จะทำอะไรก็รีบๆ ทำให้มันทันต่อความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนหน่อย

ส่วนเจ้าหน้าที่จะเข้าไปดูแลก็ต่อเมื่ออาการหนักมากๆ

อยากบอกว่า การที่ผู้ป่วยเข้าไปอยู่รวมๆ กันในที่แออัด ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการสาธารณสุขเช่นนี้ มันยิ่งจะทำให้ผู้ป่วยแต่ละคนอาการทรุดหนัก

หากเป็นไปได้ รัฐควรนำตัวผู้ป่วยกลับไปยังที่พักของตน แล้วจัดทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล เจ้าหน้าที่ อสม. เข้าไปดูแลส่งข้าว ส่งน้ำ ส่งยา

อีกทั้งควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ป่วย เขามีสิทธิ์เลือกวิธีรักษาที่เขาเห็นว่า มันช่วยเขาได้ ไม่ใช่สาธารณสุขจะต้องไปผูกขาดการรักษาอยู่อย่างทุกวันนี้

อย่าลืมว่าสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในเวลานี้ มันไม่ต่างอะไรกับสภาวะสงครามโรคระบาด

หากรัฐยังจะเอาแต่ควบคุมกระบวนการรักษาที่เป็นทางเลือกกันอยู่อย่างนี้

ทั้งที่กระบวนการรักษาของสาธารณสุขก็ไม่สามารถเอื้ออำนวยให้ประโยชน์แก่ผู้ป่วยได้ครบถ้วนเช่นนี้

เราท่านทั้งหลาย คงจะได้เห็นยอดผู้ป่วย คนตาย เพิ่มขึ้นในแต่ละวันอย่างไม่หยุดเป็นแน่

แน่นอนล่ะ การเข้าไปอยู่ในโรงพยาบาลสนาม มีอาหารกินแน่นอน แต่อากาศ อาการ อารมณ์ล่ะ พวกเขาจะหาได้จากไหน

Several patients in the filed hospitals have faced with terrible healthcare. They have to take care of each other and took only paracetamol. There is no cleaner. No medical personnel to measure their temperature or pressure. They have to sleep with opening light all day and night.

Medical personnel will take care of them when they are in serious conditions.

I want to tell that when a lot of patients stay together in congested area, it will make their symptoms even worse.

If possible, the government should send these patients back to their home and have doctors, nurses, and village health volunteers to send them food, drinking water, and medicine.

In addition, they should give opportunity for patients to choose treatment methods that are helpful to them. The public health should not monopolize treatment method like nowadays.

Please do not forget that the current situation is like war against the pandemic.

If the government still control alternative treatment, when Ministry of Public Health’s treatment cannot completely fulfill patients’ demand, all of us will surely see an increase in the daily number of sick and dead people.

Of course, patients will receive meals. But from where can they get clean air, healthy physical movement, and healthy mind?
