แผ่นดินนี้คนที่เห็นแก่ตัวเอาเปรียบมีมากพอแล้ว ไม่ต้องเติมจำนวนคนเห็นแก่ตัวให้มันมากขึ้นดอก

ผู้ที่อยู่ในอาวาสวัดอ้อน้อยนี้ต้องทำสิ่งเหล่านี้

พึ่งตนเองได้ เป็นที่พึ่งของคนอื่นได้

ผู้ที่อยู่ในวัดอ้อน้อยทุกท่าน โปรดอย่าทำตนเหมือนพวกเทวดาหรือพระพรหม ที่วันๆ เอาแต่เสพสุข บ้านไม่ต้องเช่า ข้าวไม่ต้องซื้อ น้ำไฟไม่ต้องเสีย พอสุขแล้ว ก็มองไม่เห็นความทุกข์ยากเดือดร้อนของชาวบ้าน จนกลายเป็นคนแล้งน้ำใจ ไร้ซึ่งความเมตตา เห็นแก่ตัว มีตัวกูใหญ่ จนบดบังความทุกข์ยากเดือดร้อนของสรรพสัตว์

เห็นความเดือดร้อนของเพื่อนร่วมโลกกลายเป็นเรื่องปกติธรรมดา ไม่อินังขังขอบแยแส คิดแต่ว่าธุระไม่ใช่

คนแบบนี้มันมีอยู่เกลื่อนกล่นแล้วในแผ่นดิน

แต่มันไม่น่าจะมีอยู่ในอาวาสวัดอ้อน้อย ธรรมอิสระ

ที่ผู้สร้าง สร้างด้วยชีวิต เลือด เนื้อ หยาดเหงื่อ ของผู้มีจิตคิดจะให้ ให้ได้แม้แต่เลือดเนื้อชีวิต

ฉะนั้นใครก็ตามที่เข้ามาอยู่อาศัยในอาวาสนี้

ต้องเพียรพยายามทำตนให้พึ่งตนเองได้ และเพียรพยายามเป็นที่พึ่งของผู้อื่นให้ได้ จึงจะอยู่ที่นี่ได้ นี้เป็นมหาปณิธานที่มีอยู่ในจิตวิญญาณของผู้สร้างวัดนี้

และถ้าคิดจะเป็นผู้ให้ ก็จงให้เพราะเห็นทุกข์ของเพื่อนร่วมโลก

ให้เพราะปรารถนาจะบรรเทาความทุกข์ยากเดือดร้อนของเขา

ให้เพราะมีจิตใจเมตตา กรุณา สงสาร ปรารถนาที่จักช่วยเขา

ไม่ใช่ให้เพราะศรัทธาในตัวพุทธะอิสระ

ไม่ใช่ให้เพราะอยากจะไปถ่ายรูปเต๊ะท่าสร้างภาพ

หรือไม่ใช่ให้เพราะต้องการชื่อเสียง เกียรติยศ ลาภสักการะ

แต่จงให้ด้วยหัวใจ ที่เอื้ออารี

ให้ด้วยจิตใจที่เมตตา มีไมตรี

ให้เพราะมุ่งหวังอยู่แต่ว่า ขอเพื่อนร่วมโลกจงพ้นจากทุกข์ภัย

แค่นี้แหละ ทำกันได้ไหม

This country has too many selfish people. There is no need to have more of them.

It is not beneficial in the situation when people all over the country are in difficulty.

People in this Onoi Temple must be self-reliant and dependable for others.

Everybody in the Onoi Temple should not behave like angels or the Brahma who mostly indulge in pleasures. They do not have to rent houses, buy any food or pay for utilities. They live in blissful states, do not see suffering of others, and become inconsiderate, unkind, and selfish. Their ego becomes so big that it overshadows suffering of living creatures.

They view troubles of fellow human beings as ordinary thing. They are indifferent towards other people’s difficulty and think that it is none of their business.

There are such kind of people all over the country.

But there should not be such kind of people in the Onoi Dhamma Isara Temple, of which builder built it with life, blood, flesh, and sweat of people with giving mind who can give their own’s blood, flesh, and life.

Whoever comes to stay in this temple, must try to be self-reliant and dependable for other people. Then, they can stay here. This is the great resolution within the heart and soul of this temple’s builder.

And if you want to be giver, please give because you see suffering of your fellow human beings and want to relieve their suffering.

Please give because of your kind and merciful hearts to help others.

Please do not give because of your faith in Buddha Isara.

Please do not give because you want to be in pictures or build your good image.

Or give because you want fame, prestige, and fortune.

But please give with kind hearts.

Please give with the merciful and amiable minds.

With the hope to relieve fellow human beings from suffering and danger.

It is simple as that. Can you do that?
