ที่จริงก็ไม่ได้อยากตอบโต้ดอกนะ

นายเอื้อน กลิ่นสาลี อดีตพระพรหมดิลก (เอื้อน หาสธมฺโม) อดีตเจ้าอาวาสวัดสามพระยา, กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม (มส.) และเจ้าคณะกรุงเทพมหานคร กับนายสมทรง อรรถกฤษณ์ อดีตพระอรรถกิจโสภณ และเลขาฯ เจ้าคณะกรุงเทพ เป็นจำเลยที่ ๑-๒ ได้รวมหัวกับเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักพุทธ ทุจริต โกงกินงบประมาณนั้นจริงไหม ?

เมื่อเรื่องถึงศาล ความจริงปรากฏ จนศาลพิพากษาลงโทษจริงไหม ?

เมื่อจำเลยต่อสู้คดีจนถึงศาลอุทธรณ์ ศาลได้วินิจฉัยว่า จำเลยมีความผิดจริง พิพากษายืนตามศาลชั้นต้น จริงไหม ?

ต่อมา มหาเถรสมาคม มีมติห้ามผู้ที่ต้องคดีเข้ามาบวชหรือห่มผ้าเหลือง หากคดียังไม่ถึงที่สุด และพิสูจน์ไม่ได้ว่าตนบริสุทธิ์ เป็นความจริงไหม ?

พระวินัยบอกไว้ชัดเจนว่า ภิกษุลักทรัพย์ โกง ลัก ซ่อน และทำพฤติกรรมฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งทรัพย์นั้นมาเกินห้ามาสก ต้องอาบัติปาราชิก ขาดจากความเป็นภิกษุ อันนี้จริงไหม ?

กรณีของ กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม และภิกษุ ผู้ต้องคดีทุจริตเงินอุดหนุนพระศาสนา เป็นมูลค่าโดยรวมถึง ๕ ล้านบาท ซึ่งก็เกินห้ามาสก จะเป็นปาราชิกไหม ?

การที่นายเอื้อน ได้รับประกันตัวมาสู้คดี แล้วกลับมาแอบห่มผ้าเหลือง ทั้งที่กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม มีคำสั่งห้าม อันนี้จริงไหม ?

หลักกฎหมายตามพระราชบัญญัติคณะสงฆ์ พ.ศ.๒๕๐๕ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติคณะสงฆ์ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ.๒๕๓๕ มี ๒ มาตราที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือ มาตรา ๒๙ ถูกจับในคดีอาญาแล้วพนักงานสอบสวนไม่อนุญาตให้ประกันตัว ก็ให้สละสมณเพศเสียก่อนจะนำตัวเข้าห้องขัง กับมาตรา ๓๐ เมื่อมีคำสั่งหรือคำพิพากษาของศาลให้จำคุกกักขัง หรือขังพระภิกษุ ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจดำเนินการให้พระภิกษุรูปนั้นสละสมณเพศ อันนี้จริงไหม ?

ประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๒๐๘ แต่งกายเลียนแบบสงฆ์ ระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน ๑ ปี ปรับไม่เกิน ๒๐,๐๐๐ บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ อันนี้จริงไหม ?

การที่มีทั้งนักบวช และเอฟซีของนายเอื้อน เข้ามารุมด่าพุทธะอิสระ ก็เพราะ พุทธะอิสระ เป็นผู้ไปร้องเรียน ให้รัฐดำเนินการกับพวกโกงเงินวัด จริงไหม ?

แม้ พุทธะอิสระ จะมีพฤติกรรมที่น่ารังเกียจสำหรับพวกกองเชียร์ ของพวกโกงเงินพระศาสนา แต่ พุทธะอิสระ ก็ไม่ชั่วถึงขนาดจะโกงเงินอุดหนุนพระศาสนาดอกจริงไหม ?

ถึงแม้ พุทธะอิสระ จะต้องคดีสารพัด แต่ก็กระทำการอย่างเปิดเผย หาได้เป็นพวกหน้าตัวเมียหลบๆ แอบๆ ทำชั่วอย่าง คดีกรรมการมหาเถร และพวกทุจริตคดโกง อันนี้จริงไหม ?

แม้ พุทธะอิสระ อยากจะกลับมานุ่งห่มผ้าเหลือง แต่ พุทธะอิสระ ก็มิได้ลักลอบแอบห่มผ้าเหลือง เพราะยอมรับที่มหาเถรสมาคมมีคำสั่งห้าม อันนี้จริงไหม ?

