The anti-royalist group focused the attack on Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn while the Princess went to confer degree certificates to
university graduates.
The anti-royalist group thought that an attack on the Princess would not violate Section 112 of the Criminal Code.
However, in case the Princess was His Majesty’s representative, it would fall under defamation or threatening towards His Majesty’s representative.
Whoever witnesses such behaviors of the anti-royalist group, could gather all evidence and report the complaint to the police at any police station.
