เจ้าจักสำคัญความนี้เป็นไฉน
แม้พ่อจะพร่ำสอนพวกเจ้าอยู่เสมอๆ ว่า ผู้อ่อนแอ มักจักต้องตกเป็นเหยื่อของผู้แข็งแรงเสมอ
ฟังดูแล้วมันช่างสิ้นหวัง และโหดร้ายสำหรับผู้อ่อนแอเสียเหลือเกิน
แต่สำหรับพ่อแล้ว การได้เกิดเป็นผู้อ่อนแอ มาแต่เบื้องต้น ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ทั้งผู้แข็งแรงและอ่อนแอต้องเผชิญ เจอะเจอเหมือนกันทั้งนั้น
ต่างกันตรงที่ว่า ผู้ที่อ่อนแอทั้ง ๒ ฝ่ายเหล่านั้น เมื่อรู้จักพากเพียรพยายาม ดิ้นรน ขวนขวายต่อสู้ ไขว่คว้า แสวงหาโอกาส และฉกฉวยช่วงจังหวะเวลาที่ตนมีอยู่ และมุ่งมั่นพากเพียรพยายามอย่างมากๆ ในการที่จักฝึกหัด พัฒนา วิถีคิด วิถีทำ วิถีชีวิต ให้ก้าวเดินไปสู่เส้นทางของขบวนการพัฒนา ฝึกฝนอบรม บ่มเพาะ สะสม จนทำให้ตนที่เคยเป็นผู้อ่อนแอมากๆ กลับกลายเป็นผู้แข็งแรงอย่างยอดเยี่ยมได้ในช่วงเวลาต่อมา
สมดังพุทธภาษิตขององค์พระบรมศาสดาอรหันตสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า ที่ทรงตรัสเอาไว้ว่า
วิริเยน ทุกขมัด เจติ
บุคคลจะล่วงทุกข์ได้เพราะความเพียร
ดุจดังคำสอนที่พ่อได้สอนพวกเจ้าเอาไว้ว่า
มนุษย์มิใช่ได้ดี เพราะมียี่ห้อเป็นมนุษย์
แต่มนุษย์จักได้ดี ก็เพราะการศึกษาฝึกหัด พัฒนา จนนำพาตนไปสู่ความรุ่งเรืองเจริญ

My beloved children,
Do you truly understand the importance of this message?
Even though I always teach you that the weak are often victims of the strong, it may sound hopeless and cruel to those who are weak.
But to me, being born weak is a reality that both the strong and the weak must face.
The difference lies here: those who are weak, yet learn to strive, struggle, fight, seek opportunities, seize the chances available to them, and diligently develop their thinking, actions, and way of life—can move forward along the path of growth, discipline, cultivation, and accumulation. In time, those who were once very weak can become exceptionally strong.
Just as the Buddha said :
“Through perseverance, one overcomes suffering.”
As I have also taught you :
“A person does not succeed simply because they are human.” Being human alone does not guarantee success. It is through education, training, and continual self-development that people achieve prosperity.
