เห็นสภาพบรรดาแกนนำม็อบสารพัดชื่อ ต่างทยอยเดินขึ้นโรงขึ้นศาล ไม่เว้นแต่ละวัน
ทำให้คิดสงสารยิ่งนัก
เพราะรู้อยู่แก่ใจว่า บรรดาแกนนำได้กระทำการละเมิดกฎหมายหลายมาตรา คงจะยากที่จะพ้นคุกตะรางไปได้
ทั้งที่เตือนแล้ว บอกแล้วก็ไม่ยอมเชื่อฟัง
ดันทุรังไปฟังคำล่อลวงตลบตะแลงของผู้มักใหญ่ใฝ่สูง เอาแต่มุ่งหวังอำนาจทางการเมือง ที่ตนและพวกพยายามจะก้าวให้ถึง
ซึ่งไม่ว่าจะพยายามไขว่คว้าแย่งชิงซักปานใด ต่อให้ใช้สารพัดวิธี
แต่ด้วยเจตนาที่ไม่สุจริต จึงทำให้ความพยายามดังกล่าว กลับกลายเป็นการก้าวไปเพื่อทำร้ายทำลายตนเองและผู้ถูกหลอกใช้
เด็กๆ เหล่านี้จะรู้หรือไม่ว่าถูกหลอกใช้
แต่สิ่งที่มิอาจหลีกลี้หนีพ้นก็คือ ผลกรรมที่ตนกระทำลงไปจนกลับกลายเป็นการละเมิดกฎหมายร้ายแรง ทั้งกฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญ และกฎหมายอาญา
ตามบทบัญญัติรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย มาตรา ๒ , มาตรา ๖ , มาตรา ๕๐ และ มาตรา ๕๒ และประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๑๑๒ และ มาตรา ๑๑๖ ได้แสดงไว้โดยแจ้งชัดว่า องค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว นั้นทรงดำรงอยู่ในฐานะพระประมุขของประเทศ ทรงเป็นที่เคารพสักการะ ผู้ใดจะล่วงละเมิดหรือใช้สิทธิและเสรีภาพให้เป็นปฏิปักษ์ในทางหนึ่งทางใดมิได้ ทั้งรัฐและประชาชนต่างมีหน้าที่ต้องรักษาไว้ซึ่ง สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ให้ดำรงคงอยู่คู่ประเทศตลอดไป ไม่เพียงแต่กฎหมาย แม้ในความรู้สึกนึกคิดของประชาชนชาวไทยอันมีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ก็ควรให้ความเคารพสักการะและยกย่องเทิดทูนไว้เหนือเกล้าฯ
การกระทำดังกล่าว ให้ถือเป็นจารีตประเพณีที่มีมาตั้งแต่โบราณกาล การที่จะกล่าววาจาจาบจ้วงล่วงเกิน เปรียบเทียบเปรียบเปรย หรือเสียดสี ล้อเลียน ให้เป็นที่ระคายเคืองต่อเบื้องพระยุคลบาทนั้นจึงมิอาจกระทำได้
ดังที่ปรากฏอยู่ในบทบัญญัติของรัฐธรรมนูญปกครองราชอาณาจักรไทย พศ. ๒๕๖๐ มาตรา ๒ มาตรา ๖
และหมวด ๔ หน้าที่ของปวงชนชาวไทยมาตรา ๕๐ (๑) (๖) มาตรา ๕๒
หมวด ๑ ความผิดต่อองค์พระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาท มาตรา ๑๑๒
หมวด ๒ ความผิดต่อความมั่นคงของรัฐภายในราชอาณาจักร มาตรา ๑๑๖
ด้วยบทบัญญัติตามรัฐธรรมนูญและกฎหมายอาญาดังกล่าวมาแล้ว นำมาเทียบเคียงกับพฤติกรรมของบรรดาแกนนำ แกนนอน ร่วมทั้งผู้อยู่เบื้องหน้า เบื้องหลังทั้งหลาย
ล้วนเข้าข่ายละเมิดกฎหมายดังที่ยกมาเทียบให้ดูทั้งนั้น จึงเป็นเรื่องยากที่จะรอดพ้นต่อคุกตะราง
พุทธะอิสระ จึงได้กล่าวว่า ช่างน่าสงสารยิ่งนัก
อยู่ดีๆ จะมาเสียอนาคตเพราะถูกคนหลอกใช้

Poor thing, I feel very pity for them.

Having seen leaders of multi-names protests go to courts almost every day, I feel very sorry for them.
Because I am aware that these protest leaders violated several sections of law, so it will be hard for them to avoid imprisonment.
Even though I had earlier warned them, but they did not believe me.
They persisted in listening to lies of ambitious people who only aim for political power they and their group strive to achieve.
These overambitious people can do whatever means to seize power.
Because of their bad faith, their efforts have hurt themselves and people whom they have manipulated.
Would these teenagers know that they have been used?
What is inevitable are results of their own actions that have severely violated both the constitutional law and the criminal law.
According to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand’s Chapter 2, Chapter 6, Chapter 50, and Chapter 52, as well as the Criminal Code’s Section 112 and Section 116, it states clearly that His Majesty the King is the Head of State. The King shall be enthroned in a position of revered worship and shall not be violated. No person shall expose the King to any sort of accusation or action. Every person is under a duty to uphold the nation, religions, and the King. Thai people do this not only to abide to laws. The monarchy has been highly revered in the hearts and minds of Thais.
This practice has been customs and traditions of the country for a long time. Nobody shall violate, defame, insult, or threaten the King, the Queen, the Heir-apparent or the Regent.
As shown in the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 (2017) Chapter 2, Chapter 6, and Chapter IV, Duties of the Thai People Section 50 (1) (6) and Section 52
And in the Criminal Code of Thailand
Chapter 1 Offences against the King, the Queen, the Heir-apparent and the Regent Section 112
Chapter 2 Offences against the Internal Security of the Kingdom Section 116
When compared to the mentioned clauses in the constitution and the criminal code, behaviors of the protest leaders, as well as those in the spotlight or those behind the scenes, all of them have violated these laws. Consequently, it is hard for them to avoid imprisonment.
That was why Buddha Isara said they are pitiable.
Suddenly, they have lost their future because of having been used.
