เวลา 17.00 น. บันทึกประวัติผู้ป่วย พบว่ามีไข้ ไอ ปวดเมื่อยร่างกาย อาการโดยรวมไม่หนักมาก แต่เป็นเบาหวาน ซึ่งมีค่าเท่ากับ 400

หลวงปู่จัดยาให้ 3 มื้อ 7 วัน
ช่วงเย็น ผู้ป่วยโทรติดตามยา เนื่องจากมีอาการเหนื่อย หายใจลำบาก จึงแจ้งผู้ป่วยว่า ยาจัดส่งไปรษณีย์ (เคอรี่) ใบรับของระบุเวลา 16.33 น.

ช่วงเย็น ยาไปถึง เริ่มทานมื้อเย็น
4/8/64
ช่วงเช้า โทรติดตามพบว่าร่างกายอาการดีขึ้น ตัวเบา
ช่วงเย็น ผู้ป่วยโทรมาแจ้งมีอาการบวมที่นิ้ว และตา จึงไลน์ฝากคำถามไว้ที่แก้ว

หลวงปู่ได้ตอบคำถามในคลับเฮ้าส์ ปรับเป็นทานยาหลังอาหาร จึงโทรแจ้งผู้ป่วย
6/8/64
13.00 น. ผู้ป่วยแจ้งว่าหายบวมแล้ว และทานข้าวได้มากขึ้น
9/8/64
16.00 น. ผู้ป่วยโทรมาแจ้งว่ายาเหลือ 2 ซอง เหลือแต่อาการเหนื่อย อาการอื่นๆ ไม่มีแล้วค่ะ
เรียนสอบถามว่า ต้องทำอย่างไร ถ้าต้องทานยาต่อในรอบที่ 2 ขอให้มูลนิธิช่วยจัดส่งให้ฟรีด้วย เพราะยังไม่มีรายได้

ชี้แจ้งว่า หากกินยาก่อนอาหารแล้วทำให้ท้องอืด ก็ให้เปลี่ยนมากินยาหลังจากกินอาหารไปแล้วครึ่งชั่วโมง
หากยังมีอาการเหนื่อยก็ควรนอนคว่ำ หากระเป๋าน้ำร้อนมาแนบหน้าอกให้อุ่นเสมอ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาอากาศเย็น
ไม่ควรอยู่ในอุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า ๒๕ องศา และควรกินยาให้ครบกำหนด ๑๔ วัน

August 2, 2021
Luang Pu prescribed medicines for three times per day, for seven days.
In the evening, the patient called to follow up about his medicine, because he felt tired and had difficulty in breathing. So, I informed the patient that the medicine had been sent via Kerry. The receipt was recorded at 4:33 p.m.
August 3, 2021
In the evening, medicine arrived at the patient’s home. So, he started to take the medicine in the evening.
August 4, 2021
In the morning, I called the patient to follow up. He said he felt better and comfortable.
In the evening, the patient called to inform that his fingers were swollen. So, I sent the question via Line message to Kaew.
August 5, 2021
Luang Pu answered the question in Clubhouse and recommended the patient take medicine after meal. So, I called to inform the patient.
August 6, 2021
At 1 p.m., the patient said that his fingers were no longer swollen. He could also eat more.
August 9, 2021
At 4 p.m., the patient called to inform that he had only two packets of medicine left. He had no other symptom, except he felt tired. So, he asked what he should do. If he had to take another round of medication, he wished the Foundation could send medicine to him free of charge, because still had no income.

If you took medicine before meal and it caused flatulence, please change to take medicine half an hour after finishing meal.
If you still feel tired, you should lay on your stomach and please attach a hot water bag to your chest to keep it warm all the time, especially when the weather is cool.
You should not be in temperature below 25 degree Celsius, and you should take medicine for 14 days.
