แถลงการณ์ กองทัพประชาชนปกป้องสถาบัน (กทปส.)
ตามที่ม็อบเยาวชน และม็อบคณะราษฎร ได้มีพฤติกรรม ดูหมิ่น เหยียดหยาม กระทำการจาบจ้วง ล้อเลียน เสียดสี ด้อยค่า สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ และพระราชวงศ์ ทั้งในที่ลับและที่แจ้ง มาเป็นเวลายาวนาน
แต่กลับไม่มีคณาจารย์และสภานิสิต หรือคณะบุคคลใดออกมาห้ามปรามท้วงติง
เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าบังคับใช้กฎหมายที่มีตามบทบัญญัติอาญามาตรา ๑๑๒ ที่มีใช้มาตั้งแต่ปี ๒๔๕๓ และมีการเพิ่มให้การ ดูหมิ่น เป็นความผิดในปี ๒๔๙๙
กลับมีกลุ่มคณาจารย์ สภานิสิต นักการเมืองบางกลุ่ม และกลุ่มบุคคลบางพวกที่จ้องจะล้มล้างสถาบัน ออกมาคัดค้านการบังคับใช้กฎหมายอาญามาตรา ๑๑๒ ซึ่งมีใช้มาอย่างยาวนาน เพื่อเปิดช่องให้พวกคิดล้มล้างสถาบันได้กระทำการดูหมิ่น เหยียดหยาม จาบจ้วง เสียดสี ด้อยค่า สถาบันได้ตามอำเภอใจ
เช่นนี้ถือเป็นการล้มล้างหลักนิติรัฐ ที่เป็นหลักการสำคัญในการปกครองบ้านเมืองให้สงบสุข
อีกทั้งยังเป็นการดูหมิ่น เหยียดหยามไม่ใยดีต่อหลักนิติธรรม ศีลธรรมอันดีงามของสังคมไทย
สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ถือเป็นหลักชัย หลักใจ ของชาติมาตั้งแต่เริ่มสร้างบ้านเมือง และเป็น ๑ ใน ๓ สถาบันสำคัญของชาติ
แต่กลุ่มบุคคลดังกล่าว ก็เพียรพยายามทำทุกวิถีทางในการที่จะล้มล้าง
กองทัพประชาชนปกป้องสถาบัน และเครือข่ายภาคีทั่วประเทศ ต่างเห็นพ้องต้องกันถึงความกังวลที่มีในพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มล้มเจ้าดังกล่าว ว่ามีความพยายามอย่างยิ่งยวด ที่จะทำลายหลักการ ๓ อย่างของชาติ ให้ล่มสลายไปด้วยความอคติ
ไม่มีประเทศใดบนโลกใบนี้ เมื่อมีผู้กระทำผิด แล้วให้ยกเลิกกฎหมายเอาผิดตามชอบใจ
กองทัพประชาชนปกป้องสถาบันและเครือข่ายภาคีทั่วประเทศ จึงยอมไม่ได้ที่จะปล่อยให้ใครมาล้มล้างกฎหมายมาตรา ๑๑๒ และทำลายสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์
เราจึงขอคัดค้านการกระทำของคณาจารย์ สภานิสิต และกลุ่มบุคคลทั้งหลาย ที่คิดจะล้มล้างกฎหมายมาตรา ๑๑๒
พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนให้เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐบังคับใช้กฎหมาย ทุกมาตราที่มีกับบุคคลที่กระทำการย่ำยีสถาบัน รวมทั้งทำลายความสงบสุขของสังคมไทย

Announcement of The Royalists Army (Kor Tor Por Sor)
Youth protesters and the Khana Ratsadon protesters have shown their insulting, disparaging behaviors to defame, ridicule, taunt, and belittle the monarchy and the royal family both secretly and openly for a long time.
Nevertheless, there has never been any group of lecturers, student council or any group of people coming out to prohibit or oppose them.
When officials enforced the lese majeste law (Section 112 of the Criminal Code) which has existed since 1910, and in which offences of defamation was prescribed in 1956.
On the contrary, there have been groups of lecturers, student councils, political groups, and groups of people who try to eradicate the monarchy by opposing the enforcement of the Section 112 of the Criminal Code, to open a loophole for people to defame, insult, disparage, taunt, and belittle the monarchy as they wish.
Consequently, this can be deemed as overthrowing of legal state, which is a major principle for peaceful governance of the country.
It is also disdain and negligence of the rule of law and morality of the Thai society.
The monarchy has been symbolism of national victory and unity since country establishment, and is one of the three major national institutions.
However, such groups of people have tried every means to destroy the royal institution.
The Royalists Army and alliance networks nationwide all agree that we have concerns about behaviors of these anti-monarchy groups who have used utmost efforts to destroy the three national institutions with their prejudice.
There is no country in this world that allows abrogation of law when there are wrongdoers.
As such, The Royalists Army and alliance networks nationwide will not allow anybody to abolish Section 112 of the Criminal Code to destroy the royal institution.
Therefore, we object the action of lecturers, student councils, and groups of people who have requested for abolition of the Section 112.
We support the officials’ enforcement of all legal measures against those who have defamed the monarchy and destroyed peace of the Thai society.
