บุตร ยังไม่หยุดอีกหรือ? (ตอนที่ ๑)

อยากบอกนักวิชาการ บุตร ว่า กฎหมายเขาไม่ได้เขียนขึ้นมาทำร้ายผู้เป็นสุจริตชน ไม่มีผู้สุจริตชนคนใด ต้องมาเดือดร้อนกับกฎหมายมาตรา ๑๑๒ ซึ่งก็มีมาร่วมร้อยปีแล้ว

มีแต่พวกทุจริตชน จิตคดที่จะทุรนทุรายเดือดร้อนกับกฎหมายมาตรา ๑๑๒

ช่วงหนึ่งที่ นายบุตร โพสต์เรียกร้องให้ยกเลิกความผิดอาญาฐานหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่นทั้งระบบไปในคราวเดียวกัน ตั้งแต่พระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาท ผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ ประมุขรัฐต่างประเทศ เอกอัครราชทูต ศาล เจ้าพนักงาน ไปจนถึงบุคคลธรรมดา

พุทธะอิสระ อยากบอก บุตร ว่า ไหนๆ คุณก็เป็นเขยของฝรั่งเศส บุตร ลองไปบอกให้รัฐบาลฝรั่งเศสยกเลิกกฎหมาย หมิ่นประมาทประมุขของฝรั่งเศส เอกอัครราชทูต และศาล ของฝรั่งเศส อังกฤษ สหรัฐฯ ดูก่อนไหม

หากนานาอารยประเทศของ บุตร เขายอมยกเลิกอย่างที่ บุตร เรียกร้องแล้ว ค่อยมาคิดยกเลิกมาตรา ๑๑๒ ในไทย

และที่ บุตร มโนวาดฝันไปว่า สิ่งที่ บุตร มโนเรียกร้องเป็นหลักสากล

อยากถามว่า สากลในโลกไหน

มันมีประเทศไหนในโลกนี้ ที่เขายกเลิกกฎหมายคุ้มครองประมุขของประเทศมาแล้วบ้าง เพ้อไปเรื่อยเปื่อยหรือเปล่า บุตร

และที่ บุตร เพ้อโพสต์ออกมาว่า อนาคตของชาติไม่ควรถูกตั้งข้อหา ถูกดำเนินคดีแบบนี้

ถามบุตรว่า คนไทยรุ่นใหม่ในประเทศนี้ มีเป็นสิบๆ ล้านคน ไม่ใช่แค่แกนนำม็อบร้อยชื่อของ บุตร ไม่กี่คนเท่านั้นนะ

แล้วคนรุ่นใหม่ส่วนที่เหลือ เขาทำไมถึงถูกดำเนินคดี

ตอบแบบไม่ต้องคิด ก็เพราะเขาเป็นสุจริตชนไงหล่ะ เขารู้จักกาลเทศะ มีมารยาท ไม่อาจเอื้อม มีสัมมาคารวะ และกตัญญูรู้คุณ กตเวทิตาแทบแทนคุณ

ไม่ได้อกตัญญูเหมือนดังพฤติกรรมของแกนนำม็อบร้อยชื่อของ บุตร

Butr, haven’t you stopped? (Part 1)

Someone has brought me an article of Piyabutr, secretary-general of the Progressive Movement, who posted on the Facebook requesting for a revocation of Section 112 of Criminal Code and claimed that the Section 112 has caused problems in every aspect.

I want to tell scholar Butr that laws are not created to harm good people. None of good people have been impacted by the Section 112 which originated over a hundred years ago.

Only bad people are troubled with the Section 112.

In a part of his article, Piyabutr called for offence of defamation’s revocation. This includes defamation of king, queen, crown prince, regent, head of foreign state, ambassador, court, official, and common people.

Buddha Isara want to tell Butr that since you are a son-in-law of the French, why don’t you ask the French government to revoke its laws related to offence defamation of the French President, Ambassador, and courts? As well as those of the United Kingdom and the United States?

And that Butr dream of making your request international standard.

I want to ask standards of which world?

Will there be any country in this world to revoke laws which protect their heads of states. Butr, are you crazy?

And that Butr driveled that the future of our nation should not be charged or sued like this.

I want to tell Butr that there are ten millions of youth in this country, not only a few leaders of Butr’s hundred-name protests.

What about the rest of the new generation? Why are they not charged?

I can answer right away. That is because they are good people. They are decent, courteous, humble, respectful, and grateful.

Their behaviors are not ungrateful like those of Butr’s protest leaders.

Buddha Isara
