ระหว่างเดินทางกลับจากการนำเอาอุปกรณ์ สิ่งของยังชีพไปส่งมอบให้พี่น้องทหารผู้กล้าที่ อ.กันทรลักษ์ จ.ศรีสะเกษ ขากลับได้โทรคุยกับบรรดาคุณๆ ท่านที่นั่งนอนอึดอัด ไม่รู้จักระบายความอัดอั้นกับอึดอัดกับใคร เลยมาระบายกับอาตมา ความว่า
อิ๊งละเมิดประมวลจริยธรรมอย่างร้ายแรงแบบนี้ แล้วจักมีอะไรตามมา
ตอบ : อาจมีความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา
หมวด ๓ ความผิดต่อความมั่นคงของรัฐภายนอกราชอาณาจักร
มาตรา ๑๑๙ ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ เพื่อให้ราชอาณาจักรหรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของราชอาณาจักรตกไปอยู่ใต้อำนาจอธิปไตยของรัฐต่างประเทศ หรือเพื่อให้เอกราชของรัฐเสื่อมเสียไป ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต
มาตรา ๑๒๐ ผู้ใดคบคิดกับบุคคลซึ่งกระทำการเพื่อประโยชน์ของรัฐต่างประเทศ ด้วยความประสงค์ที่จะก่อให้เกิดการดำเนินการรบต่อรัฐ หรือในทางอื่นที่เป็นปรปักษ์ต่อรัฐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบปีถึงยี่สิบปี
มาตรา ๑๒๒ ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ เพื่ออุปการะแก่การดำเนินการรบหรือการตระเตรียมการรบของข้าศึก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบห้าปี
ถ้าการอุปการะนั้นเป็นการ
(๑) ทำให้ป้อม ค่าย สนามบิน ยานรบ ยานพาหนะ ทางคมนาคม สิ่งที่ใช้ในการสื่อสาร ยุทธภัณฑ์ เสบียงอาหาร อู่เรือ อาคาร หรือสิ่งอื่นใดสำหรับใช้เพื่อการสงครามใช้การไม่ได้หรือตกไปอยู่ในเงื้อมมือของข้าศึก
(๒) ยุยงทหารให้ละเลยไม่กระทำการตามหน้าที่ ก่อการกำเริบ หนีราชการหรือละเมิดวินัย
(๓) กระทำจารกรรม นำหรือแนะทางให้ข้าศึก หรือ
(๔) กระทำโดยประการอื่นใดให้ข้าศึกได้เปรียบในการรบ
ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต
มาตรา ๑๒๘ ผู้ใดตระเตรียมการ หรือพยายามกระทำความผิดใด ๆ ในหมวดนี้ ต้องระวางโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
มาตรา ๑๒๙ ผู้ใดเป็นผู้สนับสนุนในการกระทำความผิดใด ๆ ในหมวดนี้ ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับตัวการในความผิดนั้น

ถามว่า : กรณีหัวหน้าพรรคเพื่อไทยต้องคดีละเมิดจริยธรรมอย่างร้ายแรง แล้วทำไมพรรคเพื่อไทยยังพยายามจะจัดตั้งรัฐบาลอีก ทั้งที่มันไม่มีความชอบธรรม
ตอบโดยไม่คิดมาก คือ หน้าด้าน
ถามว่า : แล้ววันที่ ๙ กันยายน ที่จะถึงนี้ คดีชั้นสิบสี่จะไปอย่างไร
ตอบ : ไปติดคุก แล้ว ๑๑๒ เขามีเอาไว้กำกับมิให้ไปกินน้ำส้ม
ถามว่า : เรื่องเขากระโดง คดีฮั้ว สว. ล่ะจะว่าอย่างไร
ตอบ : อ้อ เขากระโดงเอาไว้ทำให้เชื่อง ฮั้ว สว. เอาไว้เป็นหมัดน็อค
ถามว่า : แล้ว ๔๐ สส. ของพรรคส้มล่ะ จะทำอย่างไร
ตอบ : เก็บเอาไว้ลดจำนวนมือที่ยกในสภา
ถามว่า : ทีนี้พวกนักการเมืองที่ถูกมาตรา ๑๑๒ จะจบอย่างไร
ตอบ : จบลงที่ประตูคุก หากไม่มีการสอดไส้ออกกฎหมายนิรโทษกรรม
เอาเป็นว่า ไม่ว่าใครจะมาเป็นรัฐบาลในขณะนี้ ล้วนเป็นหมากอยู่ในกระดานทั้งนั้น

On my way back from delivering relief supplies to the brave soldiers in Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province, some of you sitting there, feeling uncomfortable, and not knowing where to vent their frustrations, vented to me : “Ing has seriously violated the Code of Ethics. What will happen next?”
Answer : This could be a violation of Chapter 3 of the Criminal Code, Offences Against the External Security of the Kingdom.
Section 119 : Whoever does any act with the intent to cause the Country or any part thereof to descend under the sovereignty of any foreign state, or to deteriorate the independence of the State, shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.
Section 120 : Whoever conspires with a person to act for the benefit of a foreign state, with the intention of causing hostilities against the State or in other ways hostile to the State, shall be punished with life imprisonment or imprisonment of ten to twenty years.
Section 122 : Whoever performs any act to assist the enemy in conducting or preparing for battle shall be punished with imprisonment of five to fifteen years.
If such assistance involves :
(1) causing a fort, camp, airfield, combat vehicle, vehicle, means of transportation, communication equipment, munitions, food supplies, docks, buildings, or any other thing used for warfare to be unusable or to fall into the hands of the enemy;
(2) inciting soldiers to neglect their duties, commit riots, desert from duty, or violate discipline;
(3) committing espionage, leading or guiding the enemy; or
(4) acting in any other way to give the enemy an advantage in battle.
The offender shall be punished with death or life imprisonment.

Question : Regarding the Pheu Thai Party leader being charged with a serious ethical violation and lacking legitimacy, why does the Pheu Thai Party still attempt to form a government?
Answer : Answering without thinking too much is their shamelessness.
Question : What will happen to the “14th floor case” on September 9th?
Answer : They will go to jail. Section 112 is there to prevent them from “drinking orange juice”.
Question : What about the Khao Kradong land case and the alleged collusion in the Senate selection process?
Answer : Oh, the Khao Kradong land case is there to tame people. The alleged collusion in the Senate selection process will be the knockout punch.
Question: What about the 40 MPs from the Orange Party?
Answer : They will be kept to reduce the number of hands raised in the Parliament.
Question : What will happen to the politicians who are charged with Section 112?
Answer : They will end up in prison if no amnesty law is inserted in legislation.
Let’s say whoever forms the government is a pawn on the board.
