นักโทษชายทักษิณ มีคดี
-คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อม. 4/2551 ความผิดต่อหน้าที่ราชการ กำหนดโทษจำคุก 3 ปี
-คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อม. 10/2552 ความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ราชการ ความผิดต่อพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยความผิดของพนักงานในองค์การหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ กำหนดโทษจำคุก 2 ปี ซึ่งคดีที่ 1 กับคดีที่ 2 นักโทษซ้อนกันรวมกำหนดโทษจำคุก 3 ปี
-คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อม. 5/2551 ความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ราชการ การขัดกันระหว่างประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลและประโยชน์ส่วนรวมกำหนดโทษจำคุก 5 ปี
รวมกำหนดโทษจำคุก 8 ปีเมื่อยอมกลับมารับโทษ จึงได้รับพระราชทานลดโทษจาก ๘ ปีเหลือ ๑ ปี แทนที่นักโทษชายนายทักษิณจะพอใจ แต่ด้วยความละโมบของนายทักษิณไม่เคยพอ จึงหาสารพัดวิธีที่จะไม่ยอมกลับไปนอนคุก แม้แต่วันเดียว
จนกระทั่งได้โอกาสพักโทษ นายทักษิณก็กลับบ้านแบบเท่ๆ จนมาถึงวันนี้
ตอนเข้ามาในแผ่นดินไทยแบบเท่ๆ ไม่มีแววว่า เขาจะป่วยแม้แต่น้อย แต่พอเข้าไปรายงานในทัณฑสถาน ใช้เวลาไม่ถึงวัน ก็ล้มป่วยเฉยเลย แถมยังได้เลื่อนขั้น เป็นถึงผู้ป่วยวิกฤติ โดยไม่เคยถูกคุมขังใดๆ เลย แบบนี้ก็ได้ด้วยหรือ
– อยู่โรงพยาบาลราชทัณฑ์ไม่กี่ชั่วโมง อาการปางตาย อันนี้พวกเขาบอก จนต้องส่งต่อไปนอนห้องวีไอพีชั้น ๑๔ มีเตียงนุ่มๆ มีแอร์เย็นฉ่ำ มีอาหารเหลากินทุกมื้อ แถมมีโทรศัพท์ใช้ ได้สิทธิ์เหนือนักโทษใดๆ ในแผ่นดินนี้ อย่างนี้ก็ได้เหรอ
– ตอนกลับประเทศก็เห็นเดินมาแบบเท่ๆ แถมเดินโบกไม้โบกมือให้เอฟซี หน้าตาสดใส พอต้องถูกขังคุก กลับมีอาการปางตายขึ้นมาซะงั้น ในช่วงเวลาเพียงไม่กี่ชั่วโมง อย่างนี้ก็ได้เหรอ
– อยู่ในโรงพยาบาลตำรวจจนถึงเวลาพักโทษ โดยที่ไม่เคยได้รับรู้ ถึงความทุกข์ยากเดือดร้อนของเพื่อนๆ นักโทษ โดยเฉพาะพี่น้องคนเสื้อแดงที่ทุ่มเทกายใจ ต่อสู้ เพื่อนายทักษิณ และคนตระกูลชิน แต่พอตนเองจักได้รับโทษบ้าง กลับมีอภิสิทธิ์เหนือนักโทษคนอื่นๆ ในแผ่นดิน อย่างนี้ก็ได้เหรอ
– พอได้พักโทษแล้ว ตามระเบียบต้องถูกคุมความประพฤติ และใส่กำไลอีเอ็ม แต่นายทักษิณกลับมีอภิสิทธิ์ ไม่ต้องใส่กำไลคุมความประพฤติ อย่างนี้ก็ได้เหรอ
– การได้พักโทษ และต้องถูกคุมความประพฤติ ต้องอยู่ในความดูแลของเจ้าหน้าที่คุมความประพฤติอย่างเคร่งครัด ไม่ว่าจะไปไหน ใครมาขอพบ และพบปะพูดคุยอะไรกับใคร จักต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนทุกครั้ง แต่ไม่เคยได้ยินเจ้าหน้าที่ออกมาแถลงเลยว่า ได้ให้การอนุญาตนายทักษิณได้ทำตามอำเภอใจ อย่างนี้ก็ได้เหรอ
มันเป็นไปได้ด้วยหรือ ผู้ป่วยวิกฤติอาการปางตาย พอออกจากโรงพยาบาลกลับสดชื่น แข็งแรง ถึงขนาดออกรับแขกได้แทบทุกวัน อย่างนี้ก็ได้ด้วยหรือ
ขณะที่ถูกคุมประพฤติ เจ้าหน้าที่คุมความประพฤติจะกำหนดขอบเขตในการคุมความประพฤติ แต่อภิสิทธิ์ชนอย่างนายทักษิณ สามารถไปที่ไหนต่อไหนก็ได้อย่างอิสระ เหมือนดังประชาชนวิญญูชนปกติ ที่ไม่ได้ทำผิดอาญาแผ่นดิน อย่างนี้ก็ได้ด้วยหรือ
อยากเตือนนายทักษิณและรัฐบาลนายเศรษฐาว่า อย่าเหิมเกริม แสดงอำนาจที่มีมากเกินไปนัก ระวังประวัติศาสตร์จะซ้ำรอย หากประชาชนเขาอดรนทนไม่ไหวต่อการย่ำยีกระบวนการยุติธรรม และย่ำยีหัวใจประชาชนทั้งแผ่นดิน ระวังจะมีจุดจบไม่สวย ที่เขานิ่งๆ ไม่โวยวายก็เพราะเขาเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ของความปรองดองต่างหากเล่า

How could this happen?

The convicted Thaksin has the following cases.
