20 ก.พ.64 – เพจเฟซบุ๊กเพจ “ในนามของความสงบเรียบร้อย” ได้โพสต์บันทึกของทนาย ภายหลัง เข้าเยี่ยม 4 แกนนำกลุ่มที่เรียกตัวเองว่า “ราษฎร” ประกอบด้วย นายพริษฐ์ ชิวารักษ์ หรือ เพนกวิน, นายอานนท์ นำภา, นายปติวัฒน์ สาหร่ายแย้ม หรือ หมอลำแบงค์ และนายสมยศ พฤกษาเกษมสุข ขณะถูกคุมขังที่เรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพมหานคร หลังศาลไม่อนุญาตให้ประกันตัวในข้อหาความผิด ม.112 ม.116

โดยบันทึกของทนาย มีรายละเอียดดังนี้

15-02-64 เรือนจําพิเศษกรุงเทพฯ

พี่สมยศ หลังจากศาลไม่อนุมัติประกันตัว ถูกส่งตัวไปถึงเรือนจําฯ ห้อง 7 (ทั้ง) ถูกขังในห้องกักกันโรค ขนาด 5×15 ม. รวมกับผู้ต้องขังคดีอื่นๆ จํานวน 25 คน รับผ้าห่ม 3 ผืน ใช้ปูนอน หมอน ห่ม

พริษฐ์ น้ำหนัก 95 กก. ใช้ชีวิตยากลําบาก ตั้งแต่เสื้อผ้าไม่มี ขนาดเท่าร่างกาย ใช้ชีวิตยากลําบากในการนั่งกิน อาบน้ำ ขับถ่าย เนื่องจากในห้องขังมีห้องน้ำห้องเดียว ห้องน้ำหัวโผล่ ทําให้พริษฐ์ทุกข์ทรมานจากการขับถ่าย อาบน้ำ เครียด นอนพื้น

สมยศ นอนกับผ้าห่มผืนเดียว ปวดหลังมาก หัวเข่าเสื่อม ยากลําบาก ทรมานกับการนั่งพื้น

อานนท์ ยังไม่สามารถสั่งอาหารกินเองได้ กินวันละ 2 มื้อ ไม่คุ้นเคยอาหารการกิน

ปติวัฒน์ ถูกคดี 112 ไม่เป็นธรรม ทําให้เศร้า ร้องไห้ หวังว่าจะได้พูดเรื่องราวของเขาให้ศาลฟัง

แม้ว่าจะเจอกับความยากลําบาก แต่มีกําลังอย่างเต็มใจอย่างเต็มที่ ที่จะต่อสู้ให้ได้มาซึ่งความยุติธรรมและสิทธิเสรีภาพ อย่างถึงที่สุด.

Opening memo of a lawyer who visited four leaders of the three-finger salute protest “Penguin-Arnon-Somyos-Mor Lam Bank”, in coma!

Feb 20, 21 – Faceobook page “On Behalf of Peace” showed a memo of the lawyer after visiting leaders of the “Ratsadon” group, consisting of Mr. Parit Chiwarak or Penguin, Mr. Arnon Nampa, Mr. Patiwat Saraiyaem or “Mor Lam Bank”, and Mr. Somyot Prueksakasemsuk, while there were imprisoned at the Bangkok Remand Prison. The court did not grant them bail for violating the Section 112 and the Section 116.

Memo of the lawyers showed following details.

15-02-21 Bangkok Remand Prison

After the court’s bail refusal, Brother Somyos was sent to prison cell No. 7 of the prison. He was in the quarantine room of 5×15 m. together with other 25 prisoners. He received three pieces of cloth to be used as bed sheet, pillow, and blanket.

Parit with 95 kg weight, lived a difficult life. He did not have clothing for his body size. He had difficulty in sitting and eating on the floor, taking a bath, and defecating. There was only one toilet in the prison cell. His head came out while using the toilet. He suffered from defecating, taking a bath, feeling stressful, and sleeping on the floor.

Somyot slept with one blanket. He had a severe backache. Due to knee osteoarthritis, he suffered from sitting on the floor.

Arnon still could not order food by himself. He ate two meals a day and was still not used to the meals.

Patiwat felt that he was unfairly charged with Section 112 violation.

He was sad and cried. He hoped to tell his stories to the court.

Despite facing difficulty, he had a full morale to fight for justice and freedom to the end.