พวกที่เข้ามารุมแซว รุมด่า พุทธะอิสระ ที่นำเรื่องนายเอื้อน แอบห่มผ้าเหลือง ออกมาโพนทะนา

ดูท่าคนพวกนี้ จะชื่นชอบการทุจริต ของคณะสงฆ์จริงไหม ?

การที่ พุทธะอิสระ สู้อุตสาห์ออกมาต่อสู้ กับขบวนการทุจริตในคณะสงฆ์ และสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนา

แทนที่ผู้เป็นภิกษุ ผู้ทรงศีล จะเห็นว่าเป็นคุณแก่พระศาสนา

ตรงกันข้าม กลับหันมารุมด่า พุทธะอิสระ

แล้วดันกลับไปช่วยกันปกป้องคนทุจริตคดโกง

ไอ้แบบนี้ มันเป็นนักบวชพันธ์ุไหนกันล่ะจ๊ะ

ที่จริงก็ไม่อยากตอบโต้ดอกนะ แต่ทนเห็นพวกข้องเกี่ยวกับอลัชชี ผู้มีมิจฉาทิฏฐิ แฝงตัวอาศัยพระพุทธศาสนาหากิน นอกจากจะไม่สำนึกบุญคุณของพระพุทธศาสนาแล้ว ยังจะไปเข้าข้างพวกโกงเงินพระพุทธศาสนาอีก

ไอ้นักบวชแบบนี้ มันพวกกาฝากชัดๆ

Does the government approve budget to support Buddhist activities every year?

Did Mr. Uan Klinsalee, the former Phra Phrom Dilok, former abbot of Wat Sam Phraya, a member of the Supreme Sangha Council, monastic head of the Bangkok Region, and Mr. Somsong Attakrit, the former Phra Attakit Sophon, and secretary to Phra Prom Dilok, were the first and second defendants, who conspired with the National Office of Buddhism officials in embezzling temple funds?

When the case was reviewed by the court and the truth was revealed, did the court sentence them?

Later, the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand issued a commandment that person accused of criminal charges cannot be ordained as Buddhist monk, when the lawsuit has not ended, or it cannot be proven of his innocence. Is this true?

The Buddhist monastic discipline clearly states that monk who steals, cheats, hides, or have any corrupted behavior to obtain money more than five Masok (ancient currency), he automatically departs from monkhood. Because it is the gravest transgression of the monk rules. Is this true?

Mr Uan was granted bail to argue his case, but he has secretly worn monk robe, despite the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand’s prohibition. Is this true?

According to the Sangha Act of 1962 and its second amendment in 1992, Section 29 when a monk is arrested in a criminal charge and is not granted bail, he must leave his monkhood before imprisonment, Section 30 when court sentences imprisonment for a monk, that monk must leave his monkhood. Is this true?

Criminal Code, Section 208. Dressing up as a Monk or Clergy: Whoever, wrongfully dressing or using the symbol manifesting that oneself to be Buddhist monk or novice, holy man or clergyman of any religion so as to make the other person to believe that oneself to be such person, shall be imprisoned not more of one year or fined not more of two thousand Baht. Is this true?

Both priests and fan clubs of Mr. Aun came into the Facebook page to slander Buddha Isara. Is it because Buddha Isara was the person who reported to the officials to use legal measure against those involved in temple funds embezzlement?

Buddha Isara may have disgusting behaviors for fan clubs of those involved with temple funds fraud. However, Buddha Isara is not as evil as those involved in temple funds corruption, am I?

Though Buddha Isara has been charged with legal cases, but I have openly conducted those actions. Unlike the coward who secretly committed sins like those cases involving members of the Supreme Sangha Council and temple funds embezzlement. Is this true?

Though Buddha Isara wishes to return to monkhood, Buddha Isara does not secretly wear monk robe. That is because I accept the commandment of the Supreme Sangha Council. Is this true?

Remarks:

Those who teased and criticized Buddha Isara for propagating Mr. Uan’s secretly wearing monk robe, it looks like these people agree with corruption within monastery?

I have right to doubt.

Buddha Isara’s fought against corruption of monks and the National Office of Buddhism. Rather than regarding my actions as beneficial for Buddhism, on the other hand, these priests came to criticize Buddha Isara.

They protected those corrupted people.

What kind of priests they are?

I actually did not want to fight back. But I cannot put up with people who are involved with corrupted priests, have wrong views, and earn a living from Buddhism. Not only they are ungrateful for Buddhism, but they also take side with people involved in temple funds fraud.

These priests are obviously parasites.
