มีผู้นำบทความของ ท่านชูชาติ ศรีแสง อดีตผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าคณะศาลฎีกา โพสต์บทความถึง พุทธะอิสระ เอาไว้ตั้งแต่ปี ๖๑ คงเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ฉันยังอยู่ในคุก
หลังจากออกจากคุกแล้ว ก็เข้าไปนอนผ่าตัดอยู่ที่โรงพยาบาล เสียหลายสัปดาห์
เลยไม่ได้ทราบข้อมูลข่าวสารใดๆ เกี่ยวกับตนเองมากนัก
อีกทั้งก็ต้องพยายามระวังตัว ไม่ให้เกิดประเด็นใดๆ ทางสังคม เพราะต้องการเป็นอยู่อย่างสงบนั่นเอง
จนกาลเวลาล่วงเลยมาร่วม ๒ ปี ลูกศิษย์เขานำบทความของ ท่านชูชาติ มาให้อ่าน คงด้วยเพราะเขาอยากให้ฉันรับรู้ว่า สิ่งที่ฉันทำมาตลอดชีวิต ยังพอมีผู้คนที่มีดวงตาแห่งปัญญา มองโลกตามความเป็นจริง ได้เล็งเห็นประโยชน์ในสิ่งที่ พุทธะอิสระ ทำ
ซึ่งก็คิดมาตลอดว่า สิ่งที่ พุทธะอิสระ ได้กระทำ มันจะต้องถูกมองว่าเลวร้าย ในสายตาของผู้พบเห็น และจะต้องถูกก่นด่า หยามเหยียด ดูถูก สาปแช่ง จากผู้ที่ไม่รู้ว่า พุทธะอิสระ ทำเพื่ออะไร
แต่พอได้อ่านบทความของ ท่านชูชาติ ศรีแสง ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบแล้ว ทำให้ขนลุก พร้อมกับคิดว่า อย่างน้อยสิ่งที่เราทำ หาใช่แค่ฟ้ารู้ ดินรู้ เท่านั้น ยังมีมนุษย์ผู้ใจสูงใจประเสริฐ รับรู้ในสิ่งที่เราทำได้ด้วย
บทความนี้ แม้จะได้รับรู้ล่าช้า แต่ก็มีคุณค่าสำหรับผู้ที่ทำเพื่อประโยชน์แก่ชาติ ศาสนา และสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ เป็นอย่างยิ่ง
ด้วยบทความของอดีตท่านประธานคณะศาลฎีกานี้ มันทำให้ พุทธะอิสระ มั่นใจมากขึ้นว่า เราเดินมาถูกทางแล้ว ทั้งในวิถีธรรม วิถีไทย ผู้มีหัวใจจงรักภักดี ต่อแผ่นดินเกิด

อดีตผู้พิพากษาฯกราบคารวะ’พทุธะอิสระ’พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่งที่เสียสละอย่างยิ่งใหญ่
26 พ.ค. 61 – นายชูชาติ ศรีแสง อดีตผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าคณะศาลฎีกาโพสต์ข้อความผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก Chuchart Srisaeng ถึงพุทธะอิสระว่า “พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่ง ที่อาจหาญลุกขึ้นมาต่อสู่กับระบอบทักษิณและสมุนบริวารเครือข่ายกินรวบประเทศไทย
พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่ง ที่ประกาศต่อสู้กับลัทธิธรรมกายที่แผ่ขยายอิทธิพลในมหาเถรสมาคมและสำนักพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ มีผลให้มีการล้างบางอาณาจักรสมีธรรมชโยและถูกถอดออกจากตำแหน่งกับถูกดำเนินคดีจนต้องหลบหนีหายตัวไป

พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่ง ที่ออกมาปักหลักต่อสู้กับลูกสมุนบริวารทรราชกินเมือง นักเลงนักรบแดง มือปีนรับงาน โจรอั้งยี่ แดงฮาร์ทคอ ในสมรภูมิเลือดที่หลักสี่-แจ้งวัฒนะ
พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่ง ที่หาญกล้าออกมาเปิดโปงขบวนการมาเฟียพระเศรษฐีมีอิทธิพลในมหาเถรสมาคม ต่อสู้เปิดโปงขบวนการโกงเงินทอนวัดภายใต้จีวรแดงในมหาเถรสมาคม และเครือข่ายขบวนการหากินกับวัด ข้าราชการระดับสูงในสำนักพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติจนมีการดำเนินคดีแก่ทั้งข้าราชการในสำงานพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติและพระภิกษุชั้นผู้ใหญ่ระดับกรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม
พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่ง ที่ออกมาต่อสู้เรียกร้องให้จัดระเบียบปฎิรูปสังฆปริมณฑลแห่งพระพุทธศาสนาในประเทศไทย เรียกร้องให้มีการแก้ไขกฏหมายคณะสงฆ์ใหม่ให้สอดคล้องกับพระธรรมวินัย
พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่ง ที่ชักชวนลูกศิษย์มาตั้งโรงครัวทำอาหารแจกประชาขนที่มาถวายบังคมพระบรมศพพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ ๙ ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนสำนักพระราชวังปิดการให้ประชาชนเข้าไปถวายบังคมพระบรมศพ
พระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่งนั้น ถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจพร้อมอาวุธปืนร้ายแรงยกโขยงเข้าไปบุกเข้าจับกุมและทำกันเหมือนกับท่านเป็นมหาโจรหรือหัวหน้าขบวนการค้ายาเสพติดรายใหญ่ที่สุด
ถามว่าคุ้มไหมกับการเสียสละพระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่งกับสิ่งที่จะได้คืนกลับมาคือการทลายขบวนการอิทธิพลมาเฟียสงฆ์ที่ครอบงำมหาเถรสมาคม กำจัดอลัชชี เปิดโปงอาณาจักรลัทธิขายสวรรค์ เพื่อเปิดทางให้องค์สมเด็จพระสังฆราชใด้ทำการปฎิรูปวงการสงฆ์ในประเทศไทย ให้กลับมาสู่แนวทางแห่งพระธรรมวินัยขององค์สมเด็จพระพุทธเจ้า ให้ดำรงอยู่ในครรลองสืบไป
โปรดมองให้ลึกซึ้ง มองด้วยปัญญา มองด้วยหัวใจ แล้วจะเห็นความจริงที่ดำรงอยู่
หากไม่กำจัดอลัชชี ในมหาเถรสมาคม ไหนเลยจะปฏิรูปศาสนารักษาพระธรรมวินัยพุทธศาสนาไว้ได้
ถามว่า คุ้มไหมสำหรับการเสียสละของพระภิกษุธรรมดารูปหนึ่งนามว่า “พระสุวิทย์ ธีรธัมโม”
ถามว่า ถ้าพุทธอิสระไม่ทำ ใครจะทำ ?
“ขอกราบพระพุทธอิสระ ด้วยจิตคารวะอย่างสูงครับ”

