sure whether we should sympathize or pity him.
