อบายมุข คือ เหตุแห่งความฉิบหาย (ตอนที่ ๑)

ในรัฐบาลยุคนี้ กำลังจะถูกนำมาสร้างความฉิบหายให้แก่ชาติประชาชน
ตัวแทนของสำนักสันติอโศกได้พยายามโทรหาเจ้าตั้ม ให้ติดต่อฉันหลายครั้ง แต่เพราะฉันอยู่ในถ้ำ นำพระ-เณร ปฏิบัติธรรม เลยไม่ได้รับสาย
สุดท้ายเจ้าตั้มโทรมาใหม่ขณะที่ฉันออกมาจากถ้ำพักผ่อน เขารายงานว่า คุณแซมดินโทรมาหลายครั้งแล้ว เขาอยากคุยกับหลวงปู่ ฉันจึงอนุญาต บอกให้เขาติดต่อคุณแซมดิน เพื่อสอบถามว่าเขามีธุระอะไร
คุณแซมดินรายงานว่า อยากให้ฉันได้เขียนถึงโทษภัยของบ่อนเสรีหรือเอ็นเตอร์เทนเมนต์คอมเพล็กซ์ รวมทั้งมีความพยายามแก้กฎหมายที่จะเป็นอุปสรรคในการเปิดบ่อนเสรี ถึงขนาดจะเขียนกฎหมายอนุญาตให้คนทั่วไปสามารถเข้าไปเล่นในบ่อนได้ โดยต้องยื่นแบบชำระภาษีย้อนหลัง ๓ ปี และเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมค่าเข้า ๕,๐๐๐ บาท

ทำให้ฉันคิดถึงประเทศเม็กซิโก ซึ่งในอดีตเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติ และวัฒนธรรม มีนักท่องเที่ยวทั่วโลกต่างพากันหลั่งไหลเดินทางไปเที่ยว สร้างรายได้ให้แก่ประเทศอย่างมหาศาล
ต่อมารัฐบาลเม็กซิโกในยุคนั้น ก็คิดสร้างบ่อนคาสิโนขึ้น อ้างว่าเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่ประเทศ
ต่อมาบ่อนเสรีจึงกิดขึ้นเป็นดอกเห็ด และตามมาด้วยคนคุมบ่อน แก๊งมาเฟีย คนเทาที่ทำอาชีพผิดกฎหมาย เอาเงินไปฟอกในบ่อน ตามมาด้วยมือปืน ยาเสพติด และแก๊งอันธพาล อุ้มฆ่า โจรออกมาปล้นสะดมคนสุจริตชน ข่มขืน ยิงกันในท่ามกลางฝูงชน
จนเม็กซิโกเวลานี้กลายเป็นบ้านป่าเมืองเถื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจไม่สามารถจัดการได้ ต้องใช้กำลังทหารเข้าไปปราบปราม แต่ก็หาได้ปราบหมดไม่ ด้วยเพราะสารพัดแก๊งเหล่านี้ล้วนมีเจ้าหน้าที่ นักการเมือง และผู้มีอิทธิพลคอยหนุนหลัง มีความพยายามใช้อำนาจสารพัดของบ่อนต่างๆ เพื่อให้ตนและทุจริตชนอยู่รอด
จนเม็กซิโกเวลานี้ แทบจะไม่มีนักท่องเที่ยว เศรษฐกิจตกต่ำ สังคมเสื่อมโทรม ประชาชนตาดำๆ สุจริตชนต่างพากันทิ้งบ้าน ทิ้งบรรพบุรุษ อพยพหนีไปตายเอาดาบหน้า เป็นปัญหาของประเทศใกล้เคียง
เหล่านี้ คือ ตัวอย่างประเทศที่สนับสนุนอบายมุขจนบ้านเมืองฉิบหาย เสียหาย
หากรัฐบาลไทยต้องการให้บ้านเมืองเป็นแบบเม็กซิโก พวกสุจริตชนอย่างเราๆ คงต้องทำได้แค่มองความฉิบหาย และช่วยกันหาวิธีป้องกันตัวแล้วหละ เพราะมดปลวกอย่างพวกเราจะเอาอะไรไปสู้รบปรบมือกับผู้มีอำนาจ ที่กำลังลำพอง ผยอง พองขน เชื่อว่าตนยิ่งใหญ่คับฟ้า
คิดอีกทีมันก็ดีเหมือนกันนะ เผื่อคนไทยจะได้รู้ถึงพิษภัยอันตรายที่เกิดจากพวกนักการเมือง
ไม่รู้ว่าวันข้างหน้า บ้านเมืองไทยจะเหมือนประเทศยูเครนหรือไม่ ที่วอดวายฉิบหาย เพราะผู้มีอำนาจ

Vices are the cause of ruin. (Part 1)

Under this government, vices will bring ruin to the nation and the people.
A representative of the Santi Asoke Buddhist Organization called Tum to contact me several times. I was leading monks and novices to practice Dhamma in the cave; therefore, I did not pick up the phone.
Tum finally called again while I was resting outside the cave and reported that Mr. Samwit had called a few times and wanted to talk to me. So, I told Tum to call Mr. Samwit to ask what he wanted.
Mr. Samwit hoped I would write about the dangers of free casinos or entertainment complexes and attempts to amend the law that obstructs free casinos. The draft law allows ordinary people a three-year tax history to gamble in casinos and collects a casino entry fee of 5,000 Baht. (On March 3, 2025, Chulaphan Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, revealed the amendment of the draft bill on the operation of the entertainment complex business.)
It reminded me of Mexico, which used to be a city of natural and cultural tourism. Tourists from all over the world flocked to visit, generating a huge income for the country.
Later, the Mexican government thought about opening casinos, claiming it would generate income for the country.
Later, free casinos mushroomed, followed by casino operators, mafia gangs, and money launderers, gunmen, drug dealers, gangsters who kidnapped and killed, robbers who robbed, raped, and shot one another in the middle of the crowd.
Mexico has become a barbarous place the police cannot cope with. Even military forces cannot suppress all of it because these gangs are supported by officials, politicians, and mafia bosses. These gangsters and the corrupt survive by the power of casinos.
Nowadays, Mexico has a small number of tourists. The economy is in recession and society is deteriorating. People have left their homes and ancestors and emigrated to neighboring countries.
This is an example of countries supporting vices till the country is ruined.
If the Thai government wants to be like Mexico, decent people like us would watch catastrophes and find ways to protect ourselves. Because termites like us will have nothing to fight against the arrogant, powerful people, who believe they are the greatest.
On second thought, it is good. Maybe Thai people will realize the danger from politicians.
I wonder if Thailand will be like Ukraine, destroyed by those in power.