-The adjudged case no. Or Mor 4/2551 of abuse of authority with three years of imprisonment
– The adjudged case no. Or Mor 10/2552 of malfeasance in office and violation of the Civil Service Act with two years of imprisonment.
Prisoner Thaksin was judged to three-year imprisonment due to the first and the second cases altogether.
– The adjudged case no. Or Mor 5/2551 of abuse of authority and conflicts of interests.
Thus, altogether, he was sentenced to eight years imprisonment. Thaksin returned to Thailand, and His Majesty the King granted him a royal pardon, reducing his combined jail sentence from eight years to one. Still, it was not enough for him. Thaksin tried multiple ways not to be in jail for even a single night. Granted parole, Thaksin has returned home and has not been imprisoned till today.
Entering into the country, he did not show any sign of sickness, but less than a day after reporting to the prison, he became ill. Moreover, he was diagnosed to be seriously ill without any imprisonment. How could this happen?
– He spent a few hours at the Medical Correctional Institution. People said that he was seriously ill and that he was transferred to a VIP room on the 14th floor of the Police Hospital with a soft bed, air-conditioning, restaurant food, and telephone. He got the privilege over any prisoner in this country. How could this happen?
– When he returned to Thailand, he waved his hands to his fan clubs with a cheerful face. Only a few hours later, while taken to prison, he suddenly became fatally ill. How could this happen?
– He was detained in the Police Hospital till his parole. He does not recognize the suffering of other prisoners, especially the Red Shirts, who had sacrificed themselves to fight for Thaksin and the Shinawatra family. When it was time to get his punishment, he could get the privilege over any prisoner in this country. How could this happen?
-Granted parole, according to the regulations, he should be detained and wear electronics monitoring (EM) bracelets, but Thaksin doesn’t have to. How could this happen?
– Under parole, prisoners must be strictly overseen by parole officers. Prisoners must get permission before going anywhere, meeting or speaking with anybody. However, we have not heard any officer reporting to let Thaksin do whatever he wants. How could this happen?
Is it possible for a fatally ill person to become cheerful and healthy enough to meet with visitors almost every day?
Under parole, prisoners would be in detention by parole officers. How could Thaksin have freedom to go anywhere he wants, like a regular innocent person who has not committed any crime? How could this happen?
I want to warn Thaksin and the Srettha government not to be overconfident of their power. Otherwise, history may repeat itself once the people cannot put up with how they manipulate the judicial system and the people’s hearts. Be careful. There could be an ungracious ending. The reason why people remain quiet is because they see the benefit of harmony.
