เจ้าจักสำคัญความนี้เป็นไฉน ?
สำหรับพ่อแล้ว
คนฉลาดใช้กิเลส
คนโง่ ถูกกิเลสใช้
ถามว่า : ฉลาดอย่างไรจึงจักใช้กิเลสได้อย่างที่ไม่ต้องตกอยู่ในการครอบงำ
อธิบายว่า ราคะ โทสะ โมหะ โลภะ และอุปกิเลสทั้งปวงล้วนมีพลังผลักดัน ขับเคลื่อน ให้ตะเกียกตะกาย ขวนขวาย แสวงหาที่จักนำพาให้บุคคลหรือสัตว์นั้นๆ ในขณะที่ถูกราคะ โทสะ โมหะ โลภะ ไม่เว้นแม้แต่อุปกิเลสทั้งปวงเข้าครอบงำ ล้วนชอบสร้างความปรารถนา แรงบันดาลใจอันแรงกล้าเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิ่งที่กิเลสนั้นๆ ต้องการ
ตัวอย่างเช่น สุนัขเดือน ๑๒ เมื่อถึงฤดูผสมพันธุ์ มันจะไม่กินไม่นอนวันๆ ทั้งวันทั้งคืนมันจะติดตามแต่ตัวเมีย จนกว่าจะสิ้นฤดูผสมพันธุ์ นี่คือพลังแห่งราคะและโมหะ
อีกตัวอย่างคือ มีคำกล่าวว่า อย่าไปรุกไล่ต้อนให้สุนัขจนตรอก แม้มันจะขี้ขลาดขนาดไหน เมื่อมันไม่มีทางไป จักเกิดโทสะเข้าครอบงำแล้ว มันจะหันเข้ามากัดเราจนได้ นี่คือพลังของโทสะ
อีกซักตัวอย่างหนึ่ง บุคคลที่โลภอยากได้ของเขา ย่อมเพียรพยายามใช้สรรพกำลังทั้งทางกายและทรัพยากรอย่างเต็มที่ เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิ่งที่ตนเองต้องการ ไม่ว่าจะถูกหรือจะผิด ตัวอย่างเช่น พวกแก๊งสแกมเมอร์ เป็นต้น
แต่ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสุนัขติดสัดก็ดี สุนัขจนตรอกแล้วหันมากัดก็ดี บุคคลผู้ถูกความละโมบโลภมากเข้าครอบงำก็ดี
สุดท้ายถ้าใช้กิเลสโดยไม่ฉลาด ก็จักจบลงตรงที่หมดเรี่ยวหมดแรง สุ่มเสี่ยงเปลืองตัว และตกเป็นทาสของกิเลสทั้งปวงทั้งสิ้น
ถามว่า : แล้วใช้กิเลสเช่นไร จึงจักเรียกว่า ใช้อย่างชาญฉลาด
ลูกรักสำหรับพ่อแล้ว กิเลสมีเอาไว้เป็นเครื่องมือ และพลังขับเคลื่อนให้ทำการงานทางกาย วาจา ใจ ของพ่อลุถึงความสำเร็จในวิถีแห่งโลกสมมุติอย่างสมบูรณ์ และเมื่อได้ประโยชน์จากโลกสมมุติ พ่อก็จักให้ประโยชน์กับสมมุติอย่างเต็มกำลัง
ท้ายที่สุดพ่อก็จักไม่ต้องยึดติดในสิ่งที่เป็นสมมุติ
ลูกรัก
ผู้คงแก่เรียนทั้งหลาย มักจักมีคำสั่งคำสอนว่า กิเลสทั้งปวงเป็นของไม่ดี เป็นสิ่งที่ควรจักต้องละเว้น
(เจ้าต้องไม่ลืมว่า การที่ปุถุชนจะลุถึงอริยชนได้ ล้วนอาศัยกิเลสเป็นตัวก่อเหตุทั้งนั้น และการที่สรรพสัตว์ได้กลายเป็นพระโพธิสัตว์ได้ ล้วนต้องอาศัยกิเลสเป็นตัวก่อเหตุทั้งนั้น)
ซึ่งสำหรับพ่อแล้ว ในโลกนี้และโลกไหนๆ ไม่มีสิ่งใดที่จักไม่มีประโยชน์ มันขึ้นอยู่ที่ว่า เราจักมองเห็นประโยชน์ในสิ่งนั้นๆ ได้หรือไม่
อีกทั้งจับฉวยเอามาใช้ประโยชน์ให้ถูกตรงต่อกาลเทศะได้แค่ไหน
นี่ต่างหากเล่าจึงเรียกว่า คนฉลาดใช้กิเลส

My dear children,
How would you interpret this message?
For me :
Wise people use their desires.
Fools are used by their desires.
How can one be wise in using desires without falling under their control?
I explain it this way: lust, anger, delusion, greed, and all other defilements have the power to drive individuals to strive, search, and pursue what they crave. When people are overcome by lust, anger, delusion, greed, and other defilements, intense desire arises, generating powerful motivation to obtain what those defilements seek.
For example, a dog during mating season will neither eat nor sleep. Day and night, it follows the female until the season ends. This demonstrates the power of lust and delusion.
Another example is the saying: “Never corner a dog, no matter how cowardly it may be. When it has nowhere to escape, anger takes over, and it will turn and bite.” This illustrates the power of anger.
Likewise, a person driven by greed for another’s possessions will exert all their physical strength and resources to obtain what they desire — by right or wrong means, as seen in scammer gangs. This reveals the power of greed.
However, whether it is a dog in heat, a cornered dog that bites, or a person consumed by greed, when one is ruled by desire, the ultimate results are exhaustion, recklessness, and enslavement.
The question, then, is: how should one use desire wisely?
My children, for me, desire is a tool and a driving force that supports success in my physical, verbal, and mental endeavors within this conventional world. When I benefit from conventional truth, I reciprocate accordingly. Yet ultimately, I remain unattached to all illusions.
My children,
Wise teachers often say that all desires are harmful and should be abandoned.
But you must not forget, for ordinary people to attain enlightenment, aspiration itself is the driving force. For all sentient beings to become Bodhisattvas, desire is also the driving force.
For me, in this world and any other, nothing is without value. It depends on whether we can perceive its value and use it properly at the right time and in the right way.
That is what it means to be wise in using one’s desires.
