นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจหน้าที่สำคัญในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน กำหนดนโยบายของรัฐบาล และเป็นหัวหน้าคณะรัฐมนตรี นอกจากนี้ยังมีหน้าที่ในการควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล และประสานงานระหว่างส่วนราชการต่างๆ รวมถึงการเป็นตัวแทนของรัฐบาลในการติดต่อกับต่างประเทศ
อำนาจหน้าที่โดยละเอียด
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจในการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีหน้าที่บริหารราชการแผ่นดินตามนโยบายที่แถลงต่อรัฐสภา
– นายกรัฐมนตรีเป็นหัวหน้าคณะรัฐมนตรีและเป็นผู้ใช้อำนาจบริหารในพระปรมาภิไธยพระมหากษัตริย์
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจในการกำกับ ติดตาม และควบคุมการปฏิบัติราชการของส่วนราชการต่างๆ
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีหน้าที่ประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างส่วนราชการต่างๆ เพื่อให้การบริหารราชการแผ่นดินเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
– นายกรัฐมนตรีเป็นตัวแทนของรัฐบาลในการติดต่อกับต่างประเทศ
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือตามที่คณะรัฐมนตรีมอบหมาย
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจในการแต่งตั้งและถอดถอนรัฐมนตรีบางตำแหน่ง
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจในการยุบสภาผู้แทนราษฎร
– นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจในการเสนอชื่อบุคคลเพื่อแต่งตั้งเป็นองคมนตรี

กฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 157 พิจารณาถึงความผิดตามกฎของพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติหรือละเว้นการตามปกติโดยมิชอบเกิดในที่สาธารณะซึ่งหนึ่งในนั้น หรือ ปฏิบัติหรือละเว้นการสอบสวน โดยเฝ้าระวังอย่างเป็นทางการตั้งแต่ 1 ปีถึง 10 ปีหรือปรับตั้งแต่ 2,000 บาทถึง 20,000 บาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

และด้วยพฤติกรรมของนายกที่แสดงออกทั้งต่อหน้า และลับหลัง ดูจะสุ่มเสี่ยงต่อการละเมิดประมวลจริยธรรมของนักการเมืองปี พ.ศ.๒๕๖๔

The prime minister has important powers and duties in administering the country, setting government policies, and heading the cabinet. – The prime minister sets policies and the country’s administration plans.
– The prime minister must administer the country according to the policies announced to the parliament.
– The prime minister chairs the cabinet of Thailand and exercises executive power in the name of the King.
– The prime minister has the power to oversee, monitor, and control the operation of government agencies.
– The prime minister must encourage cooperation among government agencies to ensure the country’s efficient administration.
– The prime minister represents the government when dealing with foreign countries.
– The prime minister has other duties as prescribed by law or assigned by the cabinet.
– The prime minister has the power to appoint and remove certain ministers.
– The prime minister has the power to dissolve the House of Representatives.

The Criminal Code Section 157 addresses the offense of an official who, in public, wrongfully exercises or fails to exercise their duties; he or she is imprisoned for one to ten years or fined from 2,000 Baht to 20,000 Baht, or both.
Behaviors of the prime minister shown both in public and behind the scenes risk violating the 2021 Code of Ethics for Politicians.
I saw Prime Minister Ing giving an interview that the Thai people must reconcile and unite at this time.
Thai people are curious and want to ask the Prime minister about someone who harms their own country, destroys the dignity and honor of the nation, and neglects to perform their duties, including risking violating the Code of Ethics for Politicians.
Do we need to reconcile with such kinds of people?
