23/7/64: ประมาณ 04.30 ตื่นขึ้นมารู้สึกว่าหนาวเหมือนเป็นไข้ และก็เป็นไข้จริง มีอาการตัวร้อน ปวดหัวมาก เจ็บคอ แม่บ้านได้จัดยาแก้ไข้ของหลวงปู่ที่มีติดบ้านไว้มากินและโรยคอ แต่อาการไข้ยังมีอยู่ทั้งวัน
24/7/64: อาการไข้ตัวร้อน ปวดหัวมากและเจ็บคอ ยังเป็นอยู่และได้กินยาของหลวงปู่และโรยคอทุกระยะ สลับกับยาพารา อาการก็ยังไม่ดีขึ้น ได้มีการอาเจียนออกมาในช่วงค่ำๆ หลังจากนั้นดูเหมือนจะโล่ง
25/7/64: อาการไข้ดูเหมือนจะดีขึ้นบ้าง แต่ยังมีไข้ ปวดหัว เจ็บคอ มีน้ำมูก ได้ยังคงทานยาแก้ไข้ของหลวงปู่อย่างต่อเนื่อง
26/7/64: อาการไข้ดีขึ้น ปวดหัวลดลง เจ็บคอดีขึ้น แต่อาการไข้ยังมีเป็นช่วงๆ ตกค่ำๆได้ทำการตรวจด้วยชุดตรวจทางโพรงจมูก ผลออกมาว่าติดเชื้อโควิด-19 จึงได้ติดต่อน้องนัทเพื่อขอยาจากหลวงปู่
27/7/64: เช้า ยังมีไข้แบบปานกลางและบางเวลาปกติ สลับไปมาเป็นระยะ จมูกไม่ได้รับกลิ่นแต่ลิ้นรับรสปกติ ไม่เจ็บคอแล้ว
ประมาณบ่ายโมง น้องบอล ได้นำยาที่หลวงปู่เมตตามอบมาให้มาส่งที่บ้าน จึงได้เริ่มกินยาชุดใหม่ที่หลวงปู่ส่งมา อาการเป็นไข้ ตัวร้อน ยังคงมีเป็นช่วงๆ
28/7/56: อาการไข้ตัวร้อนดีขึ้นมาก แต่ยังมีอยู่บางครั้ง จมูกไม่ได้รับกลิ่น ลิ้นรับรสปกติ ไม่เจ็บคอ มีไอแบบมีเสมหะ
29/7/64: เช้า อาการดีขึ้นมาก แต่พอช่วงประมาณ 10.00 กลับมามีอาการเป็นไข้สูง ตัวร้อน เหงื่อออกมากมีอาการดังกล่าวไปประมาณ 4 ทุ่มได้หลับไป ตื่นขึ้นมาช่วงเที่ยงคืนกว่าๆ รู้สึกว่าดีขึ้น วัดไข้ดูพบว่าไม่มีไข้ จึงได้นอนต่อไปจนสว่าง
30/7/64: วันนี้ไม่มีไข้ แต่มีอาการตึงบริเวณกระบอกตาและใต้ฐานกระโหลกศรีษะด้านซ้าย ขับถ่ายเหลวเหมือนท้องเสียแต่ไม่ท้องเสีย
– การรับรสเป็นปกติ
– กลิ่น ลองดมใบมะกรูดได้กลิ่นนิดหน่อยในวันนี้
– มีอาการไอแบบมีเสมหะในลำคอ
– ยังไม่เหนื่อยหอบ
31/7/64: เช้าวันนี้ไม่มีไข้ จมูกยังไม่ได้รับกลิ่น อุจจาระความเหลวลดลง ยังไอมีเสมหะแต่ลดน้อยลง
ช่วงบ่าย
– ไม่มีไข้
– เริ่มได้กลิ่นน้ำมันกานพลูของหลวงปู่ ได้กลิ่นผลมะกรูด
– การรับรสปกติ
– ไอมีเสมหะเล็กน้อย
– การหายใจยังปกติ
ช่วงเย็น-ประมาณ 5 ทุ่ม
– ไม่มีไข้
– ได้กลิ่นเข้าขั้นปกติ
– การรับรสปกติ
– ไอมีเสมหะ
– การหายใจจัดว่ายังปกติแต่ไม่ 100 %
1/8/64:
– ไม่มีไข้(ทั้งวัน)
– จมูกได้รับกลิ่น
– ลิ้นรับรสปกติมาตลอดตั้งแต่เป็นไข้
– ไอแบบมีเสมหะลดลงมากแล้วเกือบปกติ
– การขับถ่ายท้องเกือบปกติ
– การหายใจหายใจได้สะดวกขึ้นมากเกือบปกติ ครับ

Summary of patients’ symptoms follow up
August 2, 2021
23/07/21: At about 4:30 a.m., I woke up and felt cold like having fever. I did have fever and ran a temperature. I had terrible headache and sore throat. My wife brought me Luang Pu’s fever reducer. I took the medicine. Then, I opened a capsule pill and sprinkled into my throat. Still, I had fever all day.
24/07/21: I still had fever, terrible headache, and sore throat. I took Luang Pu herbal medicine, alternating with paracetamol, but I did not feel better. At night, I vomited and felt better after that.
25/07/21: My fever symptom improved, but I still had fever, headache, sore throat, and running nose. I continuously took Luang Pu’s fever reducer.
26/07/21: My fever, headache, and sore throat symptoms were relieved. However, I still had fever every now and then. At night, I had a nasal swab test which turned out to be COVID-19 positive. Then, I contacted Nut to ask for herbal medicine from Luang Pu.
27/07/21: In the morning, sometimes I intermittently had medium fever and sometimes not. I could not smell any scent, but my tongue could still taste normally. I no longer had sore throat.
At 1 p.m., Ball brought Luang Pu’s herbal medicine to my home. I started to take new set of drugs arranged by Luang Pu. I periodically had fever.
28/07/21: My fever symptom improved a lot. Sometimes, I could not smell. I could still taste. I did not have any sore throat, but I coughed with phlegm.
29/07/21: In the morning, I felt much better, but at about 10 a.m., I had high fever again. I sweated a lot till 10 p.m. and fell asleep. Then, I woke up after midnight and felt better. I took my temperature and found that I had no fever. Then, I slept till dawn.
30/07/21: Today, I did not have any fever. But I felt tight at my eye sockets and the left side of my skull. I had watery stool, but I did not have diarrhea.
• My sense of taste was normal.
• Today, I could smell the scent of kaffir lime leaves a little.
• I coughed with phlegm in my throat.
• I was not yet out of breath.
31/07/21: This morning, I did not have fever. I could not smell. My stool was less watery. My cough had less phlegm.
Afternoon
• No fever
• I started to smell clove oil of Luang Pu. I smelled leaves of kaffir lime.
• My sense of taste was normal.
• My cough had a little phlegm.
• My breathing was still normal.
Evening-11 p.m.
• No fever
• I could smell normally.
• My sense of taste was normal.
• My cough had phlegm.
• My breathing was not yet completely normal.
1/08/21:
• I had no fever all day.
• I could smell.
• My sense of taste has been normal since I had fever.
• My excretion was almost normal.
• I could breathe much more comfortably till almost normal.
