ขอบคุณ ขอบใจลูกหลานชาวธรรมอิสระทุกท่าน ทุกคนที่มีน้ำใจ มีจิตเมตตา เสียสละเวลาไปให้กำลังใจต่อผู้กล้าทั้งหลายที่ยอมอุทิศชีวิต กาย ใจ ออกไปชุมนุมเพื่อปกป้องชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ และดำรงรักษาไว้ซึ่งความเป็นไทย อันมั่นคง ยั่งยืน
วันนี้ถือว่าเป็นอีกวันหนึ่ง ซึ่งแกนนำแต่ละคน ก็ได้รับขวัญและกำลังใจจากลูกหลานทุกคนอย่างล้นหลาม และขอบคุณท่านผู้มีอุปการคุณ ที่บริจาคทุนทรัพย์มาช่วยเหลือพุทธะอิสระประกันตัว และเสียค่าปรับ
ขอบคุณท่านผู้มีอุปการคุณ ที่ให้ก้อนข้าว หยดน้ำ เลี้ยงดูพี่น้องที่ไปร่วมกิจกรรมในการให้ขวัญกำลังใจ มอบน้ำใจให้กับบรรดานักรบผู้กล้าทั้งหลาย แห่งแผ่นดินไทย
สำหรับหลวงปู่แล้ว ท่านทั้งหลายเหล่านี้คือ ผู้กล้า ผู้เสียสละ เหมือนดังคำพิพากษาของศาลตอนหนึ่งที่ท่านได้กล่าวว่า
“แกนนำแต่ละคนรู้อยู่ว่า การออกมาแสดงพลังชุมนุมนั้น จะต้องมีผลตอบรับอย่างไร แต่ก็พร้อมที่จะเสียสละ เพื่อดำรงรักษาไว้ซึ่งความมั่นคงของชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์”
สิ่งนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ศาลอุทธรณ์เป็นผู้เล็งเห็น แล้วก็พิพากษา แม้ผลจะออกมาอาจจะผิดหวังบ้าง ไม่เป็นไปตามคาดหวังของลูกหลานทั้งหลายก็ตามที แต่สำหรับหลวงปู่แล้ว ถือว่าไม่ได้ผิดคาด เพราะได้แจ้งได้บอกไว้ก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมาว่า
“เดี๋ยวพฤหัสบดีต้องเตรียมตัวไปเข้าคุก”
ก็ได้เตรียมไปจริงๆ เอาเสื้อผ้า เอาอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ส่วนตัวใส่ถุงกระดาษหิ้วขึ้นรถไปเมื่อเช้า
แต่ไม่ได้หิ้วลง เพราะว่ามันจะต้องใช้ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการตามคำพิพากษานานอยู่
ซึ่งเป็นการเตรียมพร้อมที่จะรับสถานการณ์ และชะตากรรมที่ตัวเองกระทำ อย่างไม่ย่นย่อ ไม่ท้อแท้ ไม่ท้อถอย พวกเราทุกคนนักรบผู้กล้าก็ไม่เคยหวาดหวั่นต่อสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น
สิ่งที่มิอาจปฏิเสธที่กล่าวคำขอบคุณได้ก็คือ องค์คณะศาลอุทธรณ์ที่ได้กรุณา เมตตา ลดโทษให้แกนนำทุกคน เช่น พุทธะอิสระจาก ๔ ปี ๘ เดือน ลดลงมาเหลือ ๑ ปี ๘ เดือน รับโทษมากกว่าลุงกำนัน ๘ เดือน
ยังได้แซวกับลุงกำนันไปว่า เป็นอย่างนี้ได้ไง ลุงไปเป่ามนต์อะไรให้ศาลหรือเปล่า ถึงได้กรุณาลดโทษให้ลุงจาก ๕ ปี มาเหลือแค่ปีเดียว ทั้งที่มีตำแหน่งสูงสุดใน กปปส.
