คำถามจากผู้ป่วย

ผู้ป่วยโทรมารายงานถึงผลการรักษาว่า เคยรับยาครั้งแรกไปแล้ว ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๒๖ กรกฎาคม ๖๔ และรับยาครั้งที่สองเมื่อวันที่ ๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๔ เป็นยาบำรุงปอด ยาละลายลิ่มเลือด ยาแก้ไข แก้อักเสบ (ยกเว้นเด็กที่ได้แต่ยาแก้ไข้ แก้อักเสบ) ไปทานแล้วแต่ยังกินยาไม่ครบ เหลือยาที่ต้องกินอีก ๕ วัน ไปตรวจเชื้อที่โรงพยาบาลเมื่อวาน (๗ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๔) ผลไม่พบเชื้อทุกคน ทุกคนจึงคิดว่าตนเองหายป่วยแล้ว สุขภาพแข็งแรงดีแล้ว ทานอาหารได้ปกติ บางคนยังมีอาการเหลืออยู่บ้าง จึงอยากเรียนถามหลวงปู่ ดังนี้

๑. จะหยุดกินยาได้หรือไม่

๒. คนที่ยังมีอาการเหนื่อยเวลาเดินมากๆ ต้องปฏิบัติตัวอย่างไร

๓. เด็ก บอกว่าแม่มีอาการหายใจไม่เต็มปอด เวลานอนหายใจยาก ต้องหายใจทางปาก อยากกราบเรียนหลวงปู่ว่า เด็กต้องกินยาบำรุงปอดหรือไม่

แม้กินยาแล้วอาการจะดีขึ้น และไปตรวจโควิดจะไม่พบเชื้อแล้วก็ตาม

แต่ยาแก้ไข้ แก้อักเสบ จำเป็นจะต้องกินให้ครบโดส ตลอดระยะเวลาของการฟักเชื้อ

ส่วนยาบำรุงปอดและยาเสริมภูมิ ต้องดูอาการหลัง ๑๔ วันว่า ปอดมีปัญหาจากการทำลายของโควิดหรือเปล่า หากมีปัญหา และมีอาการเหนื่อย หายใจไม่เต็มปอด จะต้องกินยาบำรุงปอด และเสริมภูมิเพิ่มอีก ๗ วัน จึงจะวางใจได้

Questions from a patient

August 8, 2021

A patient has called to report results of medication that he got herbal medicine the first time on July 26, 2021 and the second time on August 5, 2021. He received lung care drug, clot-dissolving drug, fever reducer, and antibiotics. (Children received only fever reducer and antibiotics.) There are five more days to complete the medication course. Family of the patients had COVID-test at the hospital yesterday (August 7, 2021), and test results of everybody were negative. Therefore, all of them thought that they have recovered and are healthy. They can eat normally. Some of them may still have some symptoms. So, the patient wanted to ask Luang Pu following questions.

1. Can they stop taking herbal medicine.

2. Some of them feel tired when they walk a lot. What should they do?

3. The child told his mother that he could not fully breathe. When he slept, it was hard for him to breathe and he had to inhale via mouth. So, the patient wanted to know if the child should also take lung care drug.

Although you feel better after taking medicine and your COVID-19 test were negative, you still have to take fever reducer and antibiotics in a complete course and all along the period of disease incubation.

As for lung care drug and immune boosting drug, after 14 days, you should observe your symptoms whether your lungs have been damaged by coronavirus. If there is issue, you feel tired, and cannot fully breathe, you must take lung care drug and immune boosting drug for another 7 days, then you can rest assured.