Someone has brought me the article of the former Supreme Court judge Chuchart Srisaeng who wrote about Buddha Isara in 2018, while I was in jail.
After coming out of the prison, I had an operation and stayed in the hospital for a few weeks.
Therefore, I did not hear any news about myself.
In addition, I tried to be cautious not to cause any social issue because I wanted to live in peace.
Two years have been past. My disciples brought me the article of Khun Chuchart, probably because they wanted to me to know that there are people with eyes of wisdom who view the world realistically and see the value of what Buddha Isara has done in my life.
I have always thought that what I have done must be viewed negatively by other people. And I must be reprimanded, insulted, and cursed by people who do not know the purposes of what I have done.
But when I read the article of Khun Chuchart Srisaeng from beginning to end, I got goose bumps and thought that at least not only the sky and the earth knew about what I did, there are human beings of noble minds, are aware of what I did.
Although I have known about this article quite late, but it is extremely valuable for people who have done for the country, religions, and the royal institution.
This article of the former Supreme Court judge has made me more confident that I have come on the right path of Dhamma, Thai way, and of people with loyalty to our mother land.
Thank you. Thank you so much. I regard this as the most precious birthday gift in my life.

Former judge pays respect to “Buddha Isara”, a common bhikkhu who has made a great sacrifice.
May 26, 2018, Mr. Chuchart Srisaeng, former Supreme Court judge posted an article on his Facebook page Chuchart Srisaeng on Buddha Issara, “A common bhikku who was brave to fight against the Thaksin regime, his network of followers, who tried to seize control over Thailand.
A common bhikku who announced his fight against the Dhammakaya doctrine that dominated The Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand and the National Office of Buddhism. This resulted in the cleanup of Dhammachayo’s empire and stripping of Dhammajayo’s monastic rank. Then, Dhammachayo fled the legal charges.
A common bhikku who protected the dignity of His Holiness Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara, the former Supreme Patriarch of Thailand when His Holiness writes a letter recommending Phra Dhammajayo be defrocked for serious violations of the monastic code of conduct, but the Sangha Supreme Council did not take any action.
A common bhikku who stood firmly to fight against the followers of the tyrant, gangsters of the red-shirts, gunmen, hardcore red-shirts in the bloody Laksi-Chaengwattana battlefield.
A common bhukku who dared to uncover the gangster of mafia monks who were influential in the Sangha Supreme Council, and to uncover the gangster of red-shirt monks in the Sangha Supreme Council, their networks, and high-ranking government officials in the National Office of Buddhism who were involved in the temple funds embezzlement. This resulted in the legal charges against government officials in the National Office of Buddhism and senior monks who were members of the Sangha Supreme Council. A common bhikku who called for the reform of the diocese of Thailand’s Buddhism and called for an amendment of The Sangha Act to be in line with the Buddhist Monk’s Discipline.
A common bhikku who led his disciples in setting up a kitchen to cook meals for people who come to pay a final tribute and farewell to the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great from the first day till the last day that the Bureau of the Royal Household permitted.
That common bhikku was arrested by the police commandos who raided the temple as if they were going to seize a marauder or head of the largest drug trafficking mafia.
The question is whether it is worthwhile for the sacrifice of a common bhikku? What the country gets in return are eradication of the mafia monks who dominated the Sangha Supreme Council, getting rid of unashamed monks, uncovering the doctrine that sells heaven, and paving the way for Supreme Patriarch of Thailand to reform the Sangha in Thailand so that it is in line with the Lord Buddha’s Buddhist Monk’s Discipline.
Please look deeply with your wisdom and your heart and you will realize the truth.
If the unashamed monks in the Sangha Supreme Council were not wiped out, how can the Buddhist Monk’s Discipline be preserved?
The question is whether it is worthwhile for the sacrifice of a common bhikku named “Phra Suwit Teera Dhammo”?
Then comes the question, if Buddha Isara didn’t do, who would do it?
“I would like to pay respect to Phra Buddha Isara, with my highly respectful mind.”