แต่ไม่ว่าจะยังไงพวกเราแกนนำทุกคนต้องขอขอบพระคุณในความเมตตาของศาลอุทธรณ์ทุกท่านมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย
แม้จะมีบางคนอาจจะรู้สึก ถดถอยกำลังใจ ท้อแท้ น้อยอกน้อยใจ ว่าทำไมคนที่ทำเพื่อชาติบ้านเมืองจะต้องรับชะตากรรมแบบนี้ ส่วนไอ้คนที่โกงกินบ้านกินเมืองกลับอยู่สุขสบาย แถมได้รับอภิสิทธิ์พิเศษกว่า
ประมาณว่า โทษ ๘ ปี คิดแค่ ๑ ปี ทั้งยังได้อภิสิทธิ์พิเศษสารพัดจากกระทรวงยุติธรรมและกรมราชทัณฑ์ จนไม่ติดคุกแม้แต่วันเดียว แม้คดีล่าสุด ๑๑๒ ก็ยังได้รับการประกันตัวไปในวงเงินแค่ ๕๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท
แต่พวกเราไม่เคยกินบ้านโกงเมือง ไม่เคยหลอกให้ใครไปติดคุกแทน ต้องใช้เงินประกันตัวกันคนละ ๘๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท นี่ยังไม่รวมค่าปรับ แม้กระทั้งเวลาขอประกันตัว ก็ยากแสนยากใช้เวลานั่งรอถึง ๔-๕ ชั่วโมง แต่คนโกงชาติ จาบจ้วงสถาบันออกสื่อต่างประเทศ นำเอาประเทศไทยไปด่าให้ต่างชาติฟัง กลับได้รับการประกันตัวในเวลาแค่ ๑ ชั่วโมง วางเงินแค่ ๕๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท
จนมีแกนนำบางคนพูดติดตลกมาว่า แสดงว่าพวกเรามีราคา มีค่ากว่าไอ้คนโกงชาติ
ก็ไม่เป็นไร ถือว่า เราทำกรรมมาแบบนี้ เขาก็ทำกรรมมาแบบนั้น ระยะทางเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ม้า กาลเวลาเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์คน
“เพชรแท้ ไม่กลัวการเจียระไน ทองแท้ ไม่กลัวการเผาไฟ เหล็กแท้ ไม่กลัวการทุบตี คนดีแท้ๆ ไม่กลัวการพิสูจน์ทราบ”
ต่อให้ตีอย่างไร เผาอย่างไร เจียระไนมากขนาดไหน พิสูจน์อย่างไร ขอเพียงเราเป็นคนดี แล้วมีจิตใจที่เอื้ออารี เป็นดีที่มาจากจิตใจจริงๆ อะไรก็ไม่ทำให้คนดีเหล่านั้นหวาดหวั่นไปได้
เพราะงั้นก็คำพิพากษาที่พวกเราแกนนนำได้มา บางคนก็ได้มาปีหนึ่ง บางคนก็ได้มาปีเศษ ปีกว่า ก็ต้องถือว่าเป็นความกรุณาที่ศาลอุทธรณ์ท่านมอบให้
เรื่องต่อไปเอาไว้สู้กันในศาลฎีกาต่อ ส่วนผลจะออกมาอย่างไร เดี๋ยวค่อยว่ากัน ตอนนี้ก็ขอให้ทนายไปคัดคำพิพากษามาดูว่า เราอุทธรณ์บกพร่อง ผิดพลาด ตรงไหนอย่างไร
คุยกับลุงกำนันแล้ว ลุงกำนันก็พึงพอใจ เพราะของเขา ๕ ปี ลดลงมาเหลือ ๑ ปี พุทธะอิสระยังชี้หน้าแบบหัวเราะๆ ว่า
ลุงกำนันเอาเปรียบฉันนะ เป็นไปได้ไงเนี่ย ระดับเลขาผู้สั่งการทำไมติดคุกแค่ปีเดียว แล้วทำไมพุทธะอิสระอยู่เวทีกระจอกงอกง่อยเล็กๆ แต่ทำไมถึงต้อง ๑ ปี ๘ เดือน
อะไรประมาณนั้น เขาก็หัวเราะกัน ถือว่าไม่เป็นไร สำหรับพุทธะอิสระแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะติดคุกกี่ปีกี่ปี พุทธะอิสระก็ไม่มีใครจะพรากความเป็นพุทธะอิสระไปจากชีวิตนี้ได้

Thank you! Thanks for the kindness and compassion of my disciples under the Dhamma Isara family, who took the time to give moral support to the brave people who sacrificed their lives to protect the nation, religions, and the King.
