Where were you when the court issued a verdict with the following charges?

– Entering the office under the possession of the other person
– Entering the immovable property belonging to the other person
According to Section 90 of the Criminal Code, when any act is one, and it violates several provisions of the law, the offender shall receive the severest punishment.
The charge of collaborating to instigate strikes to force the government, the sixteenth defendant (Buddha Isara) was guilty with three charges. Each charge is to receive imprisonment of one year and six months.
The charge of collaboratively making an appearance to the public by words, writings, or any other means is not an act within the purpose of the Constitution; the sixteenth defendant is to be imprisoned for one year and six months.
The charge of collaborating to obstruct the election; the sixteenth defendant to be imprisoned for one year.
However, due to the offender’s voluntary surrender to an official and the
information is given or the Court for the benefit of the trial, the court has reduced the punishment by one-third of each charge, as follows.
The charge of collaborating to instigate strikes to force the government, the sixteenth defendant (Buddha Isara) to receive imprisonment of three years (three charges).
The charge of collaboratively making an appearance to the public by words, writings, or any other means is not an act within the purpose of the Constitution; the sixteenth defendant is to be imprisoned one year (one charge).
The charge of collaborating to obstruct the election; the sixteenth defendant to be imprisoned for eight months (one charge).
Altogether, the sixteenth defendant was to be imprisoned for four years and eight months.

If I had had any connection, would I have been punished like this? The Court of First Instance also rejected my bail request.
The three ministers were ousted from their posts.
