คุณขี้สงสัยเข้าตั้งคำถามมาว่า
ประชาชนมีอำนาจจริงหรือ ?
รัฐธรรมนูญกำหนดกฎหมายรับรองอำนาจของประชาชนมีอยู่จริงหรือไม่ ?
อำนาจของประชาชนที่กฎหมายรับรองไว้ มันใช้ได้จริงๆ หรือ ?
เมื่อประชาชนเป็นผู้เลือกตั้งนักการเมืองเข้าไปทำงาน หากการทำงานของนักการเมืองนั้นๆ ส่งผลกระทบที่เสียหายแก่ประชาชน แล้วทำไมประชาชนจึงไม่มีสิทธิ์ที่จะถอดถอนนักการเมืองพวกนั้นเองบ้างเล่า
ทำไมต้องไปพึ่งองค์กรอิสระหรือศาลในการถอดถอน
ทำไมตอนพวกนักการเมืองอยากได้อำนาจก็เข้ามาหาประชาชน กราบไหว้ขออำนาจจากประชาชน แต่พอประชาชนให้อำนาจไปแล้วกลับไปทำชั่ว ประชาชนดันไม่มีอำนาจที่จะถอดถอนนักการเมืองพวกนั้น ด้วยตนเอง แต่ต้องไปใช้บริการขององค์กรอื่นๆ มาถอดถอน
เช่นนี้อำนาจของประชาชนอยู่ที่ไหน ?
มีรัฐธรรมนูญและกฎหมายมาตราไหนบ้างที่ให้อำนาจประชาชนถอดถอนข้าราชการหรือนักการเมืองที่ทุจริต โดยมิต้องอาศัยอำนาจจากองค์กรอื่นๆ
ที่ผ่านมาเมื่อนักการเมืองได้อำนาจจากประชาชนไปแล้ว ก็ทำแต่เรื่องที่ทำให้ชาติ ประชาชนร้อนรนอยู่ไม่เป็นสุข อย่างเช่นทุกวันนี้ประชาชนจะสามารถเรียกคืนอำนาจของตนเองได้ไหม

A curious person has asked the question : Do people have power?
Does the Constitution stipulate laws confirming the power of the people?
Can the power of the people guaranteed by law be applied?
When people elect politicians to work, their works have a detrimental effect. Why don’t the people have the right to remove those politicians themselves?
Why must people rely on independent organizations or the courts to remove them?
When politicians want power, they come to the people and pray to the people for power. After the people give them power, they do evil things. Why do people have no power to remove those politicians, but must rely on other organizations to remove them?
As such, where is the power of the people?
Which constitutions and laws give the people the power to remove corrupt officials or politicians without having to rely on the power of other organizations?
After obtaining power from the people, politicians only made the country and the people anxious and unhappy, as we are now. Can the people reclaim their power?
Sigh…it is so unfortunate. Reading your questions gives me a headache. Don’t overthink. It will be morning soon.