Today is another day that each of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) leaders has overwhelmingly received moral support from all of you. And thank the supporters who donated their money to bail me out and pay for the fine. Thank those who prepared food and drinking water for people who went to hear the court ruling and to support the brave people of Thailand.
For me, they are the brave who sacrificed themselves. The judge said in the verdict, “Each leader knew well the outcomes of the rally; they were ready to sacrifice to preserve the stability of the nation, religions, and the King.”
The Appeal Court perceived this and made a ruling. The verdict may be disappointing for you, but not surprising for me. As I said on Sunday, “I am prepared to be imprisoned this Thursday.”
I did prepare some clothes and personal belongings in a paper bag and took them into the car this morning.
I was ready to face the destiny resulting from my actions without any disheartenment or discouragement. We are brave warriors who never fear what will happen.
It is undeniable to thank the quorum of the Appeal Court judges who kindly reduced the sentence of every leader, i.e., reducing Buddha Isara’s sentence from four years and eight months to one year and eight months. Mine is eight months more than “Uncle Kamnan” Suthep. I also teased him about how this could happen and what spell he did to the court that his sentence reduced from five years to one year, although he had the highest rank in the PDRC.
No matter what, all PDRC leaders must thank the mercy of all the Appeal Court’s judges.
Some of us may feel disheartened and resentful about why people who sacrificed for the country have to face such a destiny. The corrupt live a comfortable life and have privileges, i.e. getting a sentence reduction from eight years to one year and various privileges from the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Corrections, and he was not imprisoned even a single day. On the latest lese-majeste charge, the court released him on bail of only 500,000 Baht.
Though we neither corrupted any government budget nor lured anybody into imprisonment on our behalf, the court set bail for us at 800,000 baht each, excluding fine.
When we applied for bail, it took us 4-5 hours. The corrupt, who insulted the monarchy and criticized the country to foreign media, was released on bail of 500,000 Baht within an hour.
A PDRC leader made a joke we are more valuable than the corrupt.
Never mind. It was the outcome of our own Karma, and it was the outcome of his Karma.
As distance tests a horse’s strength, so does time reveal a person’s real character.
“Real diamond does not fear the cutting. Real gold does not fear the test of fire. Real steel is not afraid to be hit. Real good people are not afraid of any proof.”
No matter how much we are beaten, burnt, cut, or proven, if only we are real good people with genuinely kind hearts, nothing can shake us.
The court verdict that PDRC leaders have received, whether one year or over a year, is the mercy from the Appeal Court.
Next, we will fight with our evidence in the Supreme Court. I have asked my lawyer to request a copy of the court judgment to review whether there was any shortcoming or mistake in our appeal.
I have talked to “Uncle Kamnan” Suthep. He is satisfied because his sentence is reduced from five years imprisonment to one year. Buddha Isara made a joke that he had taken advantage of me. How come a commander like him has got only one year of imprisonment? Buddha Isara, who was just the leader of a small rally, got one year and eight months of imprisonment. Then, they laughed.
Never mind. For Buddha Isara, no matter how long the imprisonment is, nothing can change my being Buddha Isara, except death.

On the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King’s birthday anniversary, the Onoi (Dhamma Isara) Temple will hold merit-making activities from Saturday, July 27th to Monday, July 29th, 2024, and will make donations to 199 families of the underprivileged.
Im-Jung Food Shops, which sell a buffet at 15 Baht, will give free food as merit-making.
