ก็สามารถจาบจ้วง สาปแช่ง ดูถูก เหยียดหยามสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ได้กระนั้นหรือ?

ก็สามารถทำผลงานออกมาเสียดสี ตำหนิ ติ ด่า ใครๆ ก็ได้อย่างนั้นหรือ?
ด้วยข้ออ้างเสรีภาพทางวิชาการ เสรีภาพงานศิลปะ
ก็สามารถทำร้ายทำลายความสงบสุขของสังคมได้กระนั้นหรือ?
การอ้างงานศิลปะ ที่มีเจตนาแอบแฝงไปด้วยการจาบจ้วง ดูหมิ่นเหยียดหยาม อาฆาต พยาบาท ต่อสถาบัน แบบนี้มันเป็นงานศิลปะ ที่จรรโลงโลกตรงไหน?
จากภาพงานศิลป์หมิ่นเจ้า และย่ำยีธงชาติไทย ที่เราทั้งหลายเห็น นี่หรือศิลปะจรรโลงโลก
นอกจากนี้ ลักษณะการสร้างงานที่ปรากฏ หากจะมองในมุมของไสยศาสตร์ ดังที่กลุ่มล้มเจ้าพยายามหาทำ ตามที่ปรากฏเป็นคลิปเสียง หรือโพสต์คอมเมนต์ ดังที่เคยนำมาให้ท่านทั้งหลายได้รับรู้ และภาพที่เห็นจากหลายๆ ที่ มันช่างสอดคล้องกันอย่างชนิดมิอาจคิดเป็นอื่น ว่าคนพวกนี้ไม่มีเจตนาชั่วร้าย แอบแฝงใส่ในศิลป์ของตน
ขอเตือนอีกครั้งว่า หากอยากหาทำเรื่องชั่วๆ เช่นนั้น ก็อย่ามาโวยวาย เมื่อผลแห่งความชั่วอันเผ็ดร้อน ย้อนกลับไปเข้าตัว
แต่ที่โดนแน่ๆ ก็คือ กระทำการดูหมิ่น เปลี่ยนแปลงสีของธงชาติ ซึ่งมีโทษทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๑๑๘ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน ๒ ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน ๔๐,๐๐๐ บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ มาตรา ๕๓ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน ๑ ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน ๒,๐๐๐ บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

With claim on academic freedom
With claim on artworks
Can they defame, curse, look down upon, and insult the monarchy?
With claims on academic freedom and artworks
Can they destroy peace of the society?
Claiming on artworks but having hidden agenda to defame, look down upon, and feel revengeful toward the monarchy, is this an inspiring work of art?
Are these artworks to defame the monarchy and trample upon the national flag, inspirational?
The anti-monarchy group is trying to use black magic as we have heard in the sound clip, Facebook comments and pictures, as shown earlier.
I want to warn again. If they want to do evil things, do not blame others, when those evils and suffering return to them.
Surely, their changing the color of the national flag is subject to following punishment. Pursuant to Criminal Code, Section 118 Whoever, making any act to the flag or any other emblem symbolizing the State with the intention to deride the Nation, shall be imprisoned not over two years or fined not over 40,000 Baht, or both.
Penalty provisions as stated in the Flag Act, B.E. 2522 Section 53. imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding 2,000 baht or both.
Section 54. imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding 1,000 baht or both.
